Let's face it, there aren't that many physical camera stores left in the world, let alone Atlanta. KEH Camera offers a great selection of cameras and camera equipment, new and used alike. Plus, if something you've purchased doesn't meet your expectations, they offer a return policy, or work to find a solution. They are a great bunch of folks and I will definitely head over to their website the next time I'm in the market for a lens, accessory, or film.

I usually order camera gear from Adorama or B&H. I saw some ads for KEH, and got curious. Prices looked good, company seemed legit. Placed an order. I gotta say that I am extremely happy, items were packed with great care, arrived exactly as expected and I got a pretty good deal on some used speedlites. Very happy with KEH and would highly recommend them, thanks KEH, I will definitely think of you in the future.

Had three orders with them in the past. The first two times went really well, high quality equipments and prompt exchange process. The third time, however, has been a complete shitshow. Delivery has been a disaster through FEDEX, and when I asked for a exchange, the customer service lacks basic professionalism. Wrong return form and no instruction at all, wasting my time. Equipment is at least as good as advertised, sometimes better. Pricing is reasonable. Equipment arrives on time. I live in Hawaii so on-time arrival means something. For those who might be interested in the Nikkor 105mm 1.4E, I was reluctant to spend that much money on one lens but having just used it once, I'm glad i bought it; it's worth every penny. Edge to edge sharpness even wide open. It wasn't as heavy or hard to hold as I expected it to be. Bokeh is beautiful. Paired with my D850 I've gotten several great images already.

Bought and now sold through KEH a couple times. Overall pretty positive experience, so here's my notes: Buying: Having bought through KEH's Retail store in Atlanta and online on the website, it has been a fairly easy and seamless process shopping with KEH, and prices are among the lowest I have seen, even among other used stores. Upon receiving, gear are in great condition for the value (I purchased Ex, Ex+ and Ln- gear, not BGN or UG grade). Ex+, Ln- and Ln gear are essentially brand new cosmetically. I bought an Ex+ Nikkor 200-500 F5.6 for $905 (MSRP $1399 from nikon), and it looked almost straight out of the box, with one or 2 scratches here or there. I would definetly recommend buying to anyone. the only drawback, part of the reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5, was shutter counts. Unlike Competitors like UsedPhotoPro, you don't get to see images of the actual gear you're buying, rather a stock photo, and you don't get to see shutter counts of DSLR bodies, which aren't correlated to your grade. For example: I purchased an EX+ Nikon D750, and it was in perfect cosmetic condition apart from a scratch on the bottom, but the D750 had a shutter count of 62,000. A few days later, a friend of mine bought a BGN Nikon D810, which despite having cosmetic damage, had merely 13,000 shutter count. Selling/Trading: Selling at the Retail store was a quick and easy experience. Sold a APS-C body and some lenses, and was able to get in and out within 25 minutes despite it being a rather busy time. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and it was an overall positive experience. However, keep in mind you might be undervalued compared to selling alone on eBay or something, although there's much less hassle with selling to KEH. Sold a Nikon D5600, and was rated EX+, which I got $326 for, and KEH relisted it for $552. So if the money matters, list online yourself, although I would definitely recommend KEH for anyone who doesn't want to deal with shady sites like eBay or Craigslist.

I am very new to photography. I actually just bought my first real camera a couple weeks ago. I took photography classes in high school (35mm days) and have always loved it, but just picked it back up after nearly 30 years. Things have definitely changed!!! I only had a small kit lens with my new camera and quickly realized I needed something else. I found KEH online and placed an order. I received and email, from Nate, the following day informing me that the lens I ordered was not actually available due to an error in the system. I replied to Nate's email explaining that I am a newbie and asked if he had any recommendations for an alternative. He quickly replied with a short list of 3 lenses. Of the three, one of them caught my eye. I replied that I wanted this lens and the order was immediately processed. The very next day I received the lens via delivery. It was a very nice lens (to me). I opened the box to find a cocoon of bubble wrap. Inside was a KEH branded lens case that held the lens quite securely within a good amount of padding. I was very excited. I unpacked the lens and mounted it on my camera. Prepared a shot, went to focus in, and....nothing. My new lense would not autofocus. Apparently this is a problem with my camera and the lens (3rd party lens) that I was completely ignorant to. There are ways to remedy it, but I really wanted something easy and foolproof. In fact, until I searched for the specific problem online I had not heard of this being an issue. I looked at 20 or so reviews on this lens. I was very disappointed. I emailed Nate and told him what happened. Because I am pretty close to the warehouse, Nate suggested I come in with the lens, and my camera, to let them check it out. I thought it could definitely be user error. I went in to the store the following day. I was greeted by Andre who asked what he could help me with. Andre listened to my scenario and proceeded to test out the lens on my camera. He found that it was having an issue focusing with the autofocus. Apparently not a lens, or camera issue independently, but probably an issue with the combination of the two. Andre was able to find a replacement lens for me while I was in the store. I walked out with it and started taking shots in the parking lot. I appreciate the fact that even when a transaction like this doesn't go perfectly, the guys (and gals) at KEH Camera went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I also appreciate that they never once treated me like I didn't belong in the store (as a newbie) with real photographers. I have a feeling I will be spending thousands of dollars with them (since I have this expensive, but rewarding new "hobby"). It definitely makes it easier knowing the type of people I will be dealing with. Well done.

I ordered a Canon 50mm 1.2 L and an 11-24 4.0 L lens from KEH in the past two weeks. It's odd, my 50mm was rated higher than the 11-24, but my 11-24mm almost appears brand new from Canon (see picture). My 50mm has dust, and the hood has a scratch or two (all cosmetic), but both perform super well. I was happy with my 50mm purchase, but am elated with my 11-24 which was basically 2/3's MSRP. Would recommend and will be purchasing from them in the future! My only wish is that you could see photos of the exact lens / body you are purchasing from the site instead of solely seeing their internal ratings. Even then, their internal ratings of the lenses I have received have been conservative, which is entirely to the benefit to the consumer. My shipping was super quick and it took 2-3 days to arrive!

But with confidence, they stand behind what they sell, and offer no hassle returns and exchanges. Only thing is the actual item is not pictured when you purchase, but the conditions are usually better than what they list it as. Only time this was an issue, was when I bought a “2.8F ever ready case” but in reality it was a case for a 3.5E. Luckily I have a 3.5E, so it was no biggie. Otherwise I would have had to return it.

Yes, I have received my camera and lens in excellent condition. There was a mishap on the side of FEDEX delivery but not the fault of KEH! KEH has spent some money and effort to craft an online credibility reputation… My experience with KEH has caused me to not want to do business with them again and stick to either Adorama or B&H for my future camera gear purchases… I bought a used Nikon SB-900 graded as Bargain per KEH’s grading system. The Bargain grade is supposedly covered by KEH’s warranty and the unit is supposed to be tested by them… After receiving the SB-900 I promptly tested it on my Nikon D7500 camera. I discovered the flash was defective, the TTL didn’t work with my camera, no communication icon either in camera nor the flash. I did some troubleshooting (new batteries, reset the flash, tried different modes, even tried a different Nikon TTL flash on my camera to rule out my camera body, as well as a Nikon CPU lens), nothing worked. My camera works fine with the other Nikon TTL flash I own, but not the SB-900. The used flash only works in manual mode, which isn’t very useful to me for run-&-gun family events where test shots aren’t an option. I need TTL to do what I want automatically, and this flash has some problem or defect not disclosed in the description preventing that. I reached out to both KEH customer service and sales via email THREE times. Each time receiving the automated response message acknowledging my emails. The automated message always says they reply within 24 hours… It’s been three days and I’ve yet to receive any response to my RMA requests. This was my first time buying from KEH and it’ll be my last. At least I didn’t tie up a lot of money in this. I’m just stuck with an expensive manual flash that isn’t very useful to me. I could have gotten a cheap Sunpak for a lot less money that did the same as this defective SB-900, which upsets me… but at least I know better than to trust KEH with my future business. If you are thinking of trying KEH, reconsider, grading system of used gear seems inaccurate, or gear isn't fully tested by KEH... Update: On the fourth day received RMA email... Item currently en-route back via pre-paid label. I anticipate a refund early next week... Will update this review. Final Update: KEH made good! They refunded my cost in full. It just took them a bit to reply to my requests initially. I ended up buying a used Nikon SB-910, that worked perfectly. The experience changed my mind about KEH, and I will certainly do business with them again in the future.

I bought a Sony a5100 that was represented as used E+ condition. The camera arrived well packaged and apparently brand new but without the original box. I say brand new but it had 100 shutter actuations. Not a speck of dust, and the screen looked untouched. A new camera goes for close to 500 dollars and I got this "used" camera for almost half that. Happy.

An all around great company for used camera equipment, probably the best there is. Prices are pretty good, and the grading of items is very conservative - everything that I've bought from them has been a lot better than I would have expected. Note: Their storefront location is more geared towards picking up orders that you've bought online, with only a tiny portion of their stock on display. If you're expecting to physically search through their inventory like you would a traditional store, you're going to be disappointed.

I feel bad that I don't recall her name and don't have my notes from the conversation readily available since since I'm not at home. She was very sweet, informative and professional and gave me insight into their operation, equipment condition grading/rating, etc. Thank you for a positive shopping experience! Instead of going with the free delivery I opted for the 2 day service for an extra $19.95 or whatever it was since mail service has been sluggish lately. Knowing that the 2 day delivery may actually turn into 3 or 4 days for the same reason I was surprised when both packages arrived quickly. KEH is a reputable company that I learned about on the Ugly Hedgehog photography site. Hoggers highly recommended KEH and I do, as well. Purchased a lens for my Pentax k3, that I also purchased from KEH two years ago. Navigating their website and placing orders is very user friendly. I ordered the lens on a Sunday, it was scheduled to arrive on Wednesday of the same week, but I did not receive it until Thursday. Not the fault of KEH, my local FEDex isn't the most reliable. I received everything as described in the description. I haven't used the lens yet, but it does appear to be very clean. I have been using KEH since the summer of 2018 for just about all of my used camera gear, and have been very happy with my purchases.

Let me start by saying this, KEH is a great no muss no fuss kinda place when it comes to buying, selling and shipping used camera gear. Yet I find myself having to question their condition rating system this time around. I recently ordered a lens that was rated as Excellent, after receiving the lens, I noticed a distinct flaw in the lenses ability to transition smoothly through the zoom range. When I contacted them about my dissatisfaction, they said that most lenses of that age would probably have this amount of ware and tear and an Excellent Plus rated item might have been a better choice. Here's my thoughts on rating, if a lens is inspected and found to have this type of flaw, even though it cosmetically looks Excellent which matters less in my book were as mechanically, I would have to rate it as Good, not Excellent. All this said, they had no problem with me exchanging the lens for another, at their cost and only my patience. So, I hope this review is helpful to others out there, trying to decide on whether to spend a bit more for KEH's rating system of Excellent Plus or higher next time around. Thanks for listening!

I came across KEH Camera after searching for a used lens that rarely comes available, to discover KEH had two, one assessed as Excellent and the other Bargain. I live in Sydney Australia and was naturally apprehensive at making a significant purchase from overseas on a website. I made contact with Erik who held the lens whilst I made my decision, I read all the reviews and spoke with PayPal to ensure I was covered and made the decision to go ahead and make the purchase. I received the Fed Ex tracking information on 9th April that the lens had been despatched from Atlanta and it was delivered to me in Sydney on 16th April !! The lens was assessed as 'Excellent' to be honest from the quality of the lens I received I can't imagine what Excellent + is like as the lens was like new, I have yet to find any marks, scratches on the barrel. The optics are stunning. (see attached picture) I am very pleased with my purchase, the service from KEH and Erik was first class and any apprehension I had making a significant purchase from overseas was unfounded. Would highly recommend.

My first used Nikon lens purchase and decided to try KEH. Even though their prices appear to be slightly higher than some other shops, KEH had the best reviews and recommendations. The lens arrived and it was as described in excellent condition. I was surprised the lens is over 16 years old and hoping it will hold up over time. It would be nice to know the age of the products, but in fairness I don't believe anyone else provides serial numbers or age. The 180 day warranty does give some reassurance. I have spoke to the staff a couple of times and they are very friendly.

Always have such an amazing experience with KEH! I love the UX of the website and the rating system for all the gear. Everything I've purchased from them has been exactly as described and for much less! Their customer service is one of the best I've ever experienced. Any issue you have, they will find a solution and follow up with you to ensure that you are more than satisfied. The last lens I purchased from KEH was shipped through FedEx with international priority 2-day shipping. FedEx held the delivery due to duties and taxes but never notified me or provided a way to pay it. I had to contact FedEx to pay it on the day it was supposed to be delivered. FedEx still took 2 weeks to deliver it for absolutely no reason and it would have taken even longer if not for KEH's amazing customer service. KEH also refunded me the cost of the shipping. I sent my circa 1960 Canon Super-Canomatic R Lenses for repair to KEH about a month ago. Honestly I thougt there was absolutely NO HOPE for these lenses as they were repeatedly turned down by other camera service centers. I accidentally purchased a lens that was not compatible with my camera body and they immediately cancelled that item from my order, yet were able to ship the rest of the order in record speed. Have been very pleased with KEH Camera. My first order I purchased a Nikon D610 body, along with a Nikon 50mm 1.8d lens. I opted to use Affirm financing to pay for the items. It was simple, approved immediately, and my gear was shipped fast. I received the order, but I was disappointed to find that the included battery didn't work, it wouldn't charge and thus the camera was unusable. I called KEH and their customer service sent me another battery immediately, no questions. Very impressed with the customer service. Second order, needed a lens overnighted, got it by 1pm the next day, very fast shipping. Overall very happy with my experience, and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Received LENS with missing accessories 2020-03-05 Update: I received my missing items and have reviewed them and all is right in the world again. The Lens Hood looks new as I would expect from a manufacturers refurbished lens. The shoulder strap for the lens bag fit and was new as well. The tripod ring is the correct one for the lens and appears new as well. So, although they shipped without those items in the box initially, they did make things right quickly after I contacted them. I will continue to order from them as I have been satisfied with the performance of the lenses I have purchased from KEH to date. Thanks Nate and all the other folks there that resolved the issue. Added an additional star. 2020-03-03 Update: I called today and the company has acknowledged the mistake and they have sent the missing items to me and apologized for the error. I will update again once they come in and I inspect. I do appreciate the fact that they did review the situation and are making it right. Added another star. 2020-03-02 Initial Review: The first purchase I made with the company I received what was advertised and was happy with my lens. I decided to get another lens from them and saw that they had a manufacturers refurbished lens at a fraction of the cost. I have a few other new lenses from this same manufacturer and like their product. However after purchasing from KEH and receiving it I noticed there were three things missing from the contents of the box and contacted them via online comment as the item arrived on a Sunday. The next day they called and asked me to call them but in their message they said because they received the item with missing items from the manufacturer, i would most likely have to send the lens back to KEH. Wait, the lens works fine. The missing items were the lens tripod mount, the lens hood and the shoulder strap for the lens bag. These were clearly on the invoice and paid for. Maybe it is just me, but this tells me nobody at KEH checked when the refurbished item came in from the manufacturer to verify that all items were in the box and then they did not check the contents of the box before shipping it out to me. To check the item from the manufacturer should be standard procedure as when you receive something from the manufacturer you want to make sure that everything is included and if not make a claim with the manufacturer immediately. It should also be standard procedure to check what you are shipping to the customer before you ship it. To have the customer have to tell you things are missing seems a little odd? That isn’t the customers fault but you say you will probably pass that on to the customer. I definitely called but they had closed for the day so i will be calling tomorrow morning. I have been dealing with many camera stores in the past and have never had them ask me to send the good equipment back for a few key pieces but that do not affect the performance of the item. Thats like getting a TV delivered and you discover the TV shipped to you without the remote. You call the store and they tell you to ship the TV back so they can ship it back to the manufacturer and then you wait for it to come back with a remote? In my case, the total cost of the missing items however is substantial. I will update this review once I talk to customer service tomorrow to see how they offer to make this right.

KEH is a great place to buy gear, but a terrible place to sell gear. Anything I've bought has been as good as advertised, if not better, and has been shipped out right away. No problems there. Buyer beware when you get an online offer from them, though. They offered me $300 for my stuff online, but the actual offer came in at $100. It's for sale right now on their website for over $700. I get it that they have to make a profit, but lowballing their offer like that seems pretty sleazy. I also understand that I had the option of having them send it back (which I should have done), but most of this stuff doesn't move where I live and I'm not an eBay seller. I will continue to buy from them, but I will not make the mistake of selling anything to them in the future.

I've bought lenses and a used camera from KEH before. Their quality rating system for their used equipment is generous and pretty much always cheaper than Amazon. I recently got a Pentax DSLR marked as "excellent plus" condition from the website which is functionally perfect and only had a small scratch on the screen for $100 less than I saw anywhere else. Since Pentax specifically has a wide range of old lenses that are compatible on the K mount, I look on KEH first when shopping since they have a variety of old lenses. Free shipping and a 14 day return policy are nice too. :).

I've been buying and selling camera gear through KEH Camera for a number of years. I've never had a serious problem with either the products or the transactions; a few minor issues were all cleared up with a phone call. The equipment is accurately described and rated (maybe even a little bit under-rated, compared to other online sellers). Prices are fair, also compared to other vendors. They don't pay what I think my gear is worth when I sell to them, but nobody else does, either. My only real issue with KEH relates to discounts, which pop up with some regularity, sometimes across the board, other times applicable to one class of equipment. What's wrong with a discount? Maybe it's my imagination, but it seems a discount appears right after I've ordered something, so I feel like I lost out to the tune of whatever the discount was. (Yes, I could always return the gear, but it's a hassle and unless there's something wrong with it, other than price, I'd have to pay shipping.). So now I find what I want and wait around until it goes on sale. (This discount dance is why I give them four stars rather than five.) On the other hand, KEH used to charge for shipping, and it wasn't very fast, either. Now if you spend over a certain amount ($49, I think) shipping is free, and pretty fast: I live in CT, and I get usually get a package within a couple of days. All in all, I recommend KEH as a good source for buying used photo equipment, and a pretty good place to sell it, too.

So far I've bought a flash, a TC, and 2 lenses from KEH. While the flash and TC were fine, I believe KEH significantly overstated the condition of the lenses. Both were marked as Excellent Plus, but the first (an 80-200mm f/2.8D) had very noticeable haze on one of the inner elements, and the second (a 20mm f/2.8D) is extremely loud when autofocusing. I'm not sure how much the haze would have affected the image quality (didn't really care to find out), and the AF noise probably doesn't affect it at all, but they're two rather large flaws that should have been noted accordingly. Probably wouldn't buy another lens from them based on my current experiences.

KEH is a good place to find used photo equipment. I have been dealing with them for about 15 years. I was looking for a lens cap I bought from them on 04/06/2020, and forgot about it. On 04/15/2020 I was taking the large trash receptacle out to the front yard, and I saw a very small Manila envelope with KEH logo on it. The envelope was in the back of the house, and I was just lucky I spotted it. FedEx just puts packages on the front porch and walk away. That Manila envelope with the lens cap was so light, I am lucky that it didn't blow a block or two away. In this case FedEx really sucked!

well my experience with KEH is pretty good. Chris the sales rep who i got on the phone seem to understand customer service and was very patiently with me. they got great deals the camera Nikon D40 had just around 1000 shutter count and the lens looked like new plus the camera looks like new. My only point and rather complaint is that the packaging could be a bit better. Reading other reviews I now understand why they talked about it, my pic shows you how I received it . the one side is for my standards to crushed. So guys at KEH, jump up the boxing double boxing or thicker carton would help. It doesn't serve you and the client to send orders back if it came broken or damaged. mine luckily looks alright, so again overall I am very pleased.

Never a problem. I have purchased several lenses from KEH starting in the late 90's. The quality was just what was promised and the transactions were simple. The few times I did have a problem, it was quickly resolved. I decided to go digital in 2008 and used KEH to buy my outfit. They sold me a refurbished D90 and a couple of staple lenses. These are still operating correctly. There have been some reviews stating that KEH will increase the prices based on an upcoming coupon. I haven't experienced that personally but I have watched an item closely. I could see a lens I wanted fluctuate in price and condition as it would become available then disappear again. When a coupon that pertained to that lens was offered when an ex+ lens was available, it wasn't priced beyond what I've seen it before here and elsewhere. When I bought it, the price I paid was much cheaper than I've ever seen it. You have to remember when you're buying used you are subject to market whims and forces more so than if you buy new. There is no MSRP for used and each piece is unique. That being said, I love my new lens. KEH will still be my first stop when buying equipment.

I do love Nikon prime lenses, especially the ones from yester-year all metal, made like a tank (I even like the heft). So when a saw a 180mm F/2.8 ED AIS at KEH my pulse definitely went up. When I drilled down to lens detail info and saw the rating was 'Excellent' I was sold. Now these ratings indicate a range of condition (eg, 'E' means 80-89 % of original condition) and after buying 6 or 7 lenses, I can tell you IMHO I always get near the top of that range. KEH must be tough in grading because when you get an 'E', it's a pretty darn good lens - makes perfect pictures AND looks good. Delivery was timely and the fun began. I'm in love, she's a beauty, a fast tele so I can hand hold even at dusk with sufficient shutter speed. Remember, I shoot film or FX, often in manual focus.

I recently had a need for a piece of fd glass to expand my selection to use for analog sports photography and the selection of relevant glass was extensive, reasonably priced, had multiple quality selections for most lenses, and had easy to navigate tools to help narrow search results. From the search results I found an inexpensive zoom lens for my AE1program and I received my package faster than promised in the expected shipping time as well as in the condition that I was promised. What I have found interesting is that below the "excellent" condition there are a few stops on the quality scale that drastically reduce price while promising only exterior wear and tear the the lens and as a shooter on a budget this is extremely useful for stretching my equipment budget..

I was gifted a camera to begin photography and it wasn't the typical DLSR camera. It was a mirrorless Olympus camera and I needed a lens. I was advised by a friend who had never used the camera to get a 4/3 lens and while googling, every place kept saying a 4/3 lens was needed for a mirrorless camera system....of course my camera was the exception! LOL! I ordered online for local pick up, I brought my camera in and the lens was too big. Turns out I needed a macro 4/3 lens for my camera. In the same trip, they paired my camera with the right lens, gave me options to exchange, which would of taken longer, or return/buy. I picked return/buy and got the new lens within 10 mins (just waiting on refund from the bank for the first lens which I knew would take about 3-5 business days) and everything worked perfectly. The new lens cost about $50 more, but It was because on average it's a $200-$300 lens compared to the first one that was an entry level $100 lens. I wouldn't have known the lens was used had I not gone to a pre-owned equipment shop and I love learning my camera. I am very budget conscious and will probably continue to buy used from KEH, especially with their office/warehouse being local to me and easily accessible

The drop in circular polarizer filter I received for my Canon 600mm was designed for the version 1 model and I have a version 2 model. I was told by a customer service rep that it would work in my lens - it did fit, but it was very loose and no where near as snug as it should be, which is not acceptable. I have returned the filter and am waiting to be contacted to exchange it for a version 2 model of the drop in circular polarizer.

To my surprise, they were all in good condition with the exception of the body, which has a small issue with the mirror getting stuck halfway every now and again. (I cannot guarantee that everyone will have this experience with "as-is" items of course, so do not assume they will work.) The 3 older manual lenses are safe and well. All functional and in good shape. A minor issue with my camera body; Nikon d3400; where the 'non-cpu data' listing in the menu is missing, whereas the older d3300 apparently had it. So, my images read at 0 for focal length and lens type; for the exif data. On another note; non-related to the lenses, Raw itself is not switching into jpgs very well, and losing too much image quality. Not the fault of the lenses, rather the digital process. I've been using linux and raw therapee or dark table which are cumbersome to use, with cropping issues. Png's or Tiffs would be better as a stock choice, as they can be lossless, yet the stock houses went with low quality jpgs, which looses image quality. From keh; good shop, excellent choices in manual lenses, which was my seek out. Thanks for your assistance; looking to purchase again soon. It appears 5 lenses will appropriate my particular artistic style; from macro to birding zoom.

Products were in fine condition but read the fine print of your product carfully my mint camera came with no manual, no box, no strap this may have been disclosed in the ad I am not sure I did not see it anyway. Th main battery that was in the camers was dead an dhelp about a 5-10 minute charge. I bought also a Tripod that afterward discoverd was a head only and that was not clear eough in the ad that was listed under tripods and showed it with a stand in the picture and tri pod head does not close fully onto the camera shoe. It was a $79 used Manfroto it works swell enough I guess an dis sturdy one you close as much as your acble to in the camera shoe. I ended up haveing to spend alot more to get the stand and that I had not expected. My second used batery I bought for the camera was also pretty much dead and of little use holding about a 20 minute charge. My fualt I guess but it sould have been made much clearer in ad discrition and shouod not have bought a used battery at all as for the same price withing 5$ as new battery from Amazon. Happy enough overall but likley would not buy from them again if I did I will be much more carfull to ask a aalesrep who don't seam so helpful or knowledgeable. Prodcts did come fast with no shipping dely and my order was packed well and came complete no late parts nothing missing.
