Daniel was knowledgeable and professional in his presentation, which made me comfortable with making my decision. Not only did he present the levels and pricing of the systems, Daniel further helped me identify the system that will work best for me. He went a step beyond by offering a temporary unit if my system went out before the new one was installed (my mother lives with me in at home hospice care and cannot be moved). It is certainly smart of Four Seasons to have experienced advisors like Daniel who are caring as well as knowledgeable. Thank you Daniel. Joel was courteous and professional while he installed my system quickly and efficiently. He was informative about how my system and the new thermostat worked. 16 year customer, 1st time I've had a bad experience with getting a technician to call back after 2 live interactions with agent. Once I made out of band contact a week later with the technician who's been my prime for most of these years he quickly had corporate call me within 10 minutes and was placed on schedule. My technician Aaron D is the most professional and knowledgeable HVAC technicians in the business. He can be trusted. Appreciate the solid service and awareness and correction of call service issue.

As far as the process of getting a quote for services, Tom Roberson was thorough and took our situation completely into consideration throughout the process. He did not try to sell us anything we did not need, educated us regarding HVAC in general and upcoming changes for freon, and answered all of our questions, even after he left our home. We have not made our decision as to the company we will use, but we feel we have more than enough information to make an informed decision!

Our technician today was Trent Davis and he did an excellent job. We received notice that he would be arriving within the appointment window and he was right on time. He was obviously very knowledgable about system testing and problem identification. In our case we had multiple problems and Trent pursued a logical process following AC internal operating functions from Thermostat operation and accuracy through to ultimately checking the outside fan operation. He identified that the dual capacitor had to be replaced which he did and then he proceeded to check all the other operating processes to make sure all were working together as expected. He turned on the system and checked multiple vents for air flow and temperature. In addition to doing a great job, Trent was engaging and courteous and listened closely to our problem explanations. He was also professional in both problem solving and gaining customer satisfaction by frequently explaining next steps and getting assurance that we understood and approved each step along the way. All in all, a great experience. In fact we have signed up for the annual maintenance checks program with 4 Seasons and would be happy to have Trent back again for those service visits.

The repair necessitated replacing an old dysfunctional thermostat. The condensation vent on my Category 4 gas-fired furnace had water blockage. 4 Seasons was great! We had our AC Compressor Fail Friday night and called at 22:00. The Tech Robert called us at 8:00 AM Saturday and was at our house by 11:00. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He had us up and running in about 15 minutes! I highly recommend 4 Seasons!!!

I'll be happy to add a comment! 4 seasons was called out for a quote, and they came the next day. The sales rep walked me through the process, we discussed the hardware, what the possible upgrades would be, etc. I am not an A/C expert, but I am not uninformed - and the rep actually taught me some things I didn't know. As a renter, I explained that I was gathering quotes for the landlord, and this actually stopped a few other companies from even coming over - "we have to have the homeowner on site". 4 Seasons was kind enough to spend their time to help me, and to be better informed, and provide one of a few extra quotes to my landlord for system replacement. The quotes were delivered within a few hours by email, and a few follow-up questions were answered within 30 minutes - I was quite impressed with their customer service. Sadly we didn't use them, but that was not my choice. Of all the quotes I obtained, they were the lowest, and using Carrier equipment which is of high quality. The others cost more and some even used off-brand or seconds at a higher cost - so I was impressed. But, my landlord chose differently. I'm sorry they didn't get his business, but had I been the homeowner, they would have had mine, for certain.

He was professional and friendly. It took around 4hrs, to remove the old unit and then install the new unit which was great. Once the a/c was on, it had cooled our house within in 20-30 mins.

They came out right away when the unit stopped cooling. Once we realized it wasn't going to hold Freon anymore, they installed a new system in a very tight closet. Chris, the technician, came up with a layout that saved valuable space so we could gain access to previously "hidden" water heater that could only be replaced when the air handler was out. They also replaced the water heater and moved some other ductwork to further open the space and enhance the adjoining room wall. Plus the a/c was turned on 2 days sooner than expected. Great job and very professional. Thanks.

We called 4 Seasons two weeks ago because our air was out. The Condensation Pump had stopped working, it was determined. The air was back on after Fisher cleaned the mold and algae out of the pump, but couldn't guarantee it would last until a pump could be installed. Thankfully it did. We were grateful for Fisher. So Aaron came today and installed a new one. We have had him before to do our service, which we have done twice each year and he is trustworthy, knowledgeable, punctual and very experienced. Yesterday I had my heating checked and the technician, Mr. Robert Johnson was very professional and nice. He answered all my questions plus gave me kind explanations and tips on how to increase longevity of my units by operating them in a certain way. In April, a different technician came and did my cooling check, his name was Mr. Fisher Heard (they send you inspection reports and I saved them all) and he was also very professional. I'm pleased with their service and the quality of their technicians and would recommend to anybody. Try them out.

Our 25 year old furnace finally died and it was hard to track down someone who could do the job quickly. I remembered seeing them in the exit lane at CostCo so decided to reach out to them. We couldn't be happier. First they responded to my email within 30 minutes. Second, they were at my house the next morning on time by 9am. The took the time to thoroughly inspect not only the furnace, but all the pvc piping, gas hook up, and AC unit. Third, they showed me internal photos of the furnace with rust holes. That coupled with a known CO2 exhaust leak which triggered the call convinced me it was not worth the money to repair it so it was time to upgrade to a new one. They were at my house promptly the next day and did the work and were gone 4 hours laters.

I originally called 4 Seasons for maintenance on a system that was 23 (heat) and 26 (AC) years old. A few of the parts were starting to fail and Vance presented me with options to fix the current system and also provided an overview of total replacement options. After talking through my needs and budget, I had an entirely new system replaced within a week. In addition to installing the new units, 4 Seasons also redid all of the duct work for my system as well as updating the wiring. Everything was done quickly with great communication, the job was tidy and neat, and now I have no more worries about my system. Inspected the heating systems and found an issue with one of the units (20 yrs old). Suggested replacing a capacitor that was causing the unit to run inefficiently. No pressure to replace the item but it made sense for a relatively small charge to get the unit back to peak performance prior to the cooler weather. Fisher was professional and showed me the replaced capacitor and took the time to look at the systems.

I have a maintenance agreement where they inspect and maintain my HVAC unit. They have always reacted quickly and accurately any time I experience a problem with my system. I’ve never felt that they ever ripped me off on any repair. As an example, my heat exchanger developed a crack and was found by Aaron, a technician who always my twice yearly checks, yesterday. This is a very dangerous problem that can lead to serious health problems due to carbon dioxide leaking into the air flow. We decided to replace the furnace. Within an hour there were 2 techs removing the old unit while a new unit was being found and delivered. A couple of hours later we had a new furnace running smoothly. They did a great job at a very good price.

Update 3/28/2018 ************* After my first review, someone by name Vance called and re-imbursed $95 for the cost the tech charged for purging gas line, which did not fix the problem in the first vist. I was going to give only 3 stars because of the technician's push to sell me the maintenance plan. How in the world can I take a long term service with this company with my experience? I am giving only 4 stars because of the technician's lack of understanding the problem and and ulltimately that ended up me with a cold freezing night. My price ended up $668.01 after the refund for a gas control valve replacement. I am also a small business owner and know how difficult it is to run one in a competitive industry. Your front line employees are your business face, and they need to be trained on how to handle issues, or have someone from the office guide them on the phone with reasonable pricing decisions. It would be a good idea to call around and find out how much others are charging in the area for a baseline. 3/20/18******************************** I called them on a Friday, along with a few other local air companies. The first to call back was 4 Seasons so I went with them (worried I wouldn't get calls back from the other companies I called). The 4 Season technician came out in an hour. Unfortunately he couldnt figure out why the blower doesnt kick on even though the motor and gas was coming on. Once he was finished, he told me the system needed just cleaning and gas purge and charged me $164 and used my filter for replacement. But he was very pushy to for me to commit to a 12 month service agreement which I declined. I was skeptical that a not-so bad filter can cause the blower not to come on and told him so. The problem reappeared again on Monday. Heat did not come on at 3AM. The same tech came back out around noon with another person. After trying different things, I was told that it is the control valve that needed replacement, and charged me $599.01 for that. He also assured me that he did not charge me service charge the second time. Together, I ended up paying $763.01 for replacing a gas control valve. Let the reader be the judge on the price. (The part costs only less than $200.) Bottom line: They may respond fast, but watch your wallet. I felt like the tech was not experienced and the company overprices by making multiple visits. I will not use them in the future and would not recommend.

Aaron came out to repair our non-functioning upstairs A/C unit. First, he told us that it wouldn't come on because the outside temp had to be at least 59 degrees. This is NOT true for the A/C, but ONLY for the Heating! Second, he told us our thermostat was bad, so we purchased another $250 Nest, but found out that it wasn't our thermostat, so I had to return it. Sorry, but Aaron didn't help us at all and only gave us bad information. TOTAL waste of our time and we'll be renewing our maintenance contract with a different company.

Can't say enough about the level of service and organization. You don't know how many ways your relationship with a contractor could break down until you actually need things to go perfectly. The manager Jim was always reachable (either immediately or within 5 minutes of my call), they came out the day after we called (and it takes a very organized company to pull that off in the middle of summer), they offered the most payment options, the warranty through Lennox (the manufacturer) was outstanding, the crew came and installed our unit the day after Jim came over (and they even got the project started three hours early), Thomas and Joel who came to do the installation were extremely professional (and I would have felt safe having them there in my home with my family there even if I couldn't have been there myself), the guys spotted design flaws with the copper piping arrangement that was not required to fix as part of the project, they also re-routed the condensation drainage pipe (even though the existing arrangement could have been adequate as is), and they even removed and sawed off eight inches of metal shelving to make the new inside unit fit because it was larger than the old unit (which is absolutely not in their job description). We are in heaven now with the cold air that we might not have gotten until after the upcoming july 4th weekend if it wasn't for 4 Seasons Heating And Air. A+ customer experience...no wonder they've been around South Forsyth County for so long!! Thanks guys!!
