Johnny was wonderful, did great work on two of my dishwasher issues at two locations for me. He is knowledgeable and timely, professional and very nice to work with. His wife was just wonderful, they make great partnership!

They are great! Johnny came and fixed my refrigerator when it stopped working and I had “Reliable Appliances” come and fix it but it broke again 2 months later. Johnny showed me the mistakes they made and fixed them. He was great to work with and the business is a ‘husband and wife team’ which is awesome. I definitely recommend them to anybody having appliances’ issues.

I was having a problem with my ice maker. Johnny came out said I needed a part and ordered it. Once part arrived he installed it and I now have a working ice maker. Everyone at the business is very professional and polite. Service is prompt. I was very pleased with Johnny and the service he provided. I would recommend him to anyone that has an appliance needing repair and will call him whenever needed in the future for an appliance repair.

I used Johnny for the second time today. Very professional and reliable on both occasions. On the first occasion (a poorly working freezer) he explained the design flaw, and that he could rebuild around the flaw, but that the wiser course was to purchase a new freezer. I appreciated his honesty and knowledge. The repair today (on a Bosch dishwasher) involved some troubleshooting followed by a repair in less than an hour.

Jonny’s saved me $4000 dollars on a compressor for my Viking built in refrigerator. Another company said I needed one and I decided to get a second opinion. He also fixed the freezer and refrigerator doors by properly leveling the unit. Jonny is very professional and persistent in fixing issues. Johnny just saved my life. Now, before you go dismissing my review, let me explain. A month ago I lost my engagement ring. An $8000 engagement ring…..An engagement ring that I only had on my finger for 17 days…. See a really dire situation. Anyway, after a month of searching to no avail, I finally called Johnny's. I explained my situation and the woman on the phone was so empathic, I knew I had found the right place. Johnny showed up and explained the slim possibility of finding the ring, but he held out hope. He tore apart the washer carefully and thoroughly; looking everywhere a ring could possibly be (even some places it couldn't, just to be sure). After no luck with the washer, he asked about the dryer. We were both a bit hesitant, but luckily he was determined. In a matter of minutes after looking at the dryer, my ring was back on my finger! Thank you Johnny, for your determination, professionalism, and honesty. Your company will be the only one I ever call for any type of appliance repair, or missing jewelry!!
