When my refrigerator quit working, I got online to shop. I had great assistance first by text messaging and then by personal conversation on the telephone. The refrigerator I needed was in stock and it was delivered within a couple of days. The installation was a little bit of a challenge to the two men, because of narrow openings in the doors, but they got through it all and were cheerful, friendly, punctual. I rate this business and their installation crew is excellent

I’ve had to purchase several large appliances over the past few years and I go back to Baillio’s every time. Little Andy has been my sales representative every time I’ve gone in and he’s great. He finds us what’s in stock, walks us around, and give good information about the appliances. He is really knowledgeable and helpful. The showroom is laid out beautifully and there’s a huge selection. If you find the exact same item on sale somewhere else, they may even meet or beat the price. I also enjoyed shopping in their “bargain cave” it’s a small room filled with discounted, one of a kind, or scratch and dent appliances. They have a good selection of mattresses, high end electronics, traeger grills, and furniture.

I ordered a built-in microwave from Baillio’s and on the day it was delivered we discovered that I had measured the cutout incorrectly and the microwave was too big. The installation team took the microwave back, and that afternoon I got a call from my salesperson Bradley asking what I’d like to do. Since I still needed a microwave, I gave him the actual cutout dimensions and he said he’d go through their inventory to find one that would fit. A couple hours later he sent me a list of microwaves that would work in my space; I picked one and it was delivered and installed two days later. The customer service was really great, Bradley went above and beyond what I expected, and the delivery/installation team were great too.

Just received our new LG washer/dryer combo and we were extremely pleased with Joey and Marcos delivery and great teamwork installation professionalism. This completed the super buying process with Andy who took much time and detail to get us a great product to fit our older home’s smaller laundry room. The actual purchase went smoothly as it should when they want to sell you something.After that communication became non existent.The salesman never returned my calls. On delivery day I could not get a response from anyone via text or phone. It was very frustrating since we had all our food from the freezer and refrigerator in boxes awaiting delivery of new fridge and had conflicting delivery information from Baillo's. The fellows that delivered were exceptional and did a good job. Communication with Baillio's is another matter.

Needed an appliance and saw what we needed on web site. Chatted with Ivan and I received from him a delivered out the door price. However, my better half wanted me to lay eyes on it and ask questions. I drove to Albuquerque and met in person, Ivan. The price at the store was more than the internet price. He honored the internet price. There was no high pressure sales. No trying to get me to buy something more expensive that we did not need. Everyone there were pleasant and just let me shop. Bought a replacement refrigerator. Robert and his coworker delivered the refrigerator and completed the set up. They were very professional and conscientious. In the way they handle, bringing the refrigerator into the house to avoid damaging the walls. Everything was clean and tidy when they completed and left. I have nothing bad to say about Baillo's. They had exactly what I wanted online and in stock; I placed my order and was called later that day to schedule delivery for the very NEXT day. That was awesome! Their deliverers and slightly weird automated text bot stayed in touch to let me know when they would arrive. The guys who showed up were great; I wish I could have offered them a beer and hung out for awhile with them. Installation was quick. But when we ran the washing machine, there was a terrible sound whenever the drain pump kicked in. I called up Baillo's and told the salesman it sounded like an angry bear. He said he would schedule someone to show up on Monday, as this was late Friday. Not only did they show up on Monday (A different set of great guys who also deserved a beer!) BUT they brought and installed a completely new machine, which hasn't given us any problems. This is why we buy all our appliances from Baillo's.

My shopping experience here has been excellent. All of my kitchen appliances needed to be replaced. It was nerve racking spending so much (especially with everything being more expensive) but I felt like I was given good deals and Jason Wolfel was an awesome sales person. I tried to research different brands to be certain I was getting the best appliances for the money. Jason was very helpful. This was during their Labor Day sales and he saved me a lot of $$$ wherever he could. I also purchased a new mattress and foundation. I'm really looking forward to receiving it since my bed has become too soft and not enough support. I have fibromyalgia and stenosis of my entire back. A decent mattress is a must for me. Yes I have sticker shock! Jason helped me save money and worries. The entire staff at Baillio's are very friendly and they're knowledgeable. I would choose them over most other businesses that have a brick and mortar shop in town. I can't speak about the delivery process or installation of appliances just yet. I will try to update after it's all done. I recommend Baillio's to anyone needing their services. At least check them out. 🌟🌟🌟🌟 ***Update*** My experience with the deliveries and installations of appliances I purchased from Baillio's has been less than stellar. I am a single senior female that needed extra help with measuring and cleanup. At 1st I received a smashed dishwasher, a refrigerator freezer that didn't fit in the space needed, and a washer dryer that also did not fit the space. All of this could have been prevented if they had a service designed to help people like myself. I'm also disabled and the stress from this was very intense. I look pretty normal on the outside. I live with several autoimmune diseases that cause a great deal of pain. Expressing my situation is never enough. Most people don't understand. While my shopping experience with Jason was very good it lacked attention to details. I'm working with limited space and having someone come over to measure and make certain of the fit would have saved me time, money, and all the unnecessary stress. They are trying to rectify these issues for me. I have a received a different refrigerator freezer (that I like), a new dishwasher (finally), and gas range, and a new microwave. The delivery guys have been very good but I wish they had more time to show me how to use the appliance. I have problems with reading and comprehension due to my conditions. Bottom line is that they're trying to accommodate me but all of it could've been avoided by having someone come over to measure and make sure that the appliance will work out. They keep saying that they don't do that. They don't have the "manpower". I have repeatedly told them that this is a service to their customers who need it. It would have saved everyone time and money. It's definitely been an inconvenience for me. I'm still waiting for a better option to the washer dryer since the one I ordered doesn't fit the space. I'm trying to be patient but it's been more than inconvenient. I bought all new appliances from Baillio's. Over $10,000 worth of appliances. Customer service should be a top priority in MHO. I'd still recommend them with a word of caution about delivery and installation. 🌟 Update 🌟 I ended up with an all in one washer dryer. The delivery went smoothly and the delivery guys were great 👍🏼 This time was a winner! Arrived on time and they were very accommodating. I have had great experiences with the delivery guys! They set it up and showed me how to use it. Pretty much like the one I'm replacing. I will still recommend Baillio's. Deliveries have been a pain in the behind but bottom line I'd still recommend Baillio's 😁. I'm crossing my fingers that these last many, many years! Thanks Baillio's! 👌

We bought a Cafe slide in range. Price was very competitive. Had it delivered, the first one was damaged. The second one was delivered within 3 days. The installers did a good job. My only criticism is there was obviously a plastic film on the oven doors prior to installation that had been removed, I assume by one of the installers. There were still remnants of it around the edges of both doors that my wife and I had to remove and clean up. BTW: our sales person, Joanne was awesome.

We received delivery of our LG refrigerator today 9/7/2022 and Christian and Marcus delivery staffs were very professional and very accommodating. They were never in a rush to leave and really made time to make sure that the new unit was properly hooked up the filter of the unit was placed and they tested the water line to make sure that the hook up was done properly and that there is water coming out of the unit dispenser since it has an ice maker too. So far everything went very well. Good customer service for these two young men and Baillos has really very good with their services. We appreciate it so much.

We had our 20 year old chest freezer die on a Monday night. On Tuesday, I checked the Baillio’s web page and started an on line chat with Jason. In 20 min I bought the correct size freezer and set up delivery for Wednesday. They called wed am and by 1:30 the freezer was delivered and the old one hauled away. Fast , efficient service. Only complaint is they didn’t clean up the floor and they did not reset the new ice maker so it would start producing ice, but no big deal. We have used Baillos pretty much as our go to store for appliances. The selection is very good and the sales staff are very up front about what is in stock and how long it will be to get an item in. These days it’s good to know that so you can plan ahead. We’ve worked with several sales personnel but I have to say Martha is by far the best they have on staff. She is knowledgeable, bringing her own experience as an appliance user to the table. She really worked to understand our particular size challenge, eliminating all the machines that didn’t fit our requirements so we weren’t wasting time. She also facilitated the custom venting we needed and scheduled delivery. So, if you are at Baillos, ask for Martha!

We went to look for a TV, just browsing and ended up buying a Sony 75" television the service there was excellent they didn't bother us at first only when we needed help to let them know we had any questions just to ask, service with great prices were great. It was nice and clean I felt safe in their, l found one that l fell in love with aa Sony k80 75in we purchased our television, we went around the side picked it up came home and set it up. They did have delivery and set up for extra but we preferred to bring it home in do it ourselves. I am very happy with choices we made 2 thumbs up to them.

Our sales person Andy Weston was great. He went so out of his way to provide us with the service that was needed. He pulled all the strings to make sure we could get the refrigerator we wanted immediately and get it delivered on the spot since ours was on its last leg. The delivery guys, what can I say, Jonathan & Steven were the most courteous people I have ever met. They had the job of setting up the refrigerator quickly with such a friendly attitude. The entire experience was one that I would certainly return to Baillio's to do again.

Store was open. Everyone wearing masks and plenty of room for social distancing, which was observed and in place. Huge selection, helpful staff. Ivan, who helped me before with a induction cook top, helped my wife and I pick out a nice washer and dryer. Talked us through all the differences between the 5 tiers of LG washers & dryers they have on the showroom floor. He even knew, just by a model number I had a friend text me, the specs on a unit we had used in her guest house and liked. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We also got the refrigerator we have been looking to purchase for some time. Excellent experience, we will definitely be coming back to Baillos.

(Disclaimer: my old plumbing doesn't fit so I have to get an adapter before I can try out the dishwasher.)

We bought an oven here a while back and were very happy. Then this time we needed a washer and dryer. After looking for a washer and dryer at home depot and Lowe's, we ended up at Baillio's. I wish we would have just went back here right away. We bought a new Frigidaire freezer a few weeks ago. Our freezers are important to us as we have a large garden and grow most of our own meals. To have one fail twice in 8 weeks is a disaster, as we just can’t replace our soups and stews at the grocery stores. Baillos went beyond the call of good service to get use a new freezer, Apparently much better built because it weighs a lot more, in just two days.

I had a great experience with Baillio's installing my home theatre sound system. After two disappointing no shows from pros recommended by Angie's List and Thumbtack, followed by both going incommunicado when I tried to reach them, I called Baillio's. Chris listened as I described by bad experiences and send two technicians to determine what the project entailed. He then sent Daniel to set up the sound system. Chris is a man of his word and Daniel is a knowledgeable and friendly technician. I gave them five stars because they made me feel like a valued customer. Also, the cost was cheaper than what the two pros had quoted from the previous vendors. Daniel showed me all the features of the surround sound system before leaving my home and gave me his cell phone number in case I had any more questions. Chris and Daniel deserve to be recognized as outstanding employees by Baillio's Appliances. My wife and I retired to Albuquerque in early March. I'm glad a found a dependable electronics stores and hope to do business with them again.

i just came from the store and the gentleman who helped me, Daniel, was the most courteous, well informed and extraordinary salesperson i have every had at any of the other competitors.... and completely willing to teach me about the newest TV within my budget. he did not up sell me. he was also able to navigate the comcast waters which are always chopping for the likes of me. i will be going back there this week to upgrade my phone and will make an appointment to make sure i work with him again. in addition, he was able to suggest some other equipment that will make my television experience better! everything they say about this store in the commercials is true. thank you very much!

We went into the store on a Sunday afternoon to get a washer and dryer. We worked with Andy to narrow down the best choice for our family. Andy is very knowledgeable about the different brands and machines, and wasn't pushy like the sales people in other stores. While placing our order, Andy was able to get us a great deal on the machines we wanted and we were able to get them delivered the following Tuesday. The install guys were awesome and all seemed well except the water seemed to be hooked up to the wrong temperature. So when I ran a cold wash, the clothes were actually putting off enough heat to fog up my glasses. They sent out Scott, a Delivery Manager, to fix the issue, but then other issues emerged with the washing machine. Andy and the team at Baillio's worked with us and our plumber to come up with a solution and we had a new machine delivered on the following Saturday. Both washer and dryer are now working with no issues and laundry is quick and easy. We opted to get Electrolux machines and are not disappointed. Although the whole process was pretty frustrating and we couldn't do laundry for a week, we are pleased with the end result and hopefully all will remain smooth going forward.

Baillio's had the dishwasher I wanted in stock and delivered the very next day first thing in the morning. Couldn't ask for better service! His partner who also rolled in the unit did not bump any corners or damage the dishwasher at all (which I have had happen in the past with a totally different company). Price was good. We bought a refrigerator and stove, the sales person was friendly and helped us with everything. We decided to pick up the appliances. When we were outside waiting for the person to come out we expected to see someone nice and with a great customer service. Not at all, the person came out I said good morning, he didn't even reply to me instead he just asked for the paper. When he brought the refrigerator he didn't even lower the ramp so he had to kind of jump the dolly to get it down. ( Refrigerator was damaged) not sure if it happens when he brought it down. After that he just asked to sign and left. Didn't ask if we needed help or like it says on a sign that they will provide ropes. They need to hire people with better attitude, we even joke about it, I told my husband he didn't like us because we're mexicans. My family and I went in looking for a new dryer after ours had stopped working. Andy Weston helped us to find the perfect match. He was helpful and knowledgeable all the while being mindful about our budget. We ended up buying a washer as well and Andy got delivery scheduled for just a few days away. When the drivers showed up with my new set, the one gentleman was skeptical about getting the units up my staircase. Without even measuring or putting any effort in, he declared it could not be done. He said if we removed the railing they *might* be able to get the units upstairs, that after I had removed the railing I should contact my salesman to reschedule. My brand new appliances would remain in my garage until then. That evening, after my spouse had gotten home from work and we were able to take the dryer up ourselves, without removing the railing, I called Andy and expressed my concerns. I really felt as though the original drivers didn't feel like doing the job. Andy assured me he would get someone out the next day to finish the job. Scott, Johnny and Gabe came the next morning. They didn't try to make excuses, they just did what they came to do. There was a small obstacle in my laundry room, but they found a way to make it work. I only wish they had been the original delivery crew! Because of the excellent customer service from Andy, Scott, Johnny and Gabe I will definitely be a return customer!

I buy my most prized electronics from their store, and I have always found their showroom full of the most exciting state of the art equipment and gadgets; their personnel knowledgeable about every question I have ever presented, and they have the best "clearance" selection and prices in town. What I truly love about this local "mom and pop" store, however, is that they truly are an active partner in our community. I am a teacher in a nearby high school, and I teach two service learning classes. Once again, setting the bar of customer service much higher than others. We never felt rushed and we where not even aware the store had closed. We returned a few days later to find Andy who remembered not only our names but the details of our life. After three years! Amazing! After our visit with Don we had a much better idea of what we wanted to choose (there where so many choices) and Andy guided us to the perfect Maytag appliances we wanted once again spending a great deal of time helping us select. Overall review: All of the staff are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. There was no pressure with lots of help when needed. The prices are great and the selections are fantastic. The delivery people, also friendly and professional where on time and quickly installed our appliances without a scratch. Five Day Kitchens delivered and installed our gas range for Baillio's and they where also very personable and professional. This is the kind of store you want to go to. You rarely find customer service like this anymore. They treat you like family.

I entered a complaint through Google about Baillio's, because the dryer they brought on the truck was damaged, and the people I talked to couldn't tell me when I would get mine delivered. Many thanks to Jack Baillio. He called me, and told me the situation. The one I ordered wouldn't be in till the following week, but they could deliver the next model up the next day. I got the new dryer installed with the steam kit installed, and it's works great. I recently bought a 65inch LG 4K OLED TV at Baillios. Oliver Jones was the sales representative that helped me. He was the most informed TV salesman I have ever encountered. I am an engineer and was looking at two 4K 65 inch TVs so I asked every technical question I could think of and he really had all the answers. He spent a total of 3 hours with me. Best experience buying a TV I have ever had. He made the choice of which TV to get easy. Baillios prices were competitive with other electronics stores in Albuquerque. I have been very pleased with my purchase. I had looked at the same 2 TVs at Best Buy and the salesman could not answer many of my questions and seemed in a hurry to get rid of me. In the end, I could not get enough information to make a decision. I guess he thought telling me one TV was better, was enough. The installation went very smoothly. Jody Yesville who installed the TV was also very knowledgeable and efficient. I would recommend Baillios highly. They really provide a top notch customer experience, much better than their competitors.

They came through when Home Depot dropped the ball. We purchased a new home here in Albuquerque and purchased the appliances through Home Depot up in Colorado 3 months prior in hopes of having less hassles while moving everything into the house. As we were moving, I got a call from Home Depot saying an item was back-ordered and our delivery wouldn't be made for almost 2 weeks! I went to the local store to find out the item that is causing the delay and tried to change the order so we'd have a fridge, washer and dryer. When trying to fix the issue, they had me cancel the original order, but the new order would have been $800 more! Late Saturday we walk in. I relate the story to our sales person, he took the original order, matched the prices, then took some more off each one. We got the 10 year warranty, and added a bed to the order! Everything got delivered on Monday and installed by a great team. As a result, they now have new customers! Another reason to buy locally.

Octavio was with me all the way. He never failed to return my calls and handled the delivery and set up schedules to meet my requests. Great experience buying for our first time with Baillios. My issue was my fridge was ordered and we were told it would take 7-10 biz days max. No problem. 10th biz day rolled around, nothing. I called the 12th biz day (spoke to another sales person)and asked about it, was given a ETA of the day prior and told it was running late but would be there that week. No problem. 3 days later (Friday) I called to see what was up, still no news. I was told I'd be given a call back by the operator. No call back. Weekend goes by, I call on Tues the following week and spoke to the gal who was suppose to call me back, called her out on that and after some wait time, she found my fridge and scheduled delivery with me. Not a huge deal, but when in the biz of serving customers, stick to your word or call and keep customers in the loop. It mostly rubbed me the wrong way that I never spoke to our sales lady again after she made the sale. She should have been the one I was getting information from. Next time we need a appliance, I will keep Baillios in mind. They had no problem price matching Lowes price and actually had a better selection.

We purchased a refrigerator and kitchen table from Marta about a month ago, and to this day we still talk about our experience with her and share it with our friends and family. Marta is AMAZING! She is very professional and friendly and made us feel comfortable right away. We came in to look at the refrigerator and she spent quite a while with us answering questions, pulling up specs etc. We did not purchase that day. For the next week or so we shopped around and although we did like some other options, it really came down to the salesperson. We just adored her. We came back and she immediately remembered us, which made us feel nice. We decided we wanted the fridge, but there was another couple, with another salesperson, looking at it too. They decided they wanted it and it was the last one. Needless to say, we were very disappointed. Marta told us - hold on. She came back and had worked some magic with another couple who had ordered the fridge but did not need it until the end of the month. She got us the fridge we wanted! On top of that, we purchased a kitchen table - mostly because her service was excellent and if we purchase a large dollar item, my husband and I feel strongly that we will not do so unless we are comfortable with the sales person. I recommend her to everyone who will listen and can guarantee we will be back to purchase the rest of our major appliances - from Marta. She is a value and asset to have on staff, as I am sure you are aware. She is honest, up front, knowledgeable and very personable. She also followed up with us via phone to make sure everything was going well, which is unheard of these days. Her service, personality and our experience there have made us lifetime customers. Like I previously said, it has been at least a month since this purchase, but I feel so strongly about this experience I felt I needed to speak up.

For nearly forty years, we've bought nearly all of our appliances at Baillios. The experience has always been great or nearly great, over and over again. The only exceptions were a no-freezer refrigerator and an upright freezer of the same nationally known brand starting with F. Through no fault of Baillios -- other than offering them for sale -- those F-brand units failed within 3 or 4 years. Never again! This time was not an exception. We bought a small gas range for a mountain cabin. Initially the range we wanted was out of stock, but -- the salesman said -- they were on order and would be delivered in 2 weeks. And in fact they were delivered a little sooner than that. Baillios is the place for appliances in Albuquerque!

I had such a hard time getting help with it. I called several times and was mistreated over the phone... by the way stay away from Chris very rude and disrespectful he refused to help me and when I needed a supervisor he didn't want to take the call. Very poor leadership skills. I made my way to go speak with the GM who is Mr. Boyd. I have been on the hunt for a new dining room table for my parent's home. Even though Baillos wasn't on my list of places to go, I luckily stopped in. Scheduling home appliance service was difficult. One calls one day and Baillo's is supposed to call the customer back the next day to tell the customer when the tech will arrive. I had to cancel the first appointment because I would not be home when they said they would come. So I scheduled for another day when I knew we would be home all day. Baillo's forgot to call and tell me when they would be coming. Surprisingly, they were able to give me a time then and there on the phone when I called at the end of the day to find out when the serviceman would be arriving at my home. The service tech came at the appointed time. He explained information, but grumbled when he had to repeat himself for clarification of a topic new to me. I was rather astonished that the service tech refused to give me a receipt outlining the problem with my appliance or a receipt for the money I paid for the service call. He said it was their standard procedure. I will try to use a different appliance service person next time I need one in the future.

On Sept. 1st, I went to Baillio's to purchase a new freezer. I met with an old friend, Andy. He showed me the available models and I purchased the one he even recommended. I am very satisfied with my new freezer. Now that would be enough for most reviews, but there's more to this one! Unbelievably, Andy quickly assessed the situation and said for me to obtain "Arctic Ice" and a small, hard ball, like one used in the game of handball. Squeeze the ball and apply the medicine. I thought, "could'nt hurt". Well, within a week or so my hand was MUCH improved. Who would have thought to find both a sales representative and "pharmacist" in one man! And one more thing. So Baillio's has a 30 day return policy. Did more research and found the Sony I wanted. It was not even in stock yet. Baillios delivery came in, boxed up the old one, and set up the new one. It all started last year with cracked iPhone glass. Went in with the Mrs. to have the phones repaired and looked around while waiting. We had been wanting to upgrade our TV, so we ended up buying a 60" LG 4K HDTV with an LG soundbar. And a fake fireplace stand to put it on. And a new couch to put our selves on. We sold the Bose system we'd been used to for 10 years when the LG soundbar came along. That was a year ago. But the LG soundbar never measured up to the old Bose system. So, now we're in the store again, a year later, to have our iPhone screens replaced (again!) and again we looked around while waiting. I was missing that Bose sound. Honestly, I'd been shopping them for quite a while. So we spoke with Johhny B. who had sold us our original stuff, and he cut us a great deal on a Bose Soundtouch 130 Home Theater system - much better than Best Buy and Amazon could offer. Today' systems are much more sophisticated than the ones I hooked up back in the '70s when it was just an amp, tape player, turntable and a couple of speakers. Needless to say I got stuck and had to call for help the day after I got it home. Johnny B. sent out his best man, who expertly connected everything (including a TIVO box) and is a great guy to boot. Now we have great Bose sound - even streaming music from my desktop computer - and all the features of our big LG TV. Couldn't be more pleased! Highly recommended.
