I was apprehensive about acupuncture but decided to give it a try for my plantar fasciitis. After one treatment I was able to hike 5 miles the next day.... pain free! Ashley turned me into a beliver and an advocate. Ashley is impressively knowledge, kind and caring. I can not say enough about her ability to be professional and yet she made me feel like a friend! She is now the only acupuncturist I will ever use!

Most health matters are a result of a combination of structural, chemical, and emotional issues. Ashley is an amazing practitioner of N.E.T., which solves the emotional component. You owe yourself a consultation. The kids and I visit once every month or two to "clear" emotional issues, and it's so worth it! If you have body pains or health issues that other trusted practitioners just can't seem to make progress on, try N.E.T.!

The acupuncturists at Joyful Living Health Center excel at treating chronic pain and aiding with stress management (two things MANY people need help with). Penny and Ashley put you right at ease and I left my session feeling like I was ready to face my day. Highly effective treatment by wonderfully skilled practitioners every time. Looking forward to my next visit!

First, some background: I'm mostly using acupuncture and cupping for muscle recovery, stress relief, and immune support. I'm active in my job and sports, and since turning 40, have had a couple minor repetitive stress injuries which I've treated with physical therapy and massage. Stress is always an issue. I can be kind of a hot-head.
After three sessions with Nicole, I've noticed some changes..
First, super relaxed at the end of our sessions.
The tightness in my back is totally gone. Other muscles feel fresh.
Mood is improved. I'm not arguing or upset with anyone. I'm in a good mood and focused; I get work done easily.
It took me a while to get in because their schedule is usually full for a week or two, but what a great experience.
Nicole is exactly the kind of person you want to trust with needles and flaming cups. It's not painful. She takes time to get to know you and what is going on in your life that might affect stress and health. She'll guide you through it effortlessly. She's professional, engaging, and immediately trustworthy.
The space matches the quality of staff. It's clean, and enhances the experience. The muted sound of raindrops on the roof and persian rug...a lot of thought and care went in to this place.
Highly recommended.

Ashley is a beautiful soul who is one of the most caring and attentive practitioners I have ever known. Do yourself a favor and go see this woman! You won't regret it!
