Nikki from Perennial acupuncture created such a calm and safe envIronment for healing! I felt so cared for, she offered me seasonal tea from herbs she grew in her garden to sip while she did my intake. After the treatment, which helped with digestion, sleep and muscle tension, she followed up with a care plan that was so helpful. Nikki brings her knowledge of eastern medicine and nutrition together to offer lifestyle suggestions that helped me in a really comprehensive way. The care plan felt thoughtful, easy to follow and offered education which felt empowering. I highly recommend!!!!

Nikki is amazing—she is incredibly knowledgeable, listens, and has the ability to be flexible. I’ve tried acupuncture on and off for a decade, and have always had an issue retaining needles. Nikki is *the only* practitioner I’ve seen who suggested using a smaller needle, and my ability to retain needles has wildly improved. Her ability to understand that different bodies require specific, and sometimes divergent, things is special. Her ability to offer concurrent support with acupuncture (nutrition, TCM, etc), is incredibly helpful. I have Crohn’s disease and fibromyalgia, and have benefited from treatment with Nikki. Plus she’s funny! 20/10 would recommend.

Nikki is such a thoughtful practitioner. I made an appointment to work on managing my migraines. I had long ago given up on anything truly working. But here we are, a month into my treatments and I can honestly say I've noticed an improvement. When we first met to talk about this she proposed a clear treatment plan. It's overwhelming to consider a monetary investment as well as a time investment of another thing to do in an overpacked schedule. But she made it clear how long and why she was proposing my treatment and gave me alternatives if a weekly session wouldn't work. Once we started my acupuncture she also checked in with me before each treatment. Checking to make sure that there were no changes in my needs or my health. Her professionalism and empathy puts me completely at ease. This has become one of the touchstones in my week where I can pause and take care of myself. Make an appointment, you won't regret it.
