One Yoga for All is a community minded yoga studio.
I’ve taken classes before pandemic and recently started my practice again.
Good move on the expansion!
I’ve joined classes with all of the teachers and they are knowledgeable and attentive teachers. I look forward to them continuing to add more classes and growing in my practice. Their Merch is nice.

The community at One Yoga is very special. We support and encourage everyone to seek and follow their individual path. Eduvegis, the owner/lead teacher, hires only the best and those who are mindful of not only their own practice, but the practices of their students.
Throughout the pandemic Zoom classes were held online. As we come back to in-person sessions there is careful attention to gathering information from clients – you must be fully vaccinated, temperature is monitored, and you must register in advance -- at time of registration as well as at the door to ensure that safety protocols are followed. The studio is wiped down after each class including bathrooms and cleaned thoroughly every day. It is a bright, open, airy space with appropriate air filtration and beautiful plants.
What I appreciate the most is the variety of the schedule: Classes, workshops, and pop-up local vendor fairs are held with the community in mind – their safety and wellness. Come join us. Check out the website and social media to find out what is happening and how to prepare for an in-person class.

Grateful to have One Yoga for All in our neighborhood. It is everything you could wish for in a yoga studio - beautiful space, caring instructors and a commitment to the community. Eduvigis is thoughtful and impactful. I highly recommend One Yoga for All!

One Yoga for All is a true oasis from the madness of NYC life. I have practiced at One Yoga for five years and have never found a teacher as inspiring as Eduvigis or a more supportive yoga community. Eduvigis embodies yoga as a centering practice, and her classes are an expression of her spirit and creativity. Each month is anchored around a spiritual theme, with the classes going deeper into exploring that theme each week. It is a wonderful way to connect yoga as a physical and spiritual practice and makes every class a new experience. I have recently added private classes with Eduvigis to my practice and already see that taking things to the next level. I highly encourage one and all to come and experience One Yoga for All!

I had a shoulder injury (torn labrum and rotator cuff) and One Yoga for All has become a sanctuary where I receive so much healing, care, and knowledge from every single instructor; Eduvigis Marmolejos, Harold Hidalgo, Nyota Nayo and Hegulka Scheiman. It is an understatement to say that they truly care about the community and every single member who access their services. They are thoughtful, nonjudgmental, and humble in their practice so much so that even an absolute beginner like myself felt instantly at ease learning the basic key terms, concepts, and poses fairly quickly (I strongly recommend Eduvigis’ Saturday 1.5 hr class for this). The classes are often small enough so that you get personal attention from instructors. They have recently started back the restorative yoga class (taught by Hegulka) which helps you to be more aware of you entire body for a deeper relaxation. It truly is the best relaxation that one can feel. Nyota‘’s gentle Hatha class takes off the pressure but allows you to really be present in the moment. And of course Harold is incredibly clear, intuitive, and supportive in the way he delivers his class, I always look for his name on the schedule. One Yoga for All brings peace, kindness, and healing to the community and I feel so grateful for its existence and services.

One yoga for all is one of the rare yoga studios honoring the real essence of yoga going beyond the poses. The instructors are very welcoming and knowledgeable with each class having a different style which gives opportunities to explore different kinds of yoga. The classes are very calming and energetic at the same time - I feel refreshed after each class! I have been doing yoga for some time and this has deepened my practice in many ways. Would highly recommend to people at all levels!

I've taken several classes here over the past few months and I've loved every single one! The studio itself is lovely and peaceful, and the instructors are deeply knowledgeable, patient, and welcoming. That's been so helpful for someone like me who's just getting back into yoga after a long absence (e.g., all of the teachers always offer clear and helpful modifications).
The array of classes and workshops has also been really impressive, and I keep seeing new and interesting events added to the schedule.
I also appreciate the studio's dedication to health and safety standards during the pandemic. Because of this, I have always felt safe when entering and practicing in the studio.
I'm thrilled to have this gem right in the neighborhood and I'm excited to keep going back to learn from the instructors and build on my practice!

One Yoga for All is an amazing studio with experienced, compassionate yoga teachers. The space is beautiful and newly renovated, large, peaceful and welcoming. I am so glad to have One Yoga for All in the Riverdale area. I took Yoga Nidra with Eduvigis and it was the best meditation yoga class I have ever taken. It is definitely worth it to come in and check out whether you are just starting out or a seasoned yogi. I am so thankful that this place is here and even new and improved post-pandemic!

Love this studio! Truly a hidden gem in Riverdale. I’ve been coming to this studio for a few years and love the expansion. It has been very COVID friendly, seems as though they’ve taken the extra steps to make sure everyone is safe, which is something I can appreciate nowadays. The teachers are amazing, always engaging when you need them (they’re very respectful). I love that there’s a variety of classes and workshops to take. I’ve taken a lot of the meditation classes, (which I highly recommend), sound bath is awesome and recently discovered the belly dancing class! If you’re looking for something in the area or even visiting check out one yoga for all!

After decades of practicing yoga, I finally invested in myself and my practice by booking private sessions with Eduvigis. It was one of the best decisions I made in 2020! Eduvigis was so insightful and encouraging, and helped me make very subtle, yet profound adjustments to my practice that immediately benefitted me. Now I have a bespoke 20-minute daily practice that I know is serving and supporting me during this challenging time. Previously, I struggled with maintaining consistency in my practice and experienced a lot of soreness and pain from online yoga videos that were not the right practice for me.
Now I have expert guidance and a new daily routine that I know works for me! Can't recommend her enough :)

Exceptional yoga. I've been practicing yoga for many years and find the classes here engaging, challenging, and just great overall. A calm, friendly, clean and spacious place with a growing community. So lucky I found them!

For all sizes, shapes and levels - I enjoy being part of the supportive environment cultivated at One Yoga for All. I look forward to the restorative energy I experience after each session. It grounds me. Nyota's Gentle Hatha and Bellydancing, Edu's Yoga Nidra and Meditation, Ayana's Stretch & Strengthen, Annie's Gentle Flow, Cynthia's Women's Circle, Jessica's Sound Bath Meditation - all the yoga instructors I have had sessions with have been respectful, knowledgeable about poses and modifications and connect with the students. I love it here! :)

I took the Tuesday Candlelight Flow class with Katherine and it was excellent! I haven't been taking yoga for a while and the class was a really good way of getting back into it. The studio atmosphere is very nice and calm. Props and mats were provided (you can bring your own if you'd like). Great class, friendly teachers and staff!
