If I could give Laurel more stars I absolutely would! Laurel is the yoga instructor for my corporate office. I have been attending her classes for 2 months now and I am in awe of how much I have enjoyed each class. She is absolutely incredible! Yoga class is the best part of my Tuesday/Thursdays. I look forward to each class all week long! Laurel has an outstanding way of making each attendee feel safe, comfortable, supported, encouraged and motivated. I have grown an abundant amount of strength over the past couple months and Laurel continues to encourage/support me all along the way. The meditation at the end of each class is phenomenal. She has a way of speaking with such a soothing voice which allows you to clear your mind and truly center yourself. Joining Laurel’s yoga classes has without a doubt been the best decision I have ever made for my mental, physical and emotional well-being. I highly encourage everyone to attend her classes. You will not regret it!

I've taken Laurel's classes in person and virtually. I look forward to every one of her classes, and I'm not very good at yoga. She is inclusive, creating a learning space for everyone, and teaches to all levels, providing modifications. She has an excellent understanding of how the body works, and gives intuitive cues. Laurel brings an infectious and bright energy to class--her virtual classes have kept me sane while sheltering in place!

I have been practicing yoga for 30 years, and I even do yoga on horses and mules! Laurel is a fantastic teacher. She is open hearted and kind; strong and grounded; and graceful and lovely. I live in Flagstaff, Arizona, and take Laurel’s classes online. My yoga studio is online too, but I prefer taking Laurel’s classes. 😊 One of the best things about the pandemic is getting to take Laurel’s yoga classes online! ❤️

I have attended Laurel’s yoga class and thanks to her my joints feel so much better. I am a dance instructor with the VXN/ vixen arm and it takes a lot out of you physically! I started doing yoga with Laurel twice a week and it has done wonders for my strength! From her soothing voice, to the great direction she gives, it is everything I needed!!! I definitely recommend taking her class! Great instructor and she definitely listens to your suggestions of what you need!

I have done biweekly online yoga sessions with Laurel for the last couple of months, during the shelter in place. On Tuesday and Thursday mornings, I jump out of bed to join the warm and welcoming space that she creates (no mean feat, since I usually struggle to motivate myself to get up to exercise). I have never done yoga before these classes, but she tailors them perfectly to different experience levels. I can feel myself getting stronger, more flexible, and better posture even after just twice weekly classes. I can touch my toes for the first time! My body has less aches and pains, even through I cannot see my massage therapist during the shelter in place. Laurel creates the most peaceful and invigorating start to the day, I love my yoga classes and Laurel is a fantastic instructor! Highly recommended for all levels of ability.

I have been taking online classes three times a week with Laurel since the pandemic started. She is an exceptional teacher. I am 73 years old, and though I’ve been active all my life, injuries kept me out of the gym for over four years. I tried class after class but was always afraid of re-injury, always felt out-of-place, uncomfortable, never felt attended to, cared for. All that changed with Laurel. Even in a class that includes experienced yogis, Laurel always has a variation that works for me, something I can do that pushes me to my limits without fear of injury. I am slowly regaining strength, flexibility and confidence. And probably equally if not more important, Laurel gently reminds me, with down-to-earth yet striking imagery that stays with me for hours after class, to be kind to myself. Something for which I am especially grateful in these difficult times. If you have the opportunity to take classes with Laurel, do it. She’s one of the few outstanding teachers I have been lucky to learn from.

I have done in-person classes with Laurel, and I have also taken a bi-weekly Yoga online class on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I look forward to it every single time, even though I get up at 5:30am so I can first walk my dogs and eat breakfast before we start at 7:30am. She creates a warm space that is personable and professional. I am getting so much out of these classes both in terms of my emotional and physical well-being. Can't recommend her enough.

Laurel’s yoga classes are the best! She is an extraordinary instructor, very organized and detailed in the design of class and super positive and helpful. I’ve been teaching physical théâtre for over 25 years and her yoga class is a must for any theatre artist.
