Thanks for your interest in me as a client & student. The dynamic experience acquired in your studio is invaluable not only in the practice but can be utilized off the mat as well in life. This studio embodies a diverse culture that truly sets the bar high. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived and I learn a new pose every single visit! I love to learn something new every day, and I get to do that at Hands at Heart Yoga.
The environment is rich in uplifting energy and feeds your soul with love. It’s truly remarkable. Virtual visits available by appointment as well is an added benefit, though I’ve yet to try it because I find myself always wanting to show up in person :)

Cayla DuckworthIf you are looking for a yoga studio that truly cares about their people, look no further! Hands at Heart yoga has truly had such an impact on my life and my relationship with yoga. I use to work at a different yoga studio in Tampa, and after a terrible experience I almost gave up yoga altogether. After coming here one time, I was reminded of my love for yoga and why I got into it in the first place. This place is small, which makes it intimate and every time you enter you feel like you are part of a family, and not just another number. It is decorated very modern and beautiful, and allows you to really immerse yourself and leave all of your stresses outside. This is the perfect yoga studio for anyone: beginners, experts, elderly, young, anyone and everyone is welcomed here with open arms and an open heart!

Tom HarmonThis place is amazeballs. If your looking to positively change your mind, body and spirit while enjoying great laughter and smiles, then this is a must try.
In particular Amy O is great at leading you to whatever it is you need to tap into: peace, challenge, balance, breath control, mobility, strength, encouragement, release, empowerment and just growing in your life journey.
Having done yoga a couple times, I feel comfortable and safe that they modify movements to my specific needs and abilities.
Couple visits in and it has become a weekly tradition.

Janice LeshMy husband and I moved here from Chicago exactly 4 years ago next week. We were going to another studio till Covid hit then they closed. With our luck and timing WE FOUND AMY.
