All of the instructors I have gone to Valerie, Shalia and Kim are the friendliest and knowledgeable yoga teachers I have met. Every time I attend a class I feel more centered and at peace. I attend Valerie’s classes the most because I enjoy her energy, love and the ways she challenges you to trust yourself and that is what I enjoy most about attending her classes! You all are fabulous and amazing instructors and I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to take each of your classes!

I've been doing private lessons with Kandi twice a week since she bought the studio and she has been wonderful to work with. Very accommodating for early morning sessions and just a great instructor. I highly recommend private lessons if you really want to focus your practice or just get one on one development. Thanks!

I love the Ebb & Flow Yoga Studio! I've been coming here for almost a year, so I've had the pleasure of meeting several of the instructors as well as the old and new owner. They are all incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming, and they insist that yoga meets you where you're at, so there's no need to pressure yourself into poses that aren't right for you or your body. This studio is a beautiful place of love and acceptance, and I highly recommend it for yogis of all shapes, sizes, ages, and experience levels.

Great studio, wonderful teachers. The special events like Glow Yoga are really fun. The atmosphere is inviting and accepting. I feel comfortable here and always leave energized. I drive all the way from Pinellas to attend classes here. Its well worth the drive. I highly recommend, especially if you live in the area.

Lots of different types of classes available all days of the week with lots of different times slots and many different instructors who each have their own way of teaching class. Heather, Barbara, Jorden, and Valerie are all fantastic instructors! Prices are extremely reasonable. Unlimited class packages are available that make the pricing very worth while. Teacher discounts are also available and new customers get a special unlimited month long price of only $39.95! Special courses are also being offered such as Glow Yoga!

Wonderful instructors!! They value your time more than they do theirs and share all the wisdom they have with you and see through you! Kandi does a great job running the studio. Highly recommended, best thing I did for myself this year.
