Cocoon was great and you can tell that our instructor, who I believe was the owner(?), was wonderful & cared to make it a super inclusive welcoming environment. I did love that the description for the class I chose was very accurate. It did say that it would be more for people who have previously done yoga.(for that specific class) Which was great & I actually felt like it was more of a challenge for myself. I’m sure they will probably also offer beginner classes as well but I loved attending a class that had a bit more of a challenge to it & the description being accurate so you know what to expect. The space was very calming despite the construction as they prepare to open the studio. It looks like it’s going to be an amazing studio once they complete it!! The class had a great flow to it & was very peaceful/meditative. I loved the candles & the quiet of this late night class, immediately entering the energy shifted into being in such a calm environment. Highly recommend!!

Cocoon is amazing. The studio has a special energy and everyone who I have met there has been so kind. So far I have taken Marley, Cole, Bri and Katie's classes and they have been incredible. Daniel and Emily are really nice and have helped me schedule and they have giving great advice about how to get the most out of the practice. I am looking forward to learning from all the instructors and continuing to grow at Cocoon.

I was super excited after seeing five stars on a place close to me but I just had an ok experience here! I tried multiple teachers so it wasn’t just one person. The studio is cute for the small space they have and I think they are moving soon to somewhere larger. I’ve been to 50+ studios around the US and have been doing yoga for almost 20 years for context.

I absolutely LOVE this yoga studio! Marley is my favorite yoga teacher. I have been practicing with her for years. I have taken a few of the other teachers and they are fantastic! Can’t wait to try them all! This studio is the place to go if you’re looking for a comfortable, beautiful, and welcoming experience!

I love this place! All of the yoga classes I’ve taken have been very well taught and the energy is amazing. Marley is a great teacher and she is so sweet & gentle! I also enjoy the breath work classes with Lisa! Cocoon is a safe place to practice yoga and process through any emotions/traumas you may be holding in your body/mind.

This intimate, beautiful and clean space is accepting to all. It also features some of the best yoga and body teachers in the Tampa Bay area. The smaller practice area allows for each instructor to customize their offerings and offer personal adjustments to each of the students in attendance. Highly recommend Cocoon for a unique yoga experience, you will leave feeling refreshed and renewed!

I have been practicing with Marley for 6 years and have followed her to every studio she has taught at. Her classes are the embodiment of authenticity— none are ever the same and created/evolving in the moment as if she is completely in tune to what her students need. To be able to practice with her is a gift and Cocoon might be the biggest gift of them all. Marley is a magical person but so are all the instructors at her studio. Their styles and classes differ but each bring something unique to their practice. I wish there was more time in the day to take all the classes! Thank you for creating this space, a one stop to happiness.

Amazing new yoga studio. I highly recommend this Tampa gem. I have attended several different teacher’s classes and appreciate how all the teachers are highly skilled in leading you into a deep yoga practice and bring their authentic selves and invite their students to do the same.

I’ve been looking for a home yoga studio and Cocoon couldn’t be any more perfect for what I was looking for. Lots of variety of classes and amazing teachers no matter what class you take. The honey flows and movemeant classes are awesome!! The space is intimate, beautiful and peaceful. Marley, AJ and Pat have created something really special. Definitely check it out if you want quality yoga.

Marli is a healer, a miracle-worker, the absolute best. I was someone who was never really into yoga because I “needed a workout”…boy was I wrong! Her classes are an amazing workout, plus, after a class I leave feeling so great and positive on the inside too. I am totally obsessed!

Amazing instructors and a great variety of classes! I am obsessed with the Movement classes, which incorporates HIIT with yoga, but equally love the flow and power options. Highly recommend this hidden yoga gem!

Experienced and skillful yoga teachers, in a caring and warm space. You will enjoy a variety of classes ranging from power, to pranayama, and restorative. If you are new to the area or visiting, this studio is a must visit.
