Reviews of Mind.Body.Hum
Anne Mitchell
I loved this studio. We took Nina's class and it was easily one of the best yoga classes i've ever taken. Her flow was creative and inspiring. The perfect balance of mentally and physically challenging.
Sarah Hyde
MindBodyHum is probably the most beautiful studio in Seattle, and unique because it's actually two studios in one - warm vinyasa in the Humble Warrior studio, and meditation, restorative and yin yoga, and sound healing in Silent Hum studio. Come for a warm vinyasa class and then stay for a meditation or sound bath. All of the teachers are kind, inclusive, and experts at what they do. Whether you're looking for a long-term community or just passing through Seattle, this studio is a must!

Beautiful new studio, go to Scott’s class! When I was there in May, masks were still required in class which made the practice a bit harder and annoying to wear the mask. The showers were also closed. I would definitely return when the showers are open and there isn’t a mask requirement during practice while you are in the mat for those who are fully vaccinated. The only cons of this location are that the bathrooms are shared with the building and you have to go through a hallway and enter a code and parking can be challenging. Otherwise, the studio space is beautiful and Scott’s 2-hour classes can’t be missed!

Discovered this studio shortly before I left Seattle, and I miss it dearly. Everything about the space is designed so thoughtfully and intentionally, with amazing acoustics. Kind & knowledgeable instructors.
Classes taken:
Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation, Breath Immersion. Highly recommend booking with Scott for a private sound bath!

Hands down best yoga studio in Seattle downtown area. Peaceful space filled with beautiful and welcoming teachers. So grateful for this space.

I have been attending Mike's classes here for several months, and I can confidently say these have been the best yoga classes I've ever taken in 10 years of practice (and countless studios). He is that special kind of instructor who can both create an inclusive, positive environment and consistently helping me grow in my practice. The studio itself is *so* beautiful — a real work of art. Every detail has clearly been considered carefully in the design of the space, which I am sure significantly contributes to the experience I have in these classes. Highly recommend.

This studio is totally unique and you should check it out. They offer Vinyasa flow (heated not hot), Yin, restorative, and sound baths as well as a full compliment of meditation classes. They have 2 studios both of which are beautiful, clean, and very thoughtfully designed. They were there for the community during the pandemic (following all local health guidance) which was really helpful for me personally. I can't say enough good things about MIND.BODY.HUM. Enjoy!

My favorite yoga studio in Seattle! From the beautifully designed space (the owner is an amazing architect and artist) to the talented teachers, this place is truly a sanctuary. Check out their soundbaths and meditation classes as well as the yoga!

Awesome experience with Mind Body Hum. The studio is classy, calm and refreshing. Yoga teachers are pretty good...especially enjoy Vinyasa classes by Nina and Chris. Scott's sunday yoga + meditation class is great.

Some say I’m a lucky guy and I think they are right! Being new to the greater Seattle area still and trying to figure out a consistent lifestyle flow, finding a great yoga studio with a great instructor goes a long way for me! I took my 2nd Monday morning class here before writing this review and i feel I have found a way to have a consistent practice/start to my week by taking the Monday morning class. Come start your week off with the 6:15am Monday morning class or try this place for yourself. Street Parking is pretty easy in the morning because parking meters do not start until 8am 😁 and roads are empty. This place is clean and sanitized, come ready to get your “mind.body.hum” on! FYI I am a true beginner too

Great yoga place, Leah and Maria are amazing instructors!

Thanks to Google, I discovered this gem. Started by with Scott's Meditation - WARM VINYASA - Restorative Sound-Bath(2hrs!) and moving to another morning vinyasa(6:15am) class and afternoon(4:15pm) yin yoga class. It has given me the strength and healing for both my mind and body. They are so kind and genuine and the practices keep me excited to attend at least two class every days a week. I highly recommend this yoga studio and it is by far my favorite in Seattle. If you’re looking for an authentic yoga experience look no further than Mind.Body.Hum.
I'll be here every morning again when I come back to Seattle.

I attended the sound bath class with Jody and left feeling relaxed, clear, and fulfilled. She was friendly, helped with posing and making sure you were comfortable. The experience was enjoyable and enlightening. It’s a great way to close a day. Thank you Jody for your lovely energy

The space is absolutely gorgeous with large wooden beams and high ceilings and very well designed with plenty of lockers, changing rooms, showers.
I took a warm vinyasa class with Beth and I truly enjoyed it. It was challenging enough and her verbal cues were spot on.
Excited to attend more classes in this new studio.

This space is beautiful and welcoming to all, Scott Francis has strived to create a beautiful studio that produces the true art of the yogi practice. I would highly recommend that anyone seeking a studio take their business here. They are LBTQ friendly and strive to create an amazing experience for all who attend their classes. I would recommend the sound bath experience, it is like no other I've ever seen before. Especially within western yogi culture. This place will help you find your zen.

Welcoming and lovely space. Having known Scott for nearly 20 years, it's been a joy to witness the continued evolution of both space and individual. Thank you for providing a place to find myself amidst the myriad of distractions.

I'll take more time to write a detailed review, I'm on vacation and I miss the studio already. Beautiful place, great teachers with diverse styles. I walk about a mile in the Seattle cold, going past several studios to get here but it's worth it.
