I first attended Kim's yoga classes back in 2019, when I had just moved to Seattle. Her classes are grounding, intuitive, and connecting. Kim integrates her knowledge of human anatomy into her sequences, offering an intimate session where one truly learns to listen to their body, connect to it and nourish it. Kim's yoga classes are truly unique-- she offers expertise on modifications and techniques to suit what each body needs. She attends to her students' needs and histories as she guides them. What I have enjoyed most about Kim's classes are, among her masterful teaching style, the community orientation of the classes and the truly rejuvenating benefits and growth one makes from her classes. The atmosphere is friendly, non-competitive, and I cannot find a better word than intuitive. I highly recommend InsideOut Yoga.

I recommend Kim Trimmer's classes to anyone who wants to study yoga, develop their practice, and have fun at the same time. Kim's approach is an amalgam of different schools of yoga combined with a philosophy that the inside is just as important as the outside.
After more than six years of studying with Kim I am stronger in my core - physically and spiritually. She concentrates on strength, integration, balance, and the healing power of one's own body. Hatha Yoga often focuses on the final perfect form, but Kim helps you work with your unique body to adapt and move in the direction of the form, from the inside-out. This is what makes her classes powerful along with her ability to bring joy and kindness to her students.

Kim is a kind, beautiful yogi. Have been seeing her for twenty plus years. She has plethora of knowledge that she loves to share. Kim takes time to insure your position and poses are correct and that you are comfortable. The studio is warm and welcoming to all. You owe it to your mind, body and soul to put yourself back to how it belongs. Your body will thank you. Highly recommend yoga at InsideOut.

Kim is an amazing teacher. She was actually my first yoga teacher 14 years ago, and then I lost touch with her, because I was taking her classes through the now defunct Discover U. Well after trying multiple other styles and studios, I've finally found her again. Kim creates a community in her classroom where everyone can succeed. It is truly a haven for those of us who always feel a little out of place doing yoga. Not so with Kim. And she's super affordable and super sweet! Awesome experience!

This yoga studio is warm and clean and welcoming. Both Christa and Kim are excellent teachers. Christa teaches there Sunday and Thursday at 6pm and her instruction is so detailed and customized that I have found new expressions of poses I have been in hundreds of times. She seems to be able to read her students and offer modifications or change the pace of the class as needed. I would highly recommend her and the studio for both new and experienced people looking for balance and renewal.
