I found a new workout gem for myself and it’s Pilates. It’s been almost five months since I joined and my body got slimmer, leaner and stronger. The South Lake Union studio is the best in town. They offer a variety of classes throughout the day which makes it convenient for anyone working odd hours. The instructors are amazing (my fave ones are Catherine & Robyn). Try a free intro class and feel it for yourself.

I had a great experience at this location today. This was my first time ever trying Pilates. Everyone made me feel comfortable and welcome. Priscilla was our instructor. She was patient, encouraging, and so kind. I really appreciate that she explained how to use all the equipment and how to use proper form. I didn’t feel intimidated at all. It literally felt like home the moment I walked in. I can’t wait to take more classes at this studio!

I have going to Club Pilates for almost 2 months and I have really enjoyed the experience. It’s a nice way to workout after work and makes my body feel rejuvenated. I feel amazing and happy after every class and I recommend anyone to try it out! When I started, I had never been to a Pilates class before and everyone was super nice. The classes are beginner friendly but also challenging.

Starting pilates was the best decision I made in 2022. I have been enjoying how my body feels stronger and healthier little by little each month. If you are a bit concerned like I was about not being able to follow the class well, I recommend taking Robyn’s class. Her instructions are very clear and she is helpful whenever a student gets lost. I always look forward to going to her classes. :)

I've been practicing at this location for about a year now, I highly recommend. The classes and their instructors are diverse - each instructor has a unique teaching style, and they are consistently updating their routines, so you are constantly learning new ways to use the not only the equipment, but mat exercise you can do at home. I've been to studios where the routines are basically the same every time. Price for pilates overall, at any studio, can be a high, but when done consistently, I've seen a total change in my body, particularly my posture. IMO well worth the future health benefits - low impact workouts that help you build muscle over time. The staff here has also been very helpful, kind, and super responsive to my inquiries (and I sometimes can make a lot lol :/ ). Definitely recommend.

I LOVE these classes! Priscilla is amazing! The difference I feel in may overall strength, flexibility and endurance is REAL. Pilates is the answer to my work-out woes. Can’t do without it!

Priscilla’s classes are always a push and I enjoy them so much! She emphasizes on good form and slow/deliberate movements. This was very helpful for me to understand how to activate different muscles

All the instructors at SLU are amazing, and Priscilla is one of my favorites! She’s incredibly knowledgeable, and her classes are on the challenging side but that’s just what I’m looking for. And I think we have the same sense of humor cause she makes me laugh every class

Nice and clean studio with friendly instructors. Really good for beginners. Haven’t experienced any issue yet since I started. They also have a free introductory class for you to try it out first.

The club is clean, equipment works great, and the employees are friendly. Instructor Priscilla was great, direct, and encouraging. I am looking forward to my next class.
