I always have a great experience doing meditation with Amanda! Even in a short 5-minute session, I felt a full reset. Like, felt my entire demeanor change. Once I literally cried. It was amazing. I cannot recommend enough!

I cannot say enough good things about this instructor and class. The instructor is absolutely AMAZING. Amanda is an all-star instructor and I haven’t experienced better. She is so knowledgeable, personable, and offers a great class. I highly recommend this for people of all levels. The best in Nashville, hands-down.

If you are looking for something to calm your pandemic nerves and unwind from stress of life in 2020/2021, look no further. The instructor provided an amazing experience combining moment and meditation. I felt challenged mentally and physically and left feeling grounded and guided to take on the rest of the week! I would definitely recommend and will be taking classes in the future!
