My friend and I had a lot of fun. We have done goat yoga before where we did a full yoga class. This was more about photo ops and cuddling with baby goats. This would be a good option for those more interested in an option like that than in really doing yoga for an hour, making it a good option for people who don't normally do yoga and for kids.

We did goat yoga in Nashville for a Bach trip with Kaya & we loved it so much! She is so informative about the goats and you can tell they really care about them and take great care of them! The goats were so sweet and it was so much fun and felt good to stretch! We got to take so many cute pics, and we were able to just laugh and have fun. It wasn't too serious which we appreciated! I highly recommend doing this!

This place is awesome! You get to hug and pet baby goats while doing non-strenuous yoga! I went with a group of friends and we had the best time laughing and doing poses while goats hopped around. No yoga experience is required and you will be a happier person for the time to you spend there. Highly recommend!

So we went here on a girls weekend and I don’t regret one minute of cuddles I got from midnight. Shenanigoats was such an amazing experience from the great atmosphere to the amazing people working there. If you are look for a new kind of Nashville fun. Definitely go to Shenanigoats.

If you are looking to do a yoga class with goats then this is not the class for you. If you just want to hangout and get instagram photos with goats then this is the class for you. Really just a photo op. Ladies in charge were nice enough and down to earth though not overly professional.

Shenanigoats Yoga is an incredible gift here in Nashville! I didn't stop laughing or smiling the entire hour I was there. And I've gone back multiple times! It never gets old. The staff and owners are incredibly nice. And obviously the goats too! The goats are so cute, friendly, and fun. Highly recommend!!!

There was yoga. There were goats. I was reluctant. I am the only male on our faculty, and for our in-service today, we were told via a cryptic email last night to wear "stretchy clothes" for a surprise in the morning. I got a pit in my stomach. After some meeting time this morning, we carpooled to this nondescript building north of town, and the sign said "SHENANIGOATS." Inside the lobby, there was a poster: "Breathe in, bleat out." We put our coats and gear in cubbies, and walked into the concrete-floored chilly room. My first step out of my shoe was into a puddle of cold goat pee. I tried to grin and bear it, and made my way to one of the twenty mats in the center of the room. Our instructor welcomed us and got us stretching.... And then a side door opened and in ran about 12 of the most adorable baby goats you've ever laid eyes upon. We all melted onto the floor and started petting and cuddling with the crew. They nibbled at our hair, our fingers, the edges of our clothing. it didn't matter that, every now and then, a little load of goatey poos would roll out like small marbles onto our mats. I was completely taken. The stretching became fun and we all tried to stay in positions where the goatlets could jump from one of our backs to the other's. So. Much. Laughter.

This was amazing. We came on our 6 year anniversary and couldn't imagine having more fun. The goats were wonderful, and the people who run it are amazing. Definitely coming back again.
