HOTWORX has been a great addition to my exercise routine. The 3D training (infrared energy, heat and exercise) seems to be highly effective as I have already seen and felt results during my short time there, which isn’t easy to get these days as a 50+ female. Scheduling workouts is easy on the app, and with 24 hour entry access, I can get a workout in early before my workday starts. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend, especially if you desire to get results from your workouts without spending your whole day at the gym.

Owners are AWESOME :) The workouts are amazing. Prolong your life people. Infrared + Heat + Exercise. Its the way of the future. And... its only $59 a month!!!! Good luck finding another gym offering 24/7 with all the health benefits that this 3D training offers!!

I LOVE HOTWORX!! This is unlike any exercise I have ever done. My energy level is greatly increased when I go 3-4 times a week. I am a busy working mom, and the efficient exercise is amazing. It's like a fountain of energy. Thank you for having this in Franklin!!!!!!!!!!!

These are awesome workouts! If your looking for workouts that are challenging, effective and easy to plan this is the place! Our schedules are full so to be able to work out 24/7 is a must!

Hotworx is the best gym experience, I used to spend way too much a Pilates studio or walk around a gym for 45mins lost and bored now time at the gym is something I look forward to and is always different and I'm earning the burn! The staff is awesome too! Definitely come check it out!
