We took our Junior Girl Scout troop to Beyond Yoga to work on our Staying Fit badge. Brittany did absolutely every bit of the badge requirements for us! Brittany is kind and encouraging. She made us all feel welcome and comfort doing yoga. It was fantastic! We would definitely recommend the kids' program. I look forward to attending the adult classes myself!

I visited Beyond Yoga for my very 1st yoga class. It was great! It was a gentle/power flow. Tracey was great. I didnt feel out of place or inexperienced. Its such a warm, welcoming environment. And to top it off with the powerful word of God...perfect! I'm hooked. Also, Dana's yoga church on Sundays-5:30, exactly what you need to jump start your week! Love!!

Being stretched spiritually and physically is a great joy at Beyond Yoga in Franklin. All the instructors are most welcoming and encouraging. As one of the "older" folks participating, I can honestly say that over time and due to their instruction and encouragement, I have gotten stronger. "Yoga church" on Sundays at 5:30 is one of my favorite weekend plans. I am grateful for the experience every time I show up.

This was a fantastic experience. My wife has been to some classes before and did a retreat once with Keleah. She has been trying to get me to come ever since. All of the parts of our being are so knit together and the fact that here is a place that tends to Spirit, Mind, and Body is so refreshing. I left feeling rejuvenated and encouraged. If you haven't given Beyond Yoga a try, stop in. These folks are set apart from the rest with their approach to bring Christ into the very center of what they do.

What an awesome experience!! I had very little experience with yoga. A friend invited me to join her. The class began with a meditation, much like what you would read in a morning devotion. The pace of the class was perfect. I never felt out of place or uncomfortable. The next day I could feel muscles in my body that I have never felt before. I imagine this class ( be strong) would have your body in beautiful shape in no time!

My wife and I are totally new to Yoga, but the classes we have taken at Beyond Yoga have been absolutely fantastic! The instructors are very gifted and are always willing to help beginners like us with learning how to do the poses. We are hooked!

So thankful a yoga studio offers a place to find both a peaceful space along with scaled workouts. Certain days I like a challenge and others I need a good deep stretch for tired muscles. The music, the instructors, and the environment are so good. Thank you for offering this!

I love the fact that this studio is Christ centered. The teachers are warm and welcoming and the teaching is great. I'm a beginner and the teachers are really helpful as I'm learning poses in making sure I'm doing them right. They are also supportive in encouraging me as we go along. Kaleiah and her staff are great!
