I live in Seattle area but visit White Bear Lake often see my Mom. This was only my second Yoga class ever but Dawn and the other students made me feel so welcome and comfortable. The savasana at the end was life changing. I highly recommend this studio.

The instructors here are very encouraging and kind. I have learned so many new techniques and poses in yoga, along with a new healthy mindset. Classes here are of all different levels and allow you to challenge yourself and practice yoga, definitely try it out! :D
