Every instructor I’ve worked with has been incredibly gentle, compassionate and wonderful! Jessica and her team are seriously the best yoga instructors! As a new yoga student I’ve enjoyed every class and social I’ve been to. Highly recommend for all, especially beginners.

MKE Yoga Social is one of my FAVORITE finds since relocating back to the Brew City last summer! Great yoga & teachers, wonderful venues & fun socializing opportunities whether you participate w/a group or solo. The new downtown space is sun-filled & perfect for a quick lunch or after work yoga session.

I wanted to try yoga, but I was scared to try because I am not a small girl. I heard about MKE Yoga Social through a friend a work, and she suggested I try one of the Baby Goat Yoga sessions that MKE Yoga Social puts on. I went to Best Place at the Historic Pabst Brewery (beautiful place, highly recommend the tour), and Jessica and Baobi, the instructors, were super nice, knowledgeable, friendly, and completely non judgmental. They took things slow, and were excellent in helping us all through the workout. Plus, the baby goats were sooooooo adorable! I highly recommend MKE Yoga Social whether you are new to Yoga, or an old pro. Great people!

I love MKE Yoga Social!!! As a Milwaukee newbie this was a great way to see the hidden gems of the city while also practicing yoga. Some of my best memories are with Jessica (owner) and the adventures she took us students on. Yoga at the Miller Caves was so much fun! Yoga and painting was hilariously fun. Get ready to laugh, drink, be a yogi, and just enjoy the company of other community members. I highly recommend you check out MKE Yoga Social especially if you aren't a Milwuakee native, because these events really are a large part of the community.

I always feel so refreshed after yoga with MYS! So many different classes, socials, and retreats. At the retreat there was yoga, meditation, mindful eating, and more. I appreciate the acceptance and judgment free zone of the company and community.

Wanna practice yoga in a beautiful art gallery? Then join them for a monthly session at Saint Kate's the Art Hotel, and stay for the scrumptious bloody mary's, or tasty mimosas. In tune with how moon phases effect your metaphysical soul? Then take in a Full Moon Sound Bath + Yoga flow at Central Standard's New Crafthouse Kitchen, and stick around for tasty libations from their talented masters. Or maybe you're an animal lover. How about Goat Yoga with baby goats from a local farm, or Dog Yoga where you can bring your own friendly pooch to participate in the fun. Diversity is essential to the continued growth of our society, and this MKE business embraces that whole heartedly. In addition to the offerings provided by MKE Yoga Social, there amazing teachers also deliver events in the following: MKE Hot Yoga Collective, which offers HOT or gently heated in studio classes, ranging from 26/2 bikram style, power flow, alignment focused slow flow, nidre meditation, and more. Ganja Yoga Social, which offers cannabis friendly yoga, events, and wellness retreats. And Bare as You Dare Yoga, which offers a body positive environment and yoga social experience for those who embrace the naturist or nudist ideology. I'm someone who appreciates when a local business truly prioritizes it's "why" before it's "what", when it comes to it's reason for being in business. MKE Yoga Social, and it's variety of offerings, have hit the nail on the head in believing that mind and body health can be achieved through diverse social gathering and acceptance. I hope to see you on the mat! Original Review: I started attending events w/ MKE Yoga Social almost 2 years ago. At the time, I was not an avid yogi, but now I am an unlimited member, I attend 2+ events every week, and always look forward to the creative mash-ups of yoga and MKE establishments. Yoga events are held at really great local MKE businesses, like distilleries, breweries, wineries, art galleries, dispensaries, etc. Generally classes are held an hour before a space opens to the public, so it's great to spread out and explore a business that you may not have been to in the past, and then get to know it from a different perspective. And there's always a treat included with class, hence the "social" aspect. From Bloody Mary's, full pours or flights of local brews, tastings, tours, etc. An hour of yoga followed by social time in the establishment getting to know the business and other yogi's. Plus, it's not always yoga. MKE Yoga Social offers hikes and forest bathing, sound bath, and other soulful offerings. Jessica, and all the other instructors, are very sensitive to the safety concerns related to COVID. All events are designed with consideration for proper social distancing, never crowded, and always aligned with current gathering orders for capacity. Masks are a requirement for all attendees, and sanitizer is always available. At every event I've attended, all students were very mindful of each other and practiced safe habits throughout the entirety of the event. I highly recommend MKE Yoga Social events for yogi's of all skill levels.

Their involvement in the community and the sheer number of local businesses they partner with is astounding. I love taking class with Jess. She is a great teacher and I always leave her classes feeling seen and validated. The variety of instructors is also a huge plus of taking class with MKE Yoga Social!

I’ve attended a few events with MKE Yoga Social and they are all unique and fun. I’ve been led by Jessica, Carly, and Alcy, all were amazing! Great way to check out new places, and new things. Goat yoga was so fun! Doesn’t matter which location you are at, the yoga instructors are still able to direct your mind to the right place to allow you to connect, and get an amazing yoga session in.

Took my first class in August 2020 through the Milwaukee Public Market outside right by the Milwaukee River. Had no idea what to expect, but figured it could be fun. And it was much more! Loved the set up with no pressure even if you hadn't done yoga in a long time😊 Jessica's voice is very comforting and her approach to yoga shows her love for what she does and that she wants to make you feel comfortable ♥ Continued to attend a class here and there realizing I should become a member. I am now an unlimited member attending as many classes as possible all over Milwaukee 😀 Can't wait to see what other places will go to in 2021! 🧘‍♀️💞

I love everything about MKE Yoga Social - the instructors, the locations, the people, the energy, the purpose. I have always enjoyed yoga but I love it so much more with MKE Yoga Social. Every so often I get the urge to test how flexible I still am. When I do, my first choice is to attend a drop-in yoga class with Jessica. She sets her events up in interesting locations and the fee is very reasonable, especially for yoga novices like me who want to do it every so often but not make a full time commitment. It's great for beginners or more advanced people. And the social time before or after class is a nice plus!

I just attended the New Moon Yoga and Soundbath session this Saturday an it was really great. Jessica and Jordan did a wonderful job leading us through a relaxing yoga session and I love that they offer classes for the New and Full Moons. I will definitely be attending again!

I love attending the socials because it’s a great way to meet new and open-minded individuals. I attend the Bare as You Dare classes, and it has helped me to practice total body acceptance, and to normalize nudity in a non-sexual manner. Highly recommend the socials and especially the BAYD classes if you want to expand your views and gain greater awareness.

Nude yoga retreat was an incredible experience. A weekend full of mindfulness, yoga, good food. The best part not having to wear clothing. Very well put together retreat.
