Jessica DoravaI’ve only been to the yoga for vets class which is free for veterans. It’s at 10am every Wednesday morning. Linda is very accommodating to everyone no matter how much, or little, yoga they’ve done.
Steven WeismanThis is a top notch yoga training center. All the teachers are certified, at various levels, in the Iyengar traditions of yoga. The teachers are thoughtful, helpful and extremely attentive. Classes accommodate practitioners of all ages, skill level and physical capabilities. The Iyengar methods are alignment-based and multiple props are used to allow students to gain the benefit of the asanas. You will not be disappointed.
John O'NeillA wonderful community space with solid yoga instruction. The community here is like family. There is a bakery operating in the front of the space.
