Inga is a fantastic instructor who molds her classes to meet you where you are while also challenging you. She assists each student in making modifications to maximize the pose and gives you the tools to enhance your practice inside and outside the studio. Her focus on alignment and form have deepened my experience and I can’t recommend her enough!
