Bikram Yoga Heights is an absolute gem of a yoga studio *and* community. It’s the only authentic Bikram studio in MKE. Practicing here regularly, consistently over time, has changed my life. That sounds dramatic but it’s true. I know I’m in good hands with the teachers who are trained and certified and know how to lead beginners and experienced yogis through the original Bikram 90 yoga class. And now they’re adding some intermediate e84 series classes!!! Whoa!! You gotta check out Bikram Yoga Heights!!

I started with Bikram Yoga on Mothers day 2011 using the Intro Special bought for me by a friend. Julie S. was my lead instructor on that day & I remember it well. I thought yoga was too time consuming and expensive to make a part of my life - who has 2hrs or more for each session to make it a part of a working person’s regular life? But I fell in LOVE with this practice on that day - the original 90minute Bikram gives me double the time and energy in my life for every practice I do, now about 3times per week! It is amazing stuff. Back in those days the studio downtown had 2 rooms and multiple classes per day, 7days per week - all 90minute Bikram Yoga where hundreds of people practiced, becoming stronger and maybe more peaceful through it. Now I have found Bikram Yoga Heights in Wauwatosa to continue on with the original 90 minute Bikram Yoga practice I love with 3 trained, professional teachers to help me build on my practice and to take it further so getting older only means getting better! This is small studio, maybe just right, with dedicated Bikram trained teachers to guide properly, each with their own unique style. The class schedule is basic at this point but just enough so I am able to keep practicing 3times per week easily with my work schedule. Class sizes vary but are very comfortable. With basic changing rooms and decent parking, in a central location so more people can join, this is a fantastic studio I for one am grateful to have. Julie even came in from California to teach a few classes this past summer & that is as original as it gets! If you were a Bikram yogi back in the day when it first arrived in Milwaukee, or a visitor looking for a studio with the original 90minute practice, or someone looking to improve your health check out this studio today! It is Amazing and Fantastic! Thank you Kaitlin, Jana & Bernadette you are the best!

Bikram Yoga Heights is amazing in every way! It’s the only true Bikram studio in Milwaukee. The moment you walk into the studio, you are immersed in a clean, friendly studio with a warm, supportive vibe. It’s perfect for a beginner who has never tried yoga or a seasoned practioner who wants to refine and improve their practice with adjustments from the knowledgeable, skilled instructors. I’m so incredibly grateful for this practice and this wonderful studio. It has improved the person that I am- both physically and emotionally.

I began at Bikram Yoga Heights in June of 2019 having never practiced yoga and now I am referred to as Everyday Sean. The studio exclusively practices the Bikram series which is truly magical. I have personally benefited both physically (people comment I am taller due to a straighter spine) and mentally (people comment I have considerably calmed down). The staff and fellow yogi's were welcoming from the start. In January of 2020 the Studio installed new infrared heating panels creating a much improved in-room experience. I highly recommend Bikram Yoga Heights and hope you see you in the hot room soon!

The most loving and knowledgable teachers guide you through the intense but rewarding 90 minutes practice. I have seen so many improvements with my asthma, allergies, back pain, and anxiety since beginning this practice. This little community is so encouraging, welcoming, and wonderful to have right here in the Heights.
