Todd’s Pilates knowledge is awesome. He personalizes instruction for the physical needs and issues of each student. His guidance has given me a greatly improved overall health and daily function. His constant kindness and patience encourages me to be my best self.

This July marks 3 years of Wild and Woolly Pilates for me - just about every week and I love it. Coming in with absolutely no experience, Todd put me at ease and customizes my workouts to meet me where I am and challenges me to up my game. I definitely feel more fit, strong and flexible... and I walk a little taller these days! I do a combination of private, duet and classes - an investment in me!

Wild and Woolly Pilates has been a great introduction to Pilates for me even though it's all been virtual. I have learned the fundamentals of Pilates (mat classes), and I continue to improve each week as Todd takes time to watch and correct our positions as we move through each exercise. Todd creates a welcoming, down-to-earth and fun class for us all. I am always surprised when the class is over since it is so enjoyable and goes by quickly, but I have definitely gotten a good workout for my core. I highly recommend WW Pilates!

I really enjoy working out with Todd at W&W Pilates! It has boosted my strength and self-confidence. He is a patient and thoughtful teacher. He is very knowledgeable about the history of Pilates. Since he reopened after Covid, I feel very safe as he has instituted many safety protocols!

After just a couple of weeks of Wild & Woolly Pilates classes, I can already tell a difference in my yoga practice and my posture. My inner thigh strength has noticeably improved and my core is more stable. Todd is an excellent instructor and the classes are fun. The studio is easy to get to and there is plenty of street parking as well as a rear parking lot. And, I really appreciate how easy it is to sign up for classes online.

Wild and Woolly Pilates
Full disclosure, I am Todd's wife. I've been going to Wild and Woolly Pilates since it opened. As as daily runner, these are the benefits I've noticed in my body with regular practice:
1. I am not jammed up when I rise from sitting or from bed
2. Overall my posture is better and I am more aware of my posture
3. With better posture, my running form is improved, I'm running more efficiently and with less discomfort
4. I used to have lower back pain often, that is greatly reduced with regular Pilates practice
5. I am stronger in my core, shoulders, arms
6. I have better balance and flexibility
7. I feel stronger
Additionally, I think Todd is a great teacher. He stresses that the exercises are not supposed to hurt and provides modified versions if that's what a student needs.

Wild and Woolly Pilates is a spacious and well-equipped studio. Owner, Todd Brashear, is a truly gifted Pilates instructor who is enthusiastic, extremely well-trained and knowledgeable about the art and science of Pilates. I really appreciate his patience and attention to form.

Todd Brashear has managed to meld the highly beneficial practice of Pilates with a relaxed, focused coaching style that makes the exercise a unique experience. Three years and I still love his weekly sessions.

Todd is an excellent teacher. As a man, I feel comfortable, relaxed and awesome doing a style of workout that I had really only ever thought women were into (shame on my closed-mindedness). After 2 years working with him, I feel fantastic.

Todd really listens to what you would like to learn and get out of Pilates. There is so much flexibility in his studio with classes, equipment or scheduling. Great Job!

I started going to Wild and Woolly Pilates 18 months ago, at that time I was getting nerve block injections in 2 different places in my back every 3 months and for the prior 6 years I had averaged missing 4-5 days of work a year do to back pain. I now get 1 nerve block every 4 months and since starting pilates I have only missed 2 days of work for back pain. I am in the best shape I have been since my late teens early 20s, I am in my early 50s.

Great experience. I have "done" Pilates before but it has never been this engaging. Todd is knowledgeable, affable and a great teacher!!!

All things considered,I feel Todd should still rent those rare gems such as 'Gannyshcnitzelpanz'!
