cats luvmeI love coming to this studio. It is all about creating a sense of community and belonging. They are friendly, kind, and professional. The environment is welcoming and the instructors are knowledgeable about all aspects of the practice, not just the physical poses. They also really take the time to work with you with adaptability and make a point of emphasizing that yoga can be available to all ability levels and body types.
