HOTWORX is the absolute best workout studio we have ever found!!! I have never been able to get my husband to commit to a fitness routine. He actually looks forward to our sessions now! We love the fact that we can exercise together without being in a large group. The virtual instruction eliminates intimidating feelings if either of us feels we cannot keep up. The detoxifying benefits of the infrared sauna are an additional benefit. We highly recommend HOTWORX to anyone of any age.
