After taking many hot yoga classes in IN, KY, MI and FL, Bikram's Yoga College in New Albany, IN is the best around! I have NEVER had a class that didn't deliver what was promised through the practice of Bikram. After taking many variations of hot yoga classes at other studios, they left my shoulder and back injured due to poor teaching and hybrid moves. I have been taking classes 3x/wk at Bikram's Yoga College in New Albany for over a year and have not suffered one injury.... I have only become stronger, more flexible and healthier physically and mentally. Try a class today!!!!

I've been a student of Ayanna's for 15 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Always friendly and celebrates in your progress...a nice clean facility with showers and bathrooms and reasonably priced...I love Bikram yoga I consider it medical exercise....
