Julia DragonWhat an amazing experience!!! It was my first time going to a yoga class and after having back surgery I was so scared! The teacher Sarah was very welcoming and assured me I was in the right spot! The class flew by and I can not wait to go back next week!!
portia laneIncredible class by Jess Child! Her inferno pilates class will get you where you want to be- challenging and uplifting. Nice studio. Worth the short trip from Burlington.
