You'll love this studio! Classes are fun and engaging, and instructors are friendly and helpful. As a beginner I see a full range of abilities in class as all of the instructors make sure poses can be adapted to any level. The clientele is diverse in age, ability, socioeconomically and culturally which is a sure sign of a healthy and welcoming environment. Cool towels are offered at the end of each class. There is also free filtered water and free, available yoga equipment. Highly recommend!

All Are Welcome Here! I love This studio. The teachers are excellent, with expertise and insights to the yoga practice. I enjoy choosing between meditative yoga (Nidra, Sound Bowls) to all levels of yoga from beginning level and moderate to combinations of yoga, (that I call kickass!) like Pilates or Barre yoga combinations as well as Barkan (FireFlow) and Bikram yoga, they have it all here! With my first class (free BTY) I was greeted with a warm and supportive welcome. I really liked the convenient North End location that hosts plenty of free parking in the parking lot. I absolutely love the FAR Infrared heat as it feels good and warms my bones. It’s wonderful to have fresh air with the windows that open to the outside. The studio is super clean and well maintained. Arrive early and give yourself time to relax into and savor this awesome studio!

Love this place! My favorite is the BLACKLIGHT GLOWGA!! All the various classes are great though. The heat makes my aches & pains go away & lets my stretches more natural & deeper than without heat. You will sweat & detox, make sure to bring water & a towel!

I have been going to Hot Yoga Burlington very sporadically for almost the past 4 years. Today was my first in studio class since prior to Covid. I loved the new studio and I tried the Carve class with Andrea for the first time which was a great workout and I think I lost 5 pounds of sweat! I am looking forward to going back to classes more regularly again. The cold scented cloth at the end of class has been and continues to be my favorite. Thank you HYB!!!

Hot Yoga Burlington is my yoga home, and I knew after my first class with Bill. Classes and teachers are of a variety, but every one is taught by an experienced teacher who is good at communicating each move, and at offering an alternative if needed. I was a doubter when it came to the 'hot' part, but the temperature releases muscles without being so hot as to make me want to pass out. Most of all, I appreciate the kindness and all-inclusiveness that allow for all ages and types of people to enjoy.

This is an amazing yoga studio. The teachers are all unique, but all fabulous. The "all levels" classes are great for beginners as well as advanced practitioners. The heated studio is warm but the infrared heat makes it less humid and more therapeutic than other hot yoga studios where I have practiced. Bill is always bringing fresh themes and types of yoga into the studio. It is a professional studio and very welcoming. The stand up paddleboard classes at the sailing center are a great way to celebrate summer.

Great Yoga studio and Amazing Yoga teachers! Moving back to VT, I have been searching for a Far Infrared Heat Yoga and I am so happy that I found it here at Hot Yoga Burlington! I really enjoy Bill and Andrea's classes. Both are so great and I love their energy. It is very important to me that I connect with the Yoga instructor and with both Bill and Andrea I feel that I have a great connection. I really love how they offer different classes and all levels are welcome. Each Yoga instructor has a unique stye and all so amazing. The Studio itself is bright, clean, simple,and has a really good vibe to it. Every time I do a class I leave so refreshed, renewed, and grounded.

I'm not a seasoned yogi. Be that as it may, I have taken classes at other studios in the area. Hot Yoga Burlington has converted me! In fact, it's the only hot yoga studio I go because it has the best of everything. The owners are both talented, compassionate yoga instructors. The studio is calming and very clean. Bill's classes are rigorous, but supportive. He is always so well prepared to take you on a mental journey, as well as a physical one. I find I can move at my own pace and find the perfect balance. For me, this is yoga at its truest form. My body starts to immediately feel warm, more flexible than ever, and then proceeds to completely detox by sweating every drop of water out of my body. The therapeutic Far infrared is divine for my osteoarthritis. I always leave feeling like a new person.

It's wonderful to be back 'in studio' at Hot Yoga. One of the big 'misses' during the pandemic. They did perfect online classes as a great alternative. My wife and I try to go every week. There's a wide variety of classes and instructors. We are not sure how they do it but every class is really special!! We are looking forward to some of the outside lakefront yoga this summer.

They have all of the classes I need, whether it’s something slow to reset my mind, something to help with my form in the poses, or something to get my heart rate up. The owners have created a wonderful space to practice - the studio is sparkling clean, fastidious COVID protocols, great array of classes & instructors. I love the variety of classes including the energetic & challenging CARVE classes. A must go yoga studio in Vermont! The 5 stars live up to their name. We took Kelly, an all levels yoga class and we were blown away. We like a vigorous blend of stretch and strength and it is exactly what we got! Sweat and detox The customer service was incredible and we each received a cold towel after class. Pricing, don't worry about it. They had a 2 classes for 15 dollars that made our weekend affordable. Saturday we took a level 2 class with ABBY and she also blew us away. Everyone at the studio was so kind even the locals who go there all the time. It really felt like home as in Philadelphia we go to Philly Power Yoga which also is an at home type of studio. I couldn't of ask for a better experience at Hot Burlington. Thank you!

I have been to many yoga studios in the Burlington area as well as when traveling. Hot Yoga Vermont far surpasses any experience that I have experienced. The studio is very calming, welcoming and impeccably clean. Owners Bill and Andrea very kind, supportive as well as extraordinary instructors. I am a regular at the Wednesday all levels with Bill instructing. An immediate warmth envelops you as you wait for the class to begin. Time to relax as you begin to turn off the chatter. Bill enters and the wonderful story /lesson begins. Bill's classes are challenging and calming all at the same time. His voice washes over you, encouraging and pulling you along. Sweat drips off your eyelashes, draining all of your toxins and leaving you refreshed and ready for all that life throws at you.

There are a lot of yoga studios in Burlington and I'm sure many are excellent. We've become regulars at Hot Yoga. The studio is bright (and warm). Instruction tends towards the friendly, informal and fun. Students are from teenagers to 80's, with a fair number of out of town visitors dropping in. The infrared heat is warm, but not hot. Bring some water anyway. Classes end with chilled towels for all.

Hot Yoga Burlington is my favorite studio to practice yoga at in Burlington. Naomi is the best! She teaches fun, challenging and ever changing flows that are accessible to new and experienced yogis alike. Naomi typically teaches "off the mat" and offers hands-on assists to help ensure students find the proper alignment within the poses. Many modifications are offered depending on whether you want to challenge yourself, or feel like taking it easy that day. The heat is just right - usually 90-95* with controlled humidity - but expect to sweat! Truly a hidden gem. So glad I found my "home" at Hot Yoga Burlington!

HYB maintains a welcoming and clean studio. They are highly inclusive of all levels, reminding yogis each class is their own practice! All members of the community are covid conscious and smart, which makes everyone’s practice safe and that much more enjoyable. The owners and instructors have been working diligently to make majority of the classes accessible from home, allowing yogis to stay inspired and mindful. I highly recommend giving HYB a try, you won’t regret it :-)

Hands down, Burlington Hot Yoga is one of my favorite studios in Bvt. You get a deep stretch with the heat (which is comfortable and not overwhelming), and get to flow which is hard to find with structured practices in the area. It's probably one of the best kept secrets for affordable yoga, I highly recommend this studio. :)

‭Facing my longest exercise slump at 42 years old and working 10 hour days; eyes focused on a computer screen, sitting down, and slouching for hours. Feeling like, ok this is it, this is what getting old feels like; constant neck, upper back pain, arms and forearms tingling. In my circle of male friends no one has ever mention yoga, besides the ocasional sculptured body dude on an Instagram post, I'd never seen men practicing yoga so you can understand my fear when my partner invited my fluffy 20lbs. overweight butt, to Hot Yoga Burlington VT.... This is where it gets good! The manner in which the staff made me feel so comfortable was unlike I've ever experienced before. After 4 months or so of steady attendance, I haven't felt this energetic since high school. The combination of inferred heat and instructors with extensive knowledge of human anatomy, has me moving parts of my body I had no idea existed. I now feel stronger both physically and mentally, neck and back pain free. Thank you, Bill
