Going on the Cuba women’s retreat was an amazing experience! Beth took such good care of us and all the preparations. She’s a wealth of knowledge! The whole group of people that work at Mhai yoga are top notch! The whole country and the retreat center are a very special place. The food is amazing. The location is perfect. One block from the ocean. The excursions were perfect with just enough down time and Beth caters the yoga perfectly to the group. All the art we saw was a once in a lifetime experience! I will go back with Beth and suggest you do too!!!

Great birth education class. Beth was very knowledgeable and tailored a lot of the class to our small group so that we could get the answers we needed. Hospital tour was great, too, with Beth leading the way! We also chose to do a 1.5 hour class that met up multiple times instead of some of the more intense, longer classes offered elsewhere, and I feel like that was the perfect amount. You will get overwhelmed if this is your first time being pregnant and there's lots to learn! Taking it slowly helps out so much!

I started going to Women's Room last year when they were holding a beginner yoga series. I've ALWAYS wanted to try yoga, but always felt self conscious about what other people were going to think since I had no idea what I was doing. Beth invited me into her studio with open arms. There was no judgement at all - and there was no wrong way to participate. It quickly turned into my favorite thing to do during the week. Over the past year, I have had quite the roller coaster ride of emotional and physical trauma, and found myself reaching out to Beth for support. She has welcomed me into one of her incredible support groups, as well as given me advice and countless recommendations on doctors and other professionals that would help me on my journey to become a mother. Women's Room is not just a place to stretch - but a place to connect with other women who are ultimately there to offer guidance and support. Highly, highly recommended!

I LOVE Women's Room. Great variety of classes, from lower to higher intensity. Beautiful studio with lots of light. Teachers and attendees are fantastic; the environment is always welcoming and very "come as you are" without judgement. I've been going to classes (mostly Buti & Buti Flow) for nearly a year and a half and have never had anything short of a good experience. Love the music, energy and positivity. Highly recommend this studio!!

I love the Women's Room and the women who teach and get together there! The space is beautiful, calming, and light-filled. Women of all shapes and sizes practice there. And, it is also the place that allows me to be sensual, let loose, stomp on the floor, laugh and dance freely. Marty's BUTI yoga class is the most amazing mix of yoga, dance and good vibes which I always leave sweating, happy and energized.

I took my first Buti class with Marty 1.5 years ago.... and I don't think I've gone longer than a week without class since! Her classes are empowering, fun, and provide whatever you might need in the moment -- whether you need a release, energy, or even a good cry -- you can truly be present in the space with no judgement. (and get one hell of a work-out while you're there!) :-)
