Had a new patio door with a doggy door installed by Glass Guru. Great experience from start to finish. Michael listened to my preferences and important factors to me to help me select a good quality door within my budget. Install techs were on time, courteous, professional, and did a great job cleaning up.

The Glass Guru replaced our glass table top for our conference table. Michael Gomm is so nice, he measured and explained the different types of glass that would work best for us. The turnaround time for the glass was quick and the purchasing process was made even better by Valerie Gomm. The technicians who installed the glass were friendly and hauled off the old glass top. Copp Media Services Inc HIGHLY recommends this talented team for their hard work, and EXCELLENT customer service . It was our pleasure doing business with them.

I am very pleases with the services of The Glass Guru of Wichita. The sales person was very knowledgeable and provided me a quote to replace an exterior window on the spot, the glass came in 2 weeks sooner than expected, the installation was done 2 days after that and the installation was flawless. I would certainly recommend them for repairs, and, they do more than just repairs so I am planning on using them again to replace my slider which is old with one that has a built in dog door. Very pleased and satisfied!!!

My old sliding door needed to be replaced. I had Cheney Doors, Pella windows, renewal by Anderson ( outrageously expensive) and glass guru. I felt like Glass Guru was reasonably priced, and went with the recommendation of “Size (WxH): 7280 Model: Polaris ThermalWeld + Type:Sliding Color: White Handing:OX Glass: XL2 Frame: Insualted” for price of 2800. All other companies were at least $1000 more. It took ten weeks for the door to come in, and Scott (the installer) along with another gentleman installed the new door only took about 1.5 hours. As of now I’m pleased with the service and the door. If anything changes I’ll keep you all posted!!!

I had a really good experience. Michael took the time to thoroughly explain the best route for my broken glasses after the unfortunate Tornado in 2022. He was always available to ans my qts promptly and the office staff were friendly. His technician was friendly and efficient and their work was great. I even recommended them to my next door neighbor and she was pleased with their work. Definitely would use them again!

Window was installed after the other window broke with a bird hit. The inner glass pane broke. I called the Glass Guru and they came over and measured the opening and ordered a replacement double pane. Very happy with the looks and the price was fair.

I would recommend this business to anyone in the Wichita area looking for glass services. After moving into my new home, I noticed spots on my window. Michael from Glass Guru came out and inspected the window and assured me it was an easy fix. He got the measurements, and did an inspection around the house. He alerted me of other concerns to address in the future and gave me pointers how to maintain old windows. Most businesses would push you to upgrade or do more services but Glass Guru handled my issues, gave me options if I want to do more upgrades, and also gave me pointers how to maintain old windows. A week later my window was ready to be installed, installers came and were in and out in less than an hour. The glass looks so good I might have to do more business with them soon to freshen up the house. In and out, quick and easy, reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend.

We contacted the Glass Guru for some repairs on our old French doors after our dog broke out a couple of the panes. Going into the process, I had no idea how much the repair would cost or how long it would take. The Glass Guru the BEST! After dealing with another company in Wichita who would not show up when they said they would, I was recommended to the Glass Guru by a co-worker. From start to finish they are PROFESSIONAL! Valerie answers the phone politely and is helpful. Michael was on-time for our appointment to measure my cracked window. Daniel and Floyd were on time to replace the cracked glass. Daniel and Floyd were professional, courteous and careful. They laid down padding to protect the floor, taped the window incase it broke and gave our pet schnauzer a milk bone treat. The worked like surgeons removing the glass and setting the new glass. After the glass was installed, they cleaned the window spotless. Do not waste your time dealing with other companies, get it done right and on time!

Ordered a door for a mobile home on a permanent foundation. It did have to a custom door due to weird sized opening. Once door was in their possession, they called and installed the same day it t ok 2 people 4-5 hours max. They even caulking and painted trim. It is now my favorite door on the home. The sliding glass door/screen was the cheapest option, but also cheapest quote I got from many companies in my area. I'm so happy and proud.

We had an expensive dual pane door window with blinds mysteriously shattered but still intact. We used lots of masking tape and a large section of cardboard to keep it in place and still able to use the door. We called several glass shops and finally called Glass Guru. They came over to give us an estimate which was much lower than competing shops. When they arrived with the replacement pane, they took out the shattered pane and installed the new one. Unbelievably professional team did the work as though it was their door! I have to say that we give them 5 stars for a job well done!! Guess who I’m calling when we need windows replaced! Glass Guru!

We called the Glass Guru after we had our house painted. Painters messed up the trim around one of our windows. Scott was out in one day to look at it. He was very courteous and professional. The best thing we 've done for our rescue dog, Diesel was call the Glass Gurus and have them install a doggie door through our sliding glass door. We had tried a cheap insert and it was flimsy, didn't lock, and left us a tiny space to walk through. This dog door from the Glass Gurus is high quality and we have the full function of our door still! We didn't need a new door, just some glass experts to make our old door seem new. They were extremely professional, on time, and had the door installed in no time. We love it and wish we had done it sooner.

We were in search of a giant dog door that could be in a sliding glass door. Yes I said giant. My husband and I have 3 big dogs. The biggest being 130lbs. At the time we had an XL size sliding door insert. Sounds good. Works ok. Until you realize that insert cuts your door span in half. Not to mention my biggest and oldest dog couldn't comfortably fit through it. We reached out to a few different companies, one of which was very convincing but couldn't offer a dog door. Finally we found Glass Guru. This was the first place that didn't act like I was crazy asking for a dog door built into our sliding glass door. They came to our house to take measurements and after seeing our biggest dog the first words said were "whoa, that's a big dog". That didn't stop them from giving us not 1, not 2 , not 3 but 5 different kinds of quotes based on our wants and needs. There was also never a time they didn't answer any of my questions. Any interaction was always polite and respectful and I can't express how much that meant to me.
