Jackie and Bill’s recently outfitted our new build with blinds and we couldn’t be happier. This is the second time we’ve had them measure and install blinds for us. The first set in our old house was installed 25 years ago and they keep the measurements and location of the windows in your home so if you need a replacement, they can order a new one and you can snap out the old one and snap in the new one. We highly recommend giving Jackie and Bill’s a chance to see what they can do for you.

Quality merchandise and the best customer service one could hope for. Jackie and Bill's installed blinds in my friend's home in 2017. The plastic handle on one of the three blinds broke. I called and asked if it could be replaced. Jackie kindly told me where to locate the information on when it had been installed and told me if I brought in the broken piece she would see if they had a replacement. A few days later I took the broken handle to their store and Jackie immediately remembered my call. Once she saw the piece she said that was all she needed and left me to look around the store while she went looking for the replacement handle. I told her I would like to have two of them so if another broke I would have it on hand. Shortly she returned with the replacement handle, two just as I had requested. I tried to pay her for them but she would not let me. The best of the best.

The very large drapes in the house my husband and I just bought fell. The brackets all broke. Jackie greeted me at the door and was more than helpful. Having the personal visit by Zana, during which she measured the window & defined a different measurement than I had thought would work, was important. Then, in defining which Hunter Douglas blind was best, the final choice was not what I had initially thought I wanted. On top of that, the color choice of blind was only possible using the color decision guides which can be placed next to the wall covering. All the changes were positive. We ordered 3 shades for our MBR & 3 shades for our hearthroom. Dana came to help me pick the right fabric & light blocking for our bedroom. It does the job perfectly, & they look really good. Our hearthroom shades are stylish but will block the light, by adjusting the vanes so we can see the KC Chiefs game :). When they installed them they noticed an issue with them, Kerry noticed it & called Hunter Douglas, they completely remade all 3 shades!!!
