Our research lead us to All States Home Improvement. They listened and presented the best information relating to the sliding glass door we wanted to purchase. All States kept us well informed of the progress of the special order, as we had a "huge" door (8FT wide). The installation went well. The installer let us know of his progress throughout the process. He was neat, tidy, and efficient, keeping all of the dust and debris from the removal contained. The result was a sliding glass door that looks wonderful. We will enjoy the energy savings and the ease of operation. The replacement looks so good it looks like it came with the home. From the initial meeting with the sales rep, to the details taken by the project manager, to the great installation, we couldn't be more pleased. We will have All States on the top of the list for other projects.

We had one small shower and a bathtub removed to make a shower! Megan did a great job walking us through picking our options and colors, and giving the timing expectations. Troy was so friendly when he came to measure and also give the timing expectations, Chanda called us exactly as they told us she would and from there things happened according to the expectations we had been told. John and Jeremy came exactly when they said they would and kept us informed of their progress and did the work in three days as expected. They made sure not to be tracking dust and dirt around the house cleaning up after the project in a great way. We love both new showers. They talked us into a different shower head than we thought we were getting and they were right! We love the shower head they recommended! We give them all five stars for their customer service and work performed. You won’t go wrong if you choose them for a bathroom upgrade!!

It took 17 hours to pull out our old tub & transform our shower stall. If you're considering a tub-to-shower conversion, the finished product will look just like the promotional pictures.

After a spring hailstorm the town was full of roofing signs. I selected All States Home Improvement to replace my roof, mostly due to the age of the old roof. Tank provided me with all of the details about the company history, financing, and what would take place during the roof replacement. The contract was the made in November and then winter came through, but the first warm weather day, All States was ready to get the roofing job completed. I was pleased with the project and the cleanup afterward. I would recommend the company to be used in your upgrading home projects. My home always needs an upgrade, so I will be calling All States Home Improvement again.

All States installed a walk-in shower in our master bath where we had a whirlpool tub that was never used and removed the old stall shower that was ugly. They also removed a plastic block window. They closed up most of the window space and added a real window to the smaller space. Just having that obnoxious block window removed improved the temperature in the bathroom tremendously. In addition, the shower is wonderful. We love it. The installers, Jeff and Chris, were wonderful to have working on the project. Kara was a super nice sales person to work with. The company kept us in the loop the whole time about our products that we ordered. Great people! We will be calling them again for our next project!

The final result of our showers is really nice. However, the installation took months longer than we were told it would, and due to a miscommunication within their company, they had to come out several times to install our shower chair along with putting a hole in our bedroom wall to properly mount the chair because it was improperly blocked. When trying to schedule the last few times to come out, the lady was very pushy and suggested that we weren’t being flexible with them when they had all summer to come out and finish the job. We are unsure if we got the actual chair we paid for or one of lesser quality even though they assured us it was an even better one (a sketchy situation overall). Even though we have a large white rectangle on the wall in our bedroom that needs painted, the company didn’t even offer to accommodate us with a discount. The initial installers were great, but the customer service, not so much.

Follow up review: The crew made good on my issues. I know skilled labor is a tough and they can get spread thin. I appreciate those few in the trades doing it right, you more than earn your pay. Now it took some homeowner to contractor talks to get the job done to my standards, which should be their standards. Hold that bar high on yourself. I'd hate to think what I addressed might be common practice. (There were more issues than I originally posted here.) I hope the follow up inspectors truly act on behalf the less evolved homeowner. Initial review: Had Hardie siding put on the entire house. No follow up after the work was "done". I could have hired any old Jose to do the work and got the same results. Guys if you don't follow up I'm feeling like you didn't give a rip about the home owner being happy. Grab the money and run. I've seen your work at other homes and that's why I hired you. Now being left to address concerns your crew created by myself... Not the way to continue the family business. The included photo was something I addressed on the spot. This was fixed correctly although I shouldn't have to point this out. If you can't tell they cut the board in half to go around the antenna line. It disconnects. They just need to drill a hole to feed the line through. It looks better and less prone to failure. If you'd like I'll post up more concerns of sloppy work.

After a hail storm, we saw a new roof going up in our neighborhood, and decided to have ours checked. My father recently had a new shower installed and highly recommended All States. Ethan came out, checked our roof and it was totaled. He walked us through the insurance process and was very helpful and thorough during the claim. The roofers came shortly after and did an amazing job. They were polite and professional. Afterwards, they cleaned everything up and made sure we were happy. I would highly recommend All States and will use them again!

All States performed our shower upgrade. We transitioned from Fiber Glass to their Acrylic system. While Chris Keeter did the initial evaluation, his team performed the work. Jeff Richey and his team performed the actual install. I was most pleased with Jeff when Issues arose, and he worked with me to resolve them! It was so helpful to know he was ensuring a quality Job! We also used the All States recommended dry wall professional, Don McGregor. He made all the hard cuts and corners look like new! It was a pleasure working with Jamie, Shanda, and everyone else at All-States. I felt they were honest and upfront about everything that they may run into, as well as the options available. We had all the windows replaced as well as all of the siding - choosing to go with the Hardy-board. Everything they did was very professional, and they did a great job! I am a perfectionist in what I do and could tell they were too. I don't recall ever seeing anything I had a problem with. After they were finished with the installation of the windows and siding we had to have the house painted, and All-States had an excellent sub-contractor for us to work with to get that done. We also had the stone added to the front, and Stone & Brick added in the patio area in back. All-States had recommendation for an great Stone Mason to work with. The whole process did take longer to accomplish then what we were originally planning, but not of that was due in any part to All-States or their work. This spring we'll be ready to move onto re-doing the deck and landscaping.

They were extremely professional and detailed with discussion of the work being done from start to end; setting expectations with us and working to understand everything we wanted done so they could make sure we were satisfied. The installation team was great to work with and brought any minor changes or additional work to our attention and discussed it before moving forward. It was clear to see they take pride in their work and stand behind their product. I kind of assumed I wouldn't hear much from the salesperson after we signed the contract and set the installation time frame but they were checking in throughout the installation, making sure everything was going to plan, as well as following up after the installation to do a walk-through and address any questions or concerns. From start to finish, All States Home Improvement was extremely professional and customer focused.

I was happy with the installation of siding on my house. Two years after the installation a hail storm damaged siding on the north side of my home. At first, when I called, they were ready to respond, but then said it was not warranty related so they would not be able to look into it. So I would caution anyone to ask about that kind of damage possibility before signing a contract. I am very disappointed that after only 2 years they are not even willing to help me get product. I don't understand, but they don't explain and I challenge them to reach out. I forgot to post this earlier, but have to say I got a very immediate reply from All States. We talked through whatever points of confusion there were and Marcus came out promptly. They have also communicated with my insurance company on a necessary point.

We had new windows put on since our dog broke a few and we know the windows we had that were original to the house were not the best energy efficient. Jamie our sales rep examined our windows for any wood rot and walked us through the different kinds of windows and anything she thought we should know when replacing our windows. We had two other quotes done and NOT ONE included actually wood rot in the quote. We were able to get our windows replaced earlier then first scheduled and the installers were very nice and explained the process up front. We also had a package delivered while we were at work and the installers took it inside for me!!! We are very happy with the work they have done and would highly recommend them!

We had a custom shower replacement about 6 months ago and its great. I waited to review to see what I thought after a few months. Our custom work caused some supply chain issues and they let us know all that from the beginning. Once installation began, things happened per the plan. The installers, office personnel, and salesperson were professional and did an excellent job. They started on Wednesday, and were mostly finished by Friday. This is our second improvement they did for us and we went back because the first purchase was so great. You should really talk with these people.

I contacted All States after I found out that the siding on our 8 year home was defective. It was shinking and cracking. After some research, we found out there was a class action lawsuit. Jeff from sales helped get the numbers for the claim and made an estimate of the replacement. I signed a contract to have it replaced. I had to wait until the claim was processed before I could remove the siding. It took 4 months to get it processed before I could proceed. They were very patient during this time. Finally Jason and his crew were on the job. After 3 1/2 days, the old siding was gone and the new James Hardie siding was up. They did an excellent job installing and cleaned up the work site each day. They were prompt each morning and worked hard all day. He has a very professional crew that works well together. Highly recommend this company and their employees.

We bought a 15 year old house 4 years ago and realized recently that the siding and deck required replacement. We were mostly uneducated on siding and did a lot of research. After talking to multiple contractors, we wandered into Allstates Exteriors and talked with Daryn, who helped us logically step through different siding options and also through the choices for a new deck. Since my wife and I are both very technical people, it was refreshing to have that logical explanation of our options and the technical reasons behind different siding/decking technologies. We chose to go with the James Hardy Cement board siding and a composite deck with aluminum railing. The installation was very fast once it got started (which took a few weeks due to the company backlog of work. I wasn't sure what to expect with timing, but they gave us an expected completion window at the time of the quote). The deck took about 4 days and the siding took 2. Daryn recommended a painter who took 3 days and did an excellent caulking and paint job. Overall I am impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the company and its partners. I felt that we were working with experienced people who paid attention to details. The finished product feels solid and looks great. The siding price was below that of the other bids we received and the deck was at equivalent pricing to other quotes. I would certainly recommend giving this group a try next time you remodel.

It’s a major upgrade from my old showers. Jeff and his daughter take pride in their work and the showers look incredible. Very happy with the entire process with All States. Had issues with my new windows but Chris came and personally looked at them. It was a first I guess for documented air leak. Problem was fixed so no complaints now other than Chris was a Marine...Navy wouldn't have this issue

Kari helped in the planning of our shower install. Everything was lined out and customized. Easy process just took awhile. The staff called regularly with updates John and Jeremy were the installers. Very neat, cleaned everything as they worked. They asked us where they should locate grab bars, shower head etc. and did it to our specifications. Overall very pleased with the entire experience and would recommend them.

I own the house next door that belonged to my parents since 1995. My daughter and her children have been living in it for the past 7 years and it was in need of many updates! The most important was the bathroom bath tub and surround which were original from 1976. During COVID I watched many commercials about having All States replace your tub and surround in 2 days! That sounded great to me, plus there other savings available. So I called and set up an appointment! Kari kimbro came and gave us all the information and went over everything. She was knowledgeable, explained everything and was fun to work with! It was very laid back, no stress or push for us to make a decision. We did decide to go ahead and made our selections and ordered a new tub, surround, ceiling tray and faucets. I always looked forward to her visites or when she just checked in with me. The office people kept us up to date and let us know how our order was progressing and possible dates for installation. I really appreciated that because of the work schedule my daughter had. The 2 young men that did all the work were great! They were professional, helpful, knew that they were doing and very friendly. If you didn't know they were tearing out half of the bathroorm and installing a new one you would never have know. I've had construcion work done on our house and after the workers left, I still had some clean up to do. Not these guys, uou'd never have guessed they were there! If I ever need work done that they can do, I will call them first! They are at the top of my list in all ways. Pat

We had All-States do some siding replacement several years ago and we’re thrilled with their work and the professionalism of their installers. This year we needed some additional siding replaced and we didn’t hesitate to contact them for this as well. We also were in need of replacing our deck which was out of code and not safe for use. The team did a good job coordinating the removal of the deck with that of the siding so that the new deck and siding would marry together. The siding job was started and finished within 4 days. The deck was another issue. The start of the deck install was in September and the completion was November 6. During that time there were several weeks where no one showed up and many times the subcontractor would show up around 11 am and leave by 4:30pm. I will acknowledge that we live 45 miles from Wichita so maybe that was a factor in the work day hours. We felt that the communication on the deck project was lacking and the prolonged installation was a disappointment to what has otherwise been a great experience. After the install of the deck was done we did a walk around and were disappointed to find some areas where drilled holes had no screws in them and where the joints of the facia didn’t align well. For a premium price and product I expect a premium result. I would recommend All-States services to anyone looking to update or repair their exteriors. ——— updated———— After talking with Jim and discussing our concerns he and the contractor came back out and corrected the issues that we had with the deck. They were very professional about addressing our concerns and we are very satisfied with the finished product.

I couldn't be more happy with the work All States Exteriors performed for me. I recently had them replace 18 windows (original to the home) on my 1930 Colonial brick residence. From me day I signed my contract, until the work was done they were totally on top of it. They stayed in close communication with me the whole way through and were very flexible on working with me if I was off-site for a day or two. Their crews were professional and courteous and did excellent work. Upon final inspection I found the quality to far exceed what I had expected. The windows I replaced were almost 90 years old, and the new ones now make the home as energy efficient as a new home. I would expect the windows installed by All States Exteriors to last at least 50 years! Well done and thanks for improving the value and comfort of my home. Hats off to everyone involved, from the installers to the office staff. All States Exteriors would get my business again in a heartbeat. They set the quality bar high on how all home construction should be done.

We would recommend All States to anyone for their siding needs. This company is high integrity and high quality through and through. 1.) INTEGRITY – When inquiring about new windows in addition to our siding, our salesman Chad helped us out by recommending we reach out to the original installers – rather than take advantage of a possible sale, he partnered with us to save thousands of dollars. 2.) QUALITY – Jason and his crew were diligent about ensuring we were completely satisfied with the final outcome, even adding an additional piece they had not originally planned for and basically rebuilding our entire chimney. They went above and beyond by installing new outdoor wall lamps for us. 3.) COMMUNICATION – Before they left each day, Jason provided a quick update on progress and plans for the next day. Chad was engaged throughout and made several visits to check on us. When and if we are ever in need of remodeling or other services, we will definitely call All States first.

I cannot say enough how much we appreciated the experience that we had with All States, from start to finish, they did a great job! They just finished residing our whole house, and did an amazing job! Chad, our sales professional, was very knowledgeable about the product and always communicated with us. Jason and his siding team were here everyday on time (they started at 7), and were even here on days when it was raining! They watched the weather coming in and would arrive right before it stopped, so that they could start as soon as possible. Jason communicated with us about the progress of the project, as well as any changes that came up, like additional OSB or fascia that needed to be replaced. And they cleaned up everyday when they left. When our painters arrived, they found an additional spot that needed to be replaced, and they came back out after just a couple of days to fix it-- even though they were already doing another project! It was really a fantastic experience. We will ABSOLUTELY be using All States for future projects! I do wish that All States offered painting services though! It would be great if it was a one stop shop :-) Our painters have been less than impressive, and it was such an adjustment to from the professionalism of your team to what I can only describe as a typical contractor attitude. We have had ALL STATES replace our roof and windows few years ago. We were extremely happy with their professional attention to detail on each job. They pointed out an error in the way a part of our roof had been constructed, fixed it, preventing a costly repair in the future. When we decided that we wanted to replace our tubes with walking showers, we were so pleased that they now offered this service. We are so pleased with our new showers. The job was completed in a short time, the workmen were polite and efficient, they took time to protect our flooring for their trips in and out, and they cleaned up each day and at the end of the project. We had quite a large project (projects) to complete at our fixer upper house. Scott came out to our house (very flexible with our schedule) and looked around, gave us an estimate on the different jobs. He was so personable, answered all questions, was very honest about different ideas we had. We felt very comfortable with him. In may 2021 my parent's contacted allstate about putting in a walk-in tub. Allstate set-up an appointment right away. Keri Kimbrough and Chad came out for a consultation. They were very friendly, personable and down to earth people. After measuring several times both my parents and Keri decided that their bathroom was not conducive to a walk-in tub. The bathroom is extremely small. My parents were disappointed but understood. My parents' home was built in the 1960's. It had one of those old cast iron tubs in it. There were concerns about issues once the tub was removed. Keri gave them details on how much shower would cost and all of the amenities that ALLSTATE offered for showers. Such as seating, safety handrails, handheld shower head and slip resistant shower floor. All of them definite selling points. Construction started a little later than expected due to the co-vid situation. It was no fault of Keri or Jeff. The destruction and installation took no more than 3 days. Our installer Jeff did all the work by himself including wrapping a waterproof window. Jeff was very personable, he always picked up at the end of the day and was always very punctual the next day. You could definitely tell that this wasn't his first rodeo. I enjoyed watching him work. He definitely takes pride in what he does. Both Keri & Jeff assured my parents if there were any problems that ALLSTATE would stand behind their product. For example, My mother wanted a little more texture on seating and flooring. They setup an appointment and added more texture. I also contacted them about raising the curtain rod and arrangements were made right away. After observing Keri & Jeff I think that my parent's made the right decision in contacting ALLSTATE HOME IMPROVEMENT. Everything looks great and I feel like they can safely use their shower without any issues.

Our installers name was Ryan. He is one of the most polite and courteous young men that I have met in a long time. When he was finished with the installation he told me that if there was anything wrong or that I didn't like to let him know and he would stay until he had it right. 4/19/2021: I have not found where I can leave multiple reviews for the same company, but I can add to my former review. This time we had All States redo my inlaws tub/shower combo and change it into a walk-in shower with seat and several grab bars. Father inlaw is unable to step up and over a tub so mother-in-law wanted this change done to accommodate his limited mobility and add safety features such as the grab bars and seat. She states she is VERY happy with the outcome of this shower. It is safe, reliable, great warranty, and she no longer has to worry about dad tripping to get into shower or slipping while getting out. Kudos go to Megan....mother-in-law was very impressed with her: professional, relatable, excellent with communication as well as follow-up after install (few companies follow up so huge brownie points for All States Home Improvement)!! Between our two households (we live next door to each other) we have had them complete 5 separate projects for us. Yes they are a bit on the pricey side, but you COMPLETELY get what you pay for! Will ALWAYS go with All States Home Improvement and recommend to anyone that asks! Thanks again you guys!!! All States Exteriors were wonderful!! The salesman, Chad, was very polite and knowledgeable, but also not the least bit pushy. They were great staying in contact with me about when people needed to come by to measure windows and check for lead. The contactors came out for installation, were very polite, had windows installed one day and the outside wraps for the framing done the second day. They were amazing about cleaning up their mess both days they were here. The contractors also loaded all the old windows (since I opted to keep them) in the back of my truck and tied them down for me! All States replaced my roof and gutters in June 2020. I found them through the Owens Corning roofing materials website as they are a certified installer. The entire process went smoothly and on-time with the All States staff being available whenever I had any questions. Representatives arrived on-time for the initial inspection and explained the entire process up-front. I was notified before any materials were delivered and I knew exactly when crews would arrive for the installation. The quality of the work for both the roof and gutters was excellent and the crews did a good job of cleaning up debris. But my experience with Daryn, Jamie, and Jason have thus far been a great. I have to say, Jamie is a very knowledgeable sales expert to say the least. As for Daryn and his roofing team goes; he took charge of our roofs projects from the beginning and has been very involved with the whole process. Last but not least, Jason's team did a great job installing our new James Hardie siding. Their craftsmanship was very professional. But by far, the one thing I was most impressed with besides their level of skill work was how clean the working areas and yard were after they completed the job. I can't say enough. Professional, Quality, and Great Communication... We needed a complete roof replacement due to our roof's age. Our house is over a hundred year's old, has difficult pitch, numerous peaks, surrounded by vinyl siding, and had wood and composite shingles and no deck. We took bids from multiple big name companies in town to ensure that we got good quality work. Daryn Keeter represented All States he was the first to contact us and the last to followup. Daryn by far gave us the most discussion and description of the work, issues with our roof, and ultimately a full comprehensive bid of all the companies. The bid was a little higher than competitors but Daryn worked with us to get the price where we were comfortable and price matched his competitors with no hidden costs. We were able to pick the best, high quality shingles, colors, gutters, and they were very easy to schedule with. All States work crews were very professional and Daryn was great to communicate with. It's been about 3 years now... maybe four, It's hard to remember because the new windows that were put in were done so well we have literally kind of taken them for granted. I thought I wrote a review on Google, but apparently not, so here it is. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND All States fro their work! We had a few small issues after the work was done as can happen with anyone, but they were promptly taken care of and I have to say it has reduced our electric bills and they are easy to swing open and clean both sides from the inside. They fit well, they look and work great years later. I also went with All States cuz they had the best offer for quality vs. price. They also didn't try to up-sell me to something more than I needed, and actually talked us OUT OF spending more money we didn't need to spend!! Next time I need any serious work on the house I'll be calling them again.

We purchased a farmhouse that is 138 years old and we knew many of the projects would be a challenge. It's a little outside town, so even getting companies to come out to give us estimates proved challenging. Spencer was great to work with and spent the time to answer all of our questions and came back and 2nd time when we were ready to sign the contract. He got up on the roof and peeked in the attics (we have 3) and showed us pictures of what was there to help explain what needed to be done. We feel confident that they used the best materials to put a solid new roof on our old farmhouse and that it will last a long time. They also removed some old gutters and replaced some rotten fascia. When we requested that they do that, Spencer took the time to figure out what actually needed to be replaced and what was still in good shape. Then, they made an extra effort to make the new wood blend with the old in places where they meet. The roof was done in a couple of days and Spencer came back to do a final review after it was completed and answer any additional questions. They also gave us contact information for someone to help us with sheeting and putting housewrap on when we're ready, as we plan to tear off the old siding and insulate the house ourselves. When that's all done, we will definitely be calling All States to put on our siding!

Dallas on the other hand is very calm, matter of fact, explains everything fully, and answered all my questions. I was never anxious with him on the job. Had ASE replace rotten fascia boards and old leaking guttering. I was a little skeptical at first about how all this would work. I am VERY pleased with end result. ASE allowed me to paint the new JH siding boards before job was started (so no end job painting for me). Both crews that did the fascia and gutter replacement were very respectful, keep us informed , and answered all questions. The guys who replaced my fascia boards were even kind enough to paint one of my gable soffits that was out of reach of my ladder. Plus ASE had them use color match sealant so no painting at end of job. The new guttering is perfect color match and looks great. The gutter guys(Mark & Brandon) did a great job. the complete job looks great- big improvement. The end result is that I was completely satisfied with the money spent and end product.

New shower is the best investment we could have made. the tub was 'built in' (in 1952) and stepping up to get in was impossible. from the estimate to the work to the finished shower we couldn't be happier. Brian worked for 2 1/2 days- poor fellow had to remove plaster and lath- but was adamant that he had to clean up after each day. He even put down a sheet to walk on from the front door to the bathroom. i won't mention how many questions we had that he was happy to answer. Great service! We were a bit hesitant to spend the amount they quoted for new siding, but our old wooden siding was rotting and terrible. The installation happened quickly (both in the amount of time it took to start, and the time necessary to reside). The staff was professional and courteous. Though there were a few times when I was patted on the head and my concerns were nodded away. Until my husband repeated them and suddenly they were valid. But that's pretty typical in a lot of industries, so I don't hold it against All States. Overall, it looks like a brand new house, which is kind of what we were going for!

We love our new shower, and were happy with Carl Soward, the sales representative. He was very professional and helpful when we chose our shower and accessories on Oct 9. But our supply order was delayed because of an error and the wrong part ordered. December 5th was scheduled for installation. Another delay for some reason, and finally on January 3rd the installation began. But there were days when the installer didn’t show up, and days when he would come at 8 AM, be here for 10 minutes and leave for the day to let mud dry. Finally on February 14th the final painting was done. So it took 4 months to get our shower installed. We love our shower, but were not impressed with the whole installation process. Margaret Amos

Once the Grandbabies came along, they Love looking out the Windows and watching for PaPa to come around in the Spray Rig or Dry Fertilizer Rig. They really get excited when one of the Tractors comes around as well.

He was thorough, patient and extremely helpful to me as we worked through the process of obtaining bids and comparing options provided by various companies. The tear-off was incredibly fast. They were able to complete this in a single day to ensure our exposure to any potential weather was minimized. This process was probably messier than I expected, but they were very thorough in cleaning up from the mess of the tear-off process. At tear-off, they discovered that our attached garage had different construction than the rest of our home, which actually benefited us and didn't require the same work as the rest of the original home. Cris brought this difference to my attention and credited our invoice for the difference. The application of the new shingles went quickly, without issue. Ultimately, we are very pleased and would provide the highest level review for our experience with All States.

This was the first claim I've had to make for repairs on my house, so I called a few different companies out to get an estimate on the damages. I thought I only had siding and maybe roof damage but Spencer with allstate exteriors was the only one of the different companies that took a closer look. He went out of his way to work with the insurance adjuster and pointed out even damage that wouldn't benefit his company like hail damage on my front porch, rear deck (which I was able to handle myself) and also hail damage on my grill! I also had all of my gutters and damaged siding replace,. I was able to purchase a new grill and have the rest of the damage repaired to look like it is new. We contacted All States to evaluate the source of a slight seepage of water to an interior room, which we had been advised by a roofer was related to flashing between our Hardee siding and the roof. We had been told by a roofing contractor that the repair would involve re-cutting of the Hardee trim board around our casement windows. Wes McIntire, the general manager of All States, came to our house and provided an expert evaluation, determining that the issue was related to degradation of caulking around the casement windows. This was a much simpler repair than we had feared. Wes took pictures to record the problem and spent nearly an hour re-caulking at no charge to me. We were very impressed with Mr. McIntire’s professionalism and ability to hone in on the problem so quickly and expertly. We had been researching Hardie siding and interviewing companies to get estimates regarding replacing the siding on our home. On a trip to Overland Park, we saw the Hardie Siding logo on Shawn Sinclair's coat. (Shawn became our sales representative). We approached him and discussed our interest in this product. Shawn invited us to the All States showroom and talked to us about the product and options. He mentioned to us that we could have the job split (replace half the siding now and half within the year) to divide the costs. This option, his step by step description of how his company uses the proper method for installing Hardie siding, and Shawn's professionalism convinced us to go with All States. When Tony and Jim came to do the work, we were very pleased with their work ethic. They were extremely polite and never hesitated when addressing a concern we had. At one point, we discussed having them replace a board which they had already wrapped. They did it without hesitation. The care and preciseness of their work showed their dedication to providing the best job possible. We are very happy with the results and we highly recommend All States and look forward to having the other half of our home resided soon.
