We replaced all our windows and 2 French doors with sliding doors in our 36 year old home. Gary, Jayson, Austin and Johnny did an excellent job of installation! They were punctual every day, cleaned up after themselves every day and were very pleasant to have around for the week. These guys were professionals and knew exactly what they were up against in installing our windows and doors. I love my new windows and doors and would highly recommend All Seasons Construction! They stand behind their work!

We used All Seasons for a full external home renovation, including all new LP Smart Side siding, paint job, new high-efficiency vinyl windows and sliding glass patio door, new gutters and downspouts, Rain Drop gutter covers and an exterior door replacement. This big project took 5-6 months due to project sequencing and weather. From start to finish, All Seasons provided top notch craftsmanship and customer service. From our initial estimate and sales pitch with Matt, to window measurement (and a final screen replacement/repair call) by Gary, window installation by Jayson and Austin, siding installation by Richard, painting by Isaac, gutter/gutter cover installation by Rich, and project management by Mike, every single person did great, conscientious work and was great to talk with and very accommodating with questions and details throughout the project. I can’t say enough good things in recommending All Seasons and all of the talented contractors they use. The company went over and above the call of duty, adding small details and putting in extra effort to make sure every aspect of the project was perfect and exceeded my expectations. I chose All Seasons over two other well-known Wichita area remodelers, and I know 100% I made the right decision. Next time I need a remodeling project done, All Seasons will be my first call.

When we booked the window replacement we were told it would most likely be about 22 weeks out. This was back about 6 weeks ago and they came out yesterday 9/14 and 9/15 to complete the project. I was happy that it did not take all the 22 weeks! The two men that came to complete the project, Austin and Jayson were professional, knowledgeable, kind and respectful. The job they were tasked to complete was a replacement of two windows in the front of the house. They asked if we had a preference as to which window we wanted them to do first which I thought was a good question as I was not sure how long the installation was to take so I had them start on our child’s room first. Austin and Jayson worked well together and they completed the installation in a very timely manner. We are so happy with the job they did that we will be contacting All Seasons Construction to do a remodel of our basement and to replace some more windows as well. We also met a project budget representative, did not get his name but he was also very kind and personable. We will definitely be using this company for all our future needs! Lucas and Steven removed a glass block window and installed a transom window. They also repaired and replaced siding around the new window. It looks great! Jared, Erik, and Cole remodeled the bathroom and did a great job. It's much more functional now and looks beautiful.

My wife and I had All Seasons install over 30 windows, a French Door, and widen our garage doors at our home last Spring. I can’t tell you enough how impressed we were. The pricing was lower than we expected, they measured everything correctly and once the products came in they installed everything without being very intrusive at all. They kept the place very clean too. We selected Great Lakes Vinyl replacement windows with sound reducing glass and insulated surrounds. They were able to match the colonial grills in our home. Our previous windows were 90 year old single pane windows that the owner Steve had to close with a rubber mallet when he came over to look at our existing windows! The house is now MUCH quieter and more comfortable. The windows look fantastic and are easy to operate and clean. The other masonry work and door work they did looks great and we will be having them do more doors in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for doors, windows, or siding as they are trustworthy, professional, reliable and have great products.

Remodel and room addition - added over 250 sq ft to the dining and living room area. Demo'd existing patio, exterior wall, and fireplace. Reran all the electrical wiring and service (of course electrical, phone, and cable was in that wall). New foundation, walls, extended the existing roof line and matching the existing roofing and siding (installed by All Seasons after the 2013 hail storm). New windows matching the existing windows and patio door (also installed by All Seasons many years ago, who also has done the occassional warranty work). Replaced the old 'popcorn' ceiling and new textured ceiling throughout, (matching the remodeled kitchen by All Seasons in 2016). New dining room flooring and new carpeting in living room and hallways. Paint and new crown molding and trim for existing and new windows. New patio and walkway around the garage. Rerouting and repair of the sprinkler system around the addition and patio. Great job throughout and we were able to stay in the home the entire job. We especially appreciate the All-Seasons on-site lead contractor Gary R, overseeing the All Seasons team, subcontractors, and utilities (Ray's Electric, MY (Mike Young) Construction for the concrete work (nice!), L&L Painting, AT&T, Cox, Evergy). Gary kept us informed the entire time, and great follow through on our "punch list" of the little clean up items at the end. It was a long three months, but we're loving the new space.

Outstanding Installation Crew! Thorough, professional and excellent quality work. We used All Season Construction to replace windows in a ranch home built in the 1950’s which we purchased for my mother in-law last year. Royce from All Season’s provided all the information we needed to make an informed decision. He was professional and timely in all communication. The installation crew, Lucas, Jason and Will, done excellent work and the windows look awesome. Trim and finish work around the windows is high quality. More importantly these fellas won the heart of my mother in-law. They were working inside and outside her home for 3+ days and were always courteous, clean and mannerly. We had Matt as our salesperson, Mike as the project manager, Randy as our vinyl siding installer, and Jason and Steven as our door replacement experts. My wife and I were amazed at the dedication by these people that showed true American work ethics. Randy came to work on his first day on this project to remove an old deck, remove the masonite siding and replace it with vinyl in typical Kansas weather. It rained, it sleeted, it snowed and the wind howled like always, but it didn't deter his workmanship, dedication to do the job nor his professional and pleasant demeanor. He practically did the entire house on his own. And it looks wonderful. Jason and Steven removed and replaced our doors. We couldn't be happier. They did a very professional job and even went above and beyond to make the side garage door look great. When everyone finished their job, it was hard to find rubbish left behind, not like other companies that leave a giant mess. VERY PROFESSIONAL, ALL THE WAY! Thank you all.

Unbelievable customer service!!! I made an appointment for a quote on my roof that started leaking after the recent week-long rainstorms in Wichita. Heath showed up promptly at the scheduled time. He was extremely professional and polite. He got up on my roof to assess the damage/problem. In less than 20 minutes, he was back down to let me know overall my roof was still in good shape ( huge relief). The leak was caused by my vent/pipe thing. It was sitting at the wrong angle, allowing the rain in. He said he could fix it now, if I wanted. Happily, I said absolutely, expecting to pay a service call at the very least. After a few minutes, he was back to let me know my set-up was an unique one so he had called some guys from their construction crew to come over to help. Minutes later a few guys show up and join him on the roof. Not 15 minutes later, Heath is back to tell me it is all fixed. With my wallet in hand, I ask him how much. He said, “No charge, ma’am. Just keep us in mind in the future.” What? Heath went above and beyond!! I will be calling Heath at All Seasons for all my roofing issues. PS He also told me they work on bathrooms, windows, siding etc. They will be my first call from now on! Thank you, Heath!! You turned a stressful situation into such a pleasant encounter.

Installed 2 new showers...man what an excellent job! Tony, johnny,Jared, Erik and Zack did a fabulous job of removal of the old contractor grade shower stalls and installed gorgeous new ones! Great job guys!! The above crew was very clean, on time andcourteous. We did 2 showers with one more to go. Strange to say, but looking forward to have them do the last shower!

We were impressed from the start when All Seasons' owner, Steve Hund, came over to give us an estimate (a fraction of the estimate given by his competitor). Steve was also willing to make recommendations/suggestions of replacing differently than the existing windows, i.e. large picture window as opposed to 2 small windows, frosted glass instead of clear glass and blinds, etc. I must admit, however, as nice as the evaluation went, I had anxiety over having John, the Lead Crew Member, and his crew in my home with large drills, saws and other tools with which I'm not familiar!!!!! On Thursday, however, when Jason (a crew member) came to explain All Seasons' plan, I was completely at ease. He even asked if I approved!! Other crew members were Luke and Otto. Their professionalism, courtesies and neatness were impeccable. They were over the top with attention to detail, informing before the work was performed and they worked so hard to please. Qualities of character that are hard to find in today's work world. The results exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend them for any project you need completed in your home.
