Alejandro Soria from Sasa Glass was excellent! I was able to make an appointment quickly. Alejandro came out, diagnosed the problems with our windows and gave me an estimate which was very affordable. He then fixed our windows, showed us the broken parts, and showed me how to take care of the windows to prevent these issues from occurring again to extend the life of the windows. I greatly appreciated his honesty as other companies always try to push replacing the whole window which is much more expensive. I highly recommend Alejandro and Sasa Glass. I will definitely use them for any window needs.

Finding Alejandro and SASA Glass Services is one of my favorite home repair finds. The windows we had were in such bad shape we could hardly open or close them anymore. Alejandro inspected our windows and ordered the parts we needed. We put a down payment of half the total amount and within two weeks the parts came in and he came back and we now have easily opening and closing windows! The price was so reasonable and we now have windows that will last another 10 years at least. SASA will also come back twice a year to clean the tracks and windows themselves to keep them opening and closing and looking great for years to come. Very pleased. Alejandro Soria was quick to respond to my request. I had a kitchen window with two double glass panels fogging up and also a transom window over a front door failing on me. I had a choice to replace the entire kitchen window with frame or install the panels. When I found out that SASA Glass could do both window and insert replacements, as well as door, I decided to do the double glass panel replacements this time and replace several windows when I am ready financially. The moment Mr. Sario walks in the door, you have a warm feeling of trust. His estimate was very reasonable and he ordered a total of three double panel window glass (the two panels for my kitchen window, and the transom over the front door). He installed them within 48 hours and did an outstanding job. No mess. Just a great job (and I am picky). Just passing along for what it is worth. A good man who provides quality work. And of course he does more than insert replacement. He does full windows and doors. Oh and he did excellent work recaulking all of my front windows.

I contacted SASA Glass to fix two windows for a home inspection. Alejandro came out right away whereas other window companies had a two week delay. He was prompt, knowledgeable and pleasant. We did hit a rough patch in our communication. However, we moved past it and he fixed the windows in time for us to sell our home! - We Had 5 window estimates from different companies and were told by all that we had to change our windows completely. The quotes started as little as $21k all the way up to $28k. My wife Googled window repair around me and SASA glass had the most ratings. I called and the lady was so kind and said don’t worry, I’ll send you someone for a quote at 8:00AM tomorrow. This gentleman arrived at 8:00AM with a mask and shoe covers on. We walked around the entire house and he pointed out that all the windows were in good condition and that several of them had to get new latches and new balances. He was extremely polite and honest. He changed 20 latches (because they were broken) and replaced 22 balances which were only 11 windows out of 32 windows we have. He was very clean & organized. The price was EXCELLENT and he changed everything on the spot. He had everything he needed in his van. What a GREAT Company. Trust us 100%.

SASA is a very well run small business. The owner Alejandro is an excellent craftsman with over 17 years experience. I hired him to replace 14 windows whose seals were broken resulting in excessive condensation. Replacing just the window inserts saved me thousands of dollars and my windows look great. SASA is an excellent alternative to big name window replacement companies who will subject you to 3 hour sales meetings and high prices. The time from estimate to actual replacement took 1 week. Alejandro was professional, courteous, respectful and friendly. His work is efficient and expedient without sacrificing quality. I highly recommend SASA Glass Services, you will be glad you did.

Alejandro was GREAT! Responded on same day as asked, came to do the estimate the next day, which was a Sunday. He ordered and received the glass on Monday and did the installation on Tues. I thought I needed a whole new window but he was able to just put new glass in and silicone around on the frame after telling me the frame was still in good shape. This saved me hundreds of dollars!!! I definitely will use him again if needed and recommend him highly. He also wore a mask and shoe covers, very professional.

I initially reached out to SASA Glass to provide an estimate for recaulking and resealing a number of windows at my home. Every time it rained, I ended up with large puddles on my windowsills. SASA Glass promptly scheduled someone to come out to my house to assess the situation. Alejandro arrived at my home and inspected each of my leaky windows. He not only explained the work that needed to be performed to correct the leaks but he also showed me the cracks and holes in my existing caulk. SASA Glass sent me a written estimate and I scheduled the repairs. Alejandro completed the repairs to my many windows and was a true professional. He was polite, respectful and, above all, incredibly hardworking. He took his time on each window, making sure that it was recaulked and sealed to perfection. He did not rush and spent the better part of a day at my home. He cleaned up prior to leaving and escorted me around the house showing me the work he had completed. I wholeheartedly recommend this business and would definitely use them again.

Alejandro was awesome. I'd had another company give me an estimate of $400 to replace the top panes of two double-paned windows. I am normally a diy person, but opted to use a professional since it was dealing with glass (and I wanted it done correctly the first time). The company reached out to me, and was very timely. The previous quote was given by just looking at my windows. Alejandro arrived when he said, and took the time to do all measurements before giving me the official quote. He ordered the windows and said that it would take ten days from the estimate to installation. It did not! They worked around my schedule, and when I let them know I would not be available on the planned day of installation, Alejandro contacted me and asked if he could install my windows immediately since he was in the area. He was at my house within 30 minutes of texting me. He got to work and made sure to cover his work area so there would be no glass left behind. He installed the two double-panes in an hour. I watched him do his work, and it was a thing of beauty. The cost of labor was very competitive. I've had to do work on my house and I feel like other people have given me quotes or upcharged me because of what they believe my budget should be rather than how much it would reasonably cost to do the job. If another window is broken, I know who to call. He wore a legit mask (not just the blue covering, but a plastic one with ventilation and filter), a face shield, and gloves. He refrained from touching surfaces as well. Alejandro comes HIGHLY recommended. He will not disappoint.

I rarely leave reviews, but I really have to give SASA Glass a 10 out of 10. I have had two different jobs done, by Alejandro. He is responsive and doesn't try to "up-sell." If he says he will be there, he will. Does high quality work at a fair price, and personable too. If you have any type of window or glass issue, I highly recommend giving SASA a call first. Save yourself time and money. The second job he did for me, was to fix what another so-called window/glass repair company messed up.
