We needed our rear patio door replaced. It was 36 years old and rusted through. We had a very negative experience with a heavily advertised window/door replacement company. They used the very obnoxious high pressure sales approach starting off with a very high list price and offering what appeared to be a significant discount if we agreed to make the purchase at that moment. Thank goodness, Robb of American Remodel was recommended to us. He worked with us to select a design and never once put any pressure on us to make a decision. His price for the very same door was substantially less. His installation team did a terrific job removing the old door and installing the new door. The quality of the work was exceptional and no mess was left behind. I would not hesitate to use them again for any other remodeling needs

American Remodel replaced our front door yesterday. They did an EXCELLENT job from start to finish. They were very responsive to all attempts to contact them throughout the process. They came out quickly to give an estimate. We shopped around for price and their's was the best. They were very communicative about scheduling the install. The team doing the install was on time, took great care to clean as they worked, and was very nice. They did an amazing job! The door is beautiful! I highly recommend American Remodel!

I had my patio door replaced with a sliding door by American Remodel. Ordered in the end of March 2022 and then installed in mid May. Robb did a great job listening to my needs and providing me with great options to choose from. The installation went great. The door company forgot to include the keys and Robb made sure a replacement lock was sent and then promptly installed. Still under the warranty, I just noticed an issue with the extra security lock system ( December 2022). Robb came out the next day and reassured me that the issue is covered and they are going to fix it at my earliest convenience. Over all great communications and customer service. Definitely will hire them for future projects as well.

American Remodel replaced the siding on my 50 year old house with James Hardie siding. The siding project was the completion of other renovations I had done on my house for the past 12 months by a variety of contractors. I can say without hesitation that American Remodel, under the direction of Robb Cochran, was the most professional, conscientious, and skilled company I have ever used, especially for a job as large as my siding project. Robb was especially great to work with - super responsive, always honest, was clear about what to expect, and he really is invested in making his customer happy. We needed a new door installed between our garage and kitchen that was fire safe, and we needed it re-hinged so that would open outward rather than inward and no longer threaten to knock people down the basement stairs. With American Remodel we got that custom-made door we'd dreamed of and a lot more! American Remodel represents a line of doors called Pro Via, and my, are they excellent doors. Just solid, and pretty, and smooth closing. Deadbolt secure steel-on-steel-on steel. Honestly it's really too good for the garage....My husband got home and kept opening and letting it close because it closed so nicely, and saying "This is a premium door!" We have a double-lifetime warranty too. As for the installation there's not much to say because it went so smoothly, no hassle at all. Pro Via does extensive training so the installers know what they are doing. American Remodel partners Jake and Robb go above and beyond in terms of customer service too. They spent a lot of time with us both in choosing a door and following up after installation to make sure we were satisfied. Even gave us a "thank-you box" of logo goodies! The one issue we encountered was that the order took a few more weeks than expected. However that was not a problem with American Remodel, just a sign of the times--parts shortages and production slowdown with the pandemic. And in any case this door was well worth the wait!

My husband and I recently had all of our windows replaced on our home. We had four companies give us estimates and we decided to use American Remodel for a few reasons. First, we loved the fact that Jake is a small business owner and we wanted to support a local business. Second, he really listened to our needs and gave us two options. He did not try to push us towards the most expensive windows. We decided on the Provia series and are very happy with our choice. Third, he has teams of installers who work for him...so they were experienced and very professional. They took away all the debris and the installation was performed smoothly. Fourth, We loved the fact that they did everything they said they would do. Fifth, we appreciated that Jake did not expect a decision the day we had our consultation. There were not any high pressure sales techniques. Now I want to describe why we love the Provia series. We live near 695 and 83 so noise is a factor in our home. The first night...the house was so quiet you could hear a pin drop. My husband and I joked that it was too quiet and might need a white noise machine. We really appreciate how the windows really buffer the sound. We also had to urn down the AC since our home was very chilly. It made us realize how much cold air was streaming out the windows. We have already seen a drop in our electric/gas year over year for May. It is one thing when companies say the windows are energy efficient....It is quite another when you see the result translate to money saved. I happen to have a muscle disease, Myositis, so it was important to have windows which are easy to open. These windows lift right up and the screen shut easily. This was such a pleasant surprise. We highly recommend Jake and his colleague at American Remodel. You won't have a long wait for your windows and will be happy with the results. He has integrity and partners with you to make sure your home is quiet, secure and looks fabulous!

With a baby on the way getting our drafty windows replaced was a top priority. American Remodel made the whole process worry-free. Jake from American Remodel came out next day to inspect the windows and then later that same night sent out a quote. American Remodel prices were very competitive and they offered great financing options. The big plus was that out of all the quotes we got for our roof (on a 145 year old house with a large pitch), he went through ALL of the details including the warranties, which other companies did not do. After shopping around I went with American Remodel to replace all the window's in our home because of their no-pressure consultation vs the competition. The competition was very confrontational and tried to lean on me to sign a contract before I was in a buying mindset. Robb, our project manager from American Remodel, was completely ok with holding a price for me until I was ready to pull the trigger. That shows confidence in their value. Once we were underway, Robb was calling and dropping by throughout the job to make sure things were on pace and I could call or text him directly knowing that he could make any potential snags go away. 19 windows later, my neighbors all complimented me on the clean look of the work. After the winter months, we noticed some settling in the caulking around one of the windows and a crack in one of the frames. American Remodel got both problems fixed with no extra costs. They really do standby their work. Will be doing business with them again soon.

Some specific things I was impressed by: -After contacting the company, I received a phone call back the same day, and a detailed estimate 1 ay after that. This was in stark contrast to other contractors I contacted, who took a long time to get back to me or did not get back to me at all. -I emailed Jake a long list of specific questions, and received a detailed reply within 1 day, with thorough answers to each and every question in my list. With most other companies I have dealt with, when you send them a list of questions related to a job, they answer some questions and ignore others. -When the job was performed, they used a nice large crew that got all 3 gutters done, with quality work, within just a couple of hours. With other contractors I have hired, they send out a crew that is underside, or works slowly, or does not bring what they need, and the job drags on for multiple days, which is frustrating.

Great experience! I had my 60 year old original windows replaced. I received an estimate on 2 different types of windows within 24 hours. All questions I had were answered quickly. Time from signed contract to job completion was less then 5 weeks. The team installing the windows were lovely. Kind, worked extremely hard and impeccable attention to detail. They followed all Covid precautions. They even seamlessly worked around my kids who were home virtual learning. American Remodel is highly recommended.

Robb and his team were very professional and responsive. We had some damage on the stucco on our house. Robb and his team removed the stucco, fix the rot behind it, and replaced it with new siding. The new siding looks like it has always been there which is great in my opinion. The team finished the work in less than a day and left the yard as clean as it was prior to their work. I live in a 120 year old rowhouse that had some neglected windows in the back; his crew came out and replaced all the old, rotting wood, capped all 8 windows, and re-caulked everything. Look No Further! Just call these guys! We found American Remodel through Yelp and could not have made a better decision. After getting quotes from 3 companies, we chose them to replace 4 doors and convert another door to a large window in our home. Jake was super helpful and kind throughout the whole process and his foreman and installers were extremely courteous and professional. It was a lot of work and everything turned out perfectly. American Remodel replaced the doors and even worked with us on the redesign of one. They are professional and responsive. When contacting them day, night or weekend, American Remodel responded quickly. Even when the manufacturer sent the wrong door, they made a rush order for the replacement and gave us a discount for our inconvenience. They use online contracts to setup the work, so there are no surprises when it’s time to pay. They offer discounts if you choose to begin work right away.

I contacted Jake for a quote last year and it didn’t work out for me timing wise. I then reached out to him again to come back out he gave us a quote for a slightly changed version of what he looked at before. He gave me the payment options- we were able to get financing easily as well. So,so far the pricing and financing was easy peasy! There was a delay for the doors but I ordered during a pandemic and I know that everything’s on a delay, so perfect. As soon as they were in, he had the crew here within a few days- I was so worried they were going to reschedule because of weather but they came and were able to do it because I had an over hang etc etc: they were on time, SUPER PROFESSIONAL! And most importantly did the work without me having to hassle them to be sure. They even didn’t mind as I was FaceTiming my daughter and mom to show them the progress because this project had been years in the making. Let me also tell you- ANGEL.... is an ANGEL. He made sure if I had any questions they were answered. I needed to color match so I asked him to hold a piece of the wall he was having to cut out- no problem. If I had any questions I contacted Jake, who was under the weather but still answered super fast. He has even worked with me as my brain is deciding to do other projects already. We have worked with three different construction companies so far on this house- this company not only was in a reasonable price range, but was on time, within their time frame, and it looks gorgeous! Also, MOST IMPORTANTLY- if there was a slim chance that someone didn’t know how to do something 100%- they told me, they just didn’t have someone do something half way ok, or leave it looking like garbage. Honesty in this profession is pretty hard to find and American Remodel is it!

Rob, the co-owner did an awesome job personally supervising the whole process of the installation for our new Timberline HDZ architectural roof with 50 years lifetime warranty. He readily answers our roofing questions. And he's not only supervising but he also helps in making sure all trash and scattered nails are collected using a magnet broom.
