Aerotech cleaned my gutters and downspouts. The leaves and pine needles were completely filling the gutters. Cody and Omar worked extra hard to clean the gutters as well as the areas where leaves had blown and the driveway area. My home looks completely different. Gutters were cleaned and cleared out of an over abundance of oak tree leaves. Carter was the Technician who performed the work, and he did a fantastic job. After clearing out gutters, he then cleaned up all the leaves that spilled out of gutter onto driveway and other hard patio and front porch surfaces to leave everything very tidy and cleaned up. Gary was Awesome. When he arrived he ensured that I knew he was on the premises. Gary did an inspection after the cleaning to ensure the gutters were secure and free of debris. June 6-7 2022, had Aerotech Gutter Service run all my gutters under ground to pop-up drains as well as clean the gutter system. Jeremias and his crew, were super professional, took care to ensure minimum damage was done to yard by digging up the grass, and dirt placing it on a tarp, then replacing it after piping was laid. In all 6 downspouts were dug in, ranging from 20 ft to 50 ft in length all dug by hand. Aerotech from first contact to finish job has been a great experience. Will use for future services and highly recommend you do too.

We use Aerotech after looking at a few gutter services in our area of Pasadena, and (after a few duds that failed to show up and several that felt overpriced) we found this team. Got a response for the free estimate within a day of requesting, and the estimate happened later that week. Dave showed up early (after asking) and was extremely knowledgeable and honest about our gutter setup. Although they admitted there was some additional work that they could do to improve water flow (relating to the distance between downspouts, which I later looked up and confirmed was a strong recommendation by independent sources), I didn't feel pressured into any additional charges. Scheduling and payment was clear and transparent online. We recently had a seasonal cleaning by Jeremias, and he was extremely prompt and efficient. He made sure we were aware he was there (so we didn't panic hearing footsteps on our roof while we WFH) but didn't spend any more time than was needed to get the gutters completely clean. We have a lot of trees nearby that were very clogged after a recent storm, but gutters look great now! Cleaned up all their work, so there are no concerns from us. This seems like a very well run company that cares about quality work and their employees, so we're happy to have found our gutter team.

I love the Aerotech method - blowing out debris from the gutters rather than manually cleaning them - BUT they do climb up to do manual cleaning whenever needed. Did so today, at my highest roofline. And it's a joy to know there will be 4 cleanings/year, each season, as it should be. One less thing to worry about, especially since neglecting the gutters can lead to so much damage on the interior. Very pleased with my service from Aerotech Gutter Service. You can accomplish the paperwork very quickly through their online portal. I found their price to be very competitive (in fact, I didn't find anyone offering this service for less). Anthony led the team that took care of my home--he was very courteous and professional, knocked on the door first to make sure the folks at home weren't surprised by someone on the roof, and was done in a flash--less than a week after we signed the annual contract. I've used Aerotech for my gutters for many years at two different houses, mostly because the pitch of my roofs in places have just been too much for me to stomach cleaning them myself (fear of heights). This past cleaning at the end of May was a shining example of why I continue to use them. The long strings of oak pollen ("Catkins" technically, if you care) had fallen for weeks and were clogging up the gutters in big clumps, and I was at the point where I was at least going to have to try to pull some of them out myself just to keep the downspouts clear. Luckily Hector and crew showed up just in time and not only simply cleared the gutters, but they got almost every single little string of pollen out along every gutter - no small feat! Anyone who's deal with those pollen strings knows how stubborn they can be, they tend to cling and stick to everything and anything so while I would have been happy just to see the majority of the stuff gone, I was elated to see Hector and team took the time and effort to really give them a good, thorough, deep clearing. They will now by good until the fall I think! *Edit - didn't realize initially that I had left a 4-star review; this cleaning was easily 5-star worthy.

Decent job at basic cleaning of gutters on a regular basis for a decent price. I recently had to point out that gutters were clogged and made sure I was home on the day of service. Aerotech did an outstanding job replacing the gutter on one side of my house, adding a new additional downspout, and burying underground a plastic drain leading away from the new downspout. Before the restructuring of the gutter, this part of my gutter had been a problem in the past: the pitch had been wrong and, due to the configuration of the house, the gutter had come to an end against a chimney. The Aerotech solution was thoughtfully constructed and expertly implemented. The Aerotech team were very responsive to my questions. Their work was careful (they were careful not to harm the tree next to the house; they cleaned up well). In addition, when the work had to be split over two half-days, the Aerotech team very thoughtfully connected the unfinished system so that it would function in case of any rain during the interim. I am very pleased by the work they did.

Before Anthony, the service representative, started cleaning the gutters he came to the door and asked if we were having any problems, or if there was anything in particular I wanted him to check on. There wasn’t, but I thought it was a nice touch. After he cleaned the gutters Anthony went all around the outside of the house and cleaned off all the walkways and the deck and patio area. Exceptionally professional and responsive—great service!

Have been using Aerotech for gutter cleaning service for the past few years. They are very responsive to requests, offer prompt estimates. Email and text reminders are helpful. Prices are reasonable. Thomas was the tech this most recent time; he noted the downspout was clogged and when he noted difficulty unclogging it he contacted the manager to take a look and make recommendations to prevent future excessive blockage.

We were very overdue to clean our gutters and decided to hire someone else instead of cleaning them ourselves. Douglas did a wonderful job - not only are our gutters clean, our roof debris are all gone, too. This company only does maintenance packages, so you don't do a one-time cleaning. Every time someone comes to service our gutters, they are very polite and concerned about the safety of our dog—who is generally outside. During the fall, Otmane made a point to blow off all the pine needles on our walkway and create neat beds in our garden and around the tree. There were so many I have scheduled the removal of the trees to make their job easier in the future. Eduardo was the tech assigned to our job and he was on our roof when I came from the inside to speak with him. He promptly turned off his machine so that he could hear me and was very responsive. I told him that there were areas on our roof and specific downspouts that had clogging/drainage issues and so Eduardo took extra time to clean those areas out to make sure they were cleared and functioning well.
