I scheduled an appointment to get my windows tinted and I was in and out in about 30 - 45 minutes. The associates were very knowledgeable and they did a really good job on my tint. I had both of my vehicles done here because of the quality of their work and the lfietime warrenty is a plus too. I've been going to TNT tinting since the early 90's and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

One window was messed up.... so I guess people wonder why I give 5stars.... well the reason for that is because they not only re- did that one, but the other.... I had to go back a 3rd time... after that I just got it removed, my money back , I found I was going up there too much even though they were fixing the issue.... money back... no fuss

Called and set up and appointment pretty easily. There is one gentleman that handles appointments and payments (at least that day). So, you may have to wait a few before someone helps you at the counter. These guys are good and work quickly. I dropped my car off knowing it would be ready in a few hours. I hadn't been to TNT in a few years but I needed a tint badly and they helped me out on short notice. I highly recommend seeing them for your tint needs.

TNT has been doing my windows for a very long time. A couple of times I had a window or two that needed redoing because of flaws. But, I expect that, getting into some of these areas are a real pain and life happens. I definitely recommend them to anyone.

Came here about 2 0r 3 mts. Ago and explained my issues to Tom and he was swamped but said he could fit me in.the previous owner did my tint but it was bubbling real bad and peeling but I kept my card and that was my warranty with the previous owner initials...so I go back after a couple of hours and wasn't complete and couldn't get to me that day but he promised to take care of me the next day and he made it happen and came out real pretty.. he did them darker as I asked and didn't charge extra because of the busyness...i truly appreciate him taking care of me as a guest he was professional and made up 4 everything that happened ..thanks so much TOM KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS...THAT SHOWS GREAT LEADERSHIP AND THAT YOU WANT EVERYONE HAPPY ..😍😁😁🚗🚘😄😃😀😊😉☺

So no questions asked for the warranty job of the tint job that they did 15 years ago. Yes they will honor their lifetime warranty just make sure you have the original invoice. My only quorum is with the white residue that was covering my door instrument panels that the establishment would not clean off that did not exist before they replaced the tint. I was told that I had to clean up their mess.

All I want to say is there are alot of companies that don't care about the customer. Yes they are busy here, but they will ensure that you are happy with your tint job. What is even better is that they stand by their work. If you ever have problems with tint, they will replace it. Javier is a great manager and genuinely cares about the customers..

The staff was very friendly and they offered to take care of my car right then even though I didn't have an appointment. Pricing is very reasonable and timing from start to finish was great!! My first time going here back in July this year and I am very impressed with there service. I kept hearing their ad on the radio over and over and finally got it done and it is just the way they describe it to be just like they said over the radio. The tinting is great and and it keeps cool air in and hot sun beams out. Price is good and the wait time is decent enough, long as you have something to be occupied to make time go by faster you will be good. 👌👍

Guys did a great job! Will refer every1 i know that wants to get tint EDIT: don't listen to the negative reviews, I've brought every vehicle I've ever owned here. If there's a problem they fix it plain and simple. Keep your warrenty card in your glove box. Problem solved.

I was very hesitant about going here because of the negative reviews. However, I chose to go here anyway because many people I know have gone here and were happy with the results. I can honestly say my experience was excellent! I mentioned my concerns regarding the reviews to the gentleman at the front desk and he assured me that I have a lifetime warranty on the tint and if I have any issues in the future, they will fix it for free. He gave me a warranty card for reassurance and my car now looks awesome! Not only was everyone there polite and professional, but the service and lifetime guarantee was well worth the investment.

We have had 3 vehicles tinted by these guys in 8 years. I have never had a bad experience. I made appointments for 2 of them and did a walk in on the other. I was greeted with friendly staff, given an approximate wait time and shown all my options, explained the legal limits per the law and allowed to choose my tint of choice. Nothing was pushed on me, and I never was given a differing price from my original price we agreed upon. I had my wife's 2013 Fiat 500 Sport done all the way around in the Virginia legal limits, my 2009 Chevy Silverado Crew cab the same. My last trip I had my 2012 GMC Sierra Denali tinted with the VA Legal front requirements and I did limo on all the rear glass. After letting the tint set for few days my bubbles dried and everything is smooth as it should be. The technicians did a good job not marking up my interior when doing the work. I have never had a serious problem so I cant speak to use of the warranty. But with my first truck one of the doors didn't take and they repaired it with complete new tint and removal at no cost to me. So great in my book. Each customers experience is obviously different but I have never had a bad experience with them. And if I get a new car in the future and require tint I would not hesitate to give them my business again.

I just brought my 2015 Honda Civic EX-L Sedan in for tinting and this was the 3rd vehicle I've owned that I had TNT add window tinting on. All 3 of the vehicles they did were done great and without any sort of issues what so ever with the work. I personally would highly recommend them despite some of the poor Google reviews. They also have a bunch of very satisfied customers. There prices are on point with what competitors in the area quoted me each time I had work done.

I had enough of the summer heat combined with burgundy leather and clear windows, so I called TNT since they're a long standing name in the area, and right around the corner from me. I dropped my car off the next morning and they had it done in just a couple hours. The tint looks great, edges are close to perfect, and Javier provides great customer service. The number of negative reviews had me weary of coming here, but look at any other tint shop reviews and there's always some people who are never satisfied. I had a couple of tint scraps left on the floor, but for being the cheapest in the area, AND having a lifetime warranty on their premium film, I cannot complain. TNT has been at the beach for a long time, and there's a reason for that. My car looks great

Update: I change my earlier review because when I found the card they did honor their warranty. I got my tint done here years ago on my Acura TSX. Well here recently the back window has started bubbling up and I can't clearly see out of it. This was the second car I've had them tint since I thought they did a good job with the first one. They gave me a card which showed I had a lifetime warranty for the tint. Now mind you I'm moving and I've always known where that card was. All of a sudden I can't find the card. I call them and the guy is pretty much like" there is nothing I can do for you since you don't have the card". I'm like well am I in your system he's like we don't have any records in our system or something like that. He said if you had the card we would do it for free. I know I paid over $200 for the tint job. But for him to try to charge me $90-$100 to fix it since I don't have the card is unacceptable. I will be getting it fixed elsewhere.

Sketchy price with good work!! I called TNT tinting after buying a truck and hearing their ad on the radio. I called the business and gave them the year make and Model of my truck. The estimate they gave me was $159. I made an appointment for the next day. I arrived and was greeted very politely by the staff and the salesperson checked me in. I told him I was quoted $159. "Oh you must have talked to so and so salesperson that price is wrong it is $169" the guy said. Ok $10 no big deal. He then went on to say the total would be $189 with tax. WHAT? STOP! $20 in tax seriously! That would mean the tax rate on window tinting would be 12%. This random tax is magical it came out to $20 even. That leaves me scratching my head. I will say they where fast and the job they did was good. This was my first tinting purchase and I was charged 19% more than my original quote. Would I recommend them? Not sure just buyer beware.

Tint is awesome, price is good, my husband just bought a brand new truck and it was detailed that day and the tint guys destroyed it from a messy perspective, smudges and trash/pieces of tint "paper"....I can admit we probably should have thought that through, but they tossed our kids' car seats all over the back seat to gain access to rear window --we just hadn't thought about that-- and scratched up his day-old interior....he was not impressed with that aspect of the visit.
