Craig Bechthold and Lamont Hairston have just completed the installation of three doors in our house, providing a service that left us amazed and incredibly grateful. They took great care of the property, protecting everything around the work areas and cleaning after the installation even though the house is still in the middle of renovations. They completed their job ahead of time, took care of every little detail, explained each step and made sure we knew exactly what was going to happen next. After so many sloppy and careless contractors that left us unhappy and disappointed, Craig and Lamont were a breath of fresh air! They also helped fixing another window that was leaking, and carefully uninstalled a storm door that we promised to our neighbor - delivering it to their door nonetheless! An absolutely amazing crew, the living proof that not all contractors are lacking accuracy and attention to details; some really take pride in their work and we’re glad we got to meet them.

If I could rate them an 11 I would. Very meticulous on the proper installation of the new replacement windows. I've had two previous replacement installs, but none like this one. This one lone trait for the proper installation sets you apart from all others and appreciate you going the extra mile to do it right. Josh & Mike did an excellent job to do it right. Your windows are of very high quality and resulted in more even temperatures across the home, and considerable noise reduction from the highway road noise of the traffic on the way to the Jamestown ferry. They let in more light, look modern and sharp. They are worth the money, like they say you get what you pay for.

Just had our backdoor replaced by Mr Rogers Windows and Doors. Although we had an issue with some damage during shipping with the custom door upon arrival (which is being worked through the replacement process), the installers, Craig Bechthold and Lamont Hairston, we absolute professionals. They explained everything thoroughly and broke down how this issue would get resolved. They installed the door that was shipped, since the damage didn't affect the door seals themselves, like you would never even know it was damaged. I understand that things happen and I am glad that this team didn't just cut corners, they made sure we were taken care of so far!

I would like to say how much we have enjoyed the experience with Mr. Rogers Windows from start to finish. The ordering process was simple, and ensured that there were no surprises. Although we had to wait for the windows, it was worth every day, we had to wait. The windows were scheduled for Mid January, to our surprise the windows and doors came early, Amanda was wonderful to work with in scheduling, and ensuring that if I had any questions, she would answer them right away. Cody and Kayden arrived at our home and what a fresh breath of air. Cody explained what he was going to do with the door, and went over and beyond to ensure a fantastic fitting. Cody and Kayden worked well as a team, I was really happy to find out they were going to be the team for the windows. They were due to come back on December 19 and finish on December 22. Cody had an opening on Saturday the 17th and was prompt and professional. Cody, Kayden and Ramon all arrived and got right to work. They were able to install all 7 windows in the upstairs in a timely manner. They arrived back on Monday and both Cody and Kayden with Ramon worked tirelessly to install 2 large picture windows, yes everyone, they finished all 17 windows a day early. Even better, they were professional with covering up furniture, wearing booties around the house, even when I was at a doctors appt, locking the door behind them. It isn't everyday you trust a company to work in your home without your presence. Each day the home was left immaculate, like they weren't even there. On the last day to make the experience even more enjoyable! Shawn, the manager, stopped by (GO CUSE!) and just ensured that our install was going as planned. I was just talking to my wife about the process of hiring in-home teams, and get the caliber of people like Amanda, Cody, Kayden, Ramon, and Shawn. Thank you Jerry, Thank you for your professionalism, dedication to make our experience the most enjoyable. Thanks you for your family coming into my home and treating us like family. I highly recommend Mr. Rogers Windows!!

VERY pleased with the installation of our new sliding glass door by Mr. Rogers Windows performed by Craig (team lead), Lamont, and Aaron. Despite supply chain problems across America, our door and its parts arrived a month earlier than expected. Craig set the tone from the moment he arrived with his friendliness and expressed desire to do a great job. I like how he emphasized he wanted to do the job to the level of perfection he'd expect if he were doing it at his own home. He was very meticulous in his measurements, cuttings, and fittings. The result was a beautiful, functional sliding glass door that will last for the life of the ownership of our condo. I would certainly use Mr. Rogers Windows again.

Was reminded of our appointment several days ahead and then notified when the team was on its way. When they arrived they introduced themselves and very carefully prepared the areas where they would be working. Chris, Cody, Aaron, Matt and Tyler were respectful of our property at all times. The job was completed very efficiently. Any concerns we may have had were immediately addressed. An install manager came by as they neared the completion of project to be sure we were pleased. The window itself is a superior product but only as good as the installation team. This is a five star team which makes this a five star company. I will be using them again when I have our door replaced.

The installation team of Dustin, Chris and Andrew were early and did a great job. When they ran into a few wood rot issues, they showed them to me and explained how they would fix them. Everything looks great. The blinds were hung back up, and overall a great experience. We will definitely use Mr. Rogers Windows again.

Perfect! Excellent, quality installation to go along with the quality windows. We live on the flight pattern of the navy jets and it is much quieter than before. Easy to open, close and lock. Easy to tilt for cleaning and just an excellent product. We had 31 windows replace and 3 months later have had 0 call backs. This was not a window insert upgrade but a full window tear out with casement windows replacing double hung windows. We had 30 windows and 1 door replaced. It was a wonderful experience from the beginning. The sales person made several suggestions that we loved. He was very patient with us making decisions on our windows. The warranty was what I was looking for. The install team was great. Any rotted wood they found they immediately replaced. After installation everything was clean and neat. We were able to get a referral to a company to stain the interior of windows that required staining. She did a fabulous job. Before making a decision to go with Mr. Rogers we talked to several individuals that had used them for various projects. Any issues they had, even if they were several years later, were immediately addressed. All were completely satisfied. I am very happy with my decision to go with Mr. Rogers.

Big Thumbs up! The high quality product fiberglass composite window is only exceeded by the workmanship quality of the installers. As a 23 year home inspector in Hampton Roads I get to see the good, bad and ugly when it comes to window products and contractors so whenever I see exemplary work I make a note of it and refer those quality contractors to my clients. Mr Rogers windows and the Renewal by Andersen product get top billing on my list. I believe a person or company's workmanship and materials are their best resume. After seeing thousands of replacement windows jobs, (most of which fell in the bad or ugly category), I selected Mr. Rogers windows for my house. They even framed a new hole in my bathroom wall where there was no window. None of the other contractors could or would do that. They just wanted to quickly turn a profit and swap the windows I had with the window they where selling. My instincts did not fail me. Mr Rogers are competent, quality craftsman with a superior product. I am happy knowing I will never have to worry about my windows again.

Mr Rogers windows was able to closely match these 9 windows and they all look the same! The install crew, Justin McKenzie and Ryan, were skilled professionals. They were on time, worked hard from arrival to finish over a quick 2 day period. I highly recommend them!! **Update - Since my window installation, I had some exterior siding work done by siding contractor. Upon inspection of the siding around my home, this other contractor was highly complimentary of Justin's exterior window work, the trim work, etc. The attention to detail was evident. I was very happy to have the crew leader, James Wigfield, and his team Russ and Daniel. They installed my new front door, with a storm door and transom light. My home is 103 years old and a whole new frame needed to be built. The new renovation makes the house and front porch look like a new home. I had 24 windows and a wall of sliding Anderson patio doors done on my home. The job included half round windows and a mix of double hungs and gliding windows. Mr Rogers Windows was spectacular from the initial measuring visit to the final installation. The crew was cordial and very accomplished at their work. Other than a little dust, I would not have known my house was under construction. The windows dramatically reduced the noise outside my house. I can also tell a big difference on the temperature inside since the windows have been installed. I am more than grateful for the product and the company and would highly recommend!

These guys are the best! Cody, Stephen and Dustin were very personable guys who really knew what they were doing. They were friendly, professional, neat and tidy and very positive. I would recommend them to all my friends. I wish we had some more windows that needed replacing so we could have them here again! We had encasement windows and a bay window installed. The quality of Anderson Windows is hard to beat and in my opinion are the best windows on the market today. I am retired military and very picky and do a lot of research prior to a major purchase. I have had a variety of brands throughout the years and Anderson have always been the best. I was impressed with the attention to detail during the installation process and the professionalism and friendliness of the installers. The new windows are working great and they reduce noise and radiant heat. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I haven't used customer service and I feel I should understand all aspects of a company to rate accurately. If you are in the market for windows go with Anderson. Make it a great day.

My husband & I have been extremely happy with our decision to use Mr. Rogers Windows! Our 1987 home has 31 windows & the original ones had become drafty & difficult to clean. In 2006, we decided to replace the first 20 windows in the older section of our home. (We had added on several additions, including a sunroom with 11 windows of its own). We were very pleased with the company from the initial consultation, to the installation all the way through completion. A few years later, we needed to replace three exterior doors & again went to Mr. Rogers Windows. We also had a storm door installed on the front of the house. We really love the look & function of the doors. For years, we talked about replacing the last 11 windows in our sunroom. They had become cloudy from broken seals & the temperature difference between that room & the rest of the house was very noticeable. Last year, our Christmas gift to ourselves was 11 new windows in our sunroom! The installation team from Mr. Rogers Windows came out on December 26 (one of the coldest days that month) & installed our new windows. They even removed our bamboo blinds from each window & reinstalled them for us. We still comment about how even the temperature in our house is now that all of our windows have been replaced. Over the years we have hired a number of contractors for home improvement, but Mr. Rogers Windows has proven to be superior. We would highly recommend their service to homeowners who want to improve the look & energy efficiency of their home. It is a smart investment & we have no regrets!

Unbelievable! From the time their Design Consultant arrived to discuss the company and their window replacement options, Mr. Roger’s made numerous promises and then, OVER DELIVERED!!! They were, barring none, the most professional and competent company we have dealt with. The Design Consultant explained their products and all available options thoroughly. The installation crew was on time, arrived fully prepared to work, and conducted themselves with total professionalism. Their finished product was excellent. They took time to explain the operation of the windows, and when they left, the entire yard, driveway, garage was totally cleaned and picked up leaving no evidence of ever being there. It was hard giving the installation crew 5 stars, because, they deserve 6! I can’t say enough about total experience. I was skeptical of their promises, but they have me as a customer for life.

We chose Mr Rogers Windows not because they were the cheapest, but because we wanted everything to be perfect. We replaced 19 sixty year old windows with 11 Andersen Renewals. The project allowed us to combine several many-pane windows into giant single panes. The job started with Jonny M. helping us to choose the right windows for our application. We did insert windows all around, as this allowed us to convert four smaller windows into a giant single pane (166" L+W) in two places. On the other side of the house, we were able to combine six original panes into two giant panes. We chose standard glass because we didn't want a tint. We chose the oak veneer, and upgraded to all oak framing and shoe molding (and we're happy with our choice to pay the upcharge for oak, it matches the existing wood in our home). Then I believe it was Jon and Sean that did the tech measurements, and they did this perfectly. We did appreciate Jonny M. coming to the tech measurement appointment to make sure everything was perfect. Our lead installer was Craig, and he was helped by Zach, Ryan, and Noah. They all worked very hard and efficiently, and got the install done in three days (it was a significant project!). Craig took great care spraying foam insulation and wrapping the exterior in metal and providing guidance when needed to the rest of the crew. Zach, Ryan, and Noah made sure every window was perfectly plum and level, and they did a great job installing the shoe moulding perfectly. The work area was cleaned up to original condition everyday. Overall we are very happy with the products and service we received from Mr. Rogers Windows and will recommend them to our friends. We were kept in the loop the entire process as to action item times, when someone would be coming by, etc. The windows look great! Should we require additional windows we would not hesitate to have Mr. Rogers Windows perform this work.

Used Mr. Rogers Windows for window and door replacement to replace windows I had already had replaced using a nationally advertised company 10 years ago. Recycled plastic garbage. The installation was top notch, they finished on time - 4 days for 27 windows. The windows themselves are very nice and items such as caulking was done very well. The one sash that was damaged was replaced in a timely manner. Only downside was sliding door was only available as unfinished pine on the interior - very minor in Grand scheme.

I had the pleasure of working with Don for ~2 hours on a Saturday mind you. He discussed a complete front entry door replacement with my wife and myself. The door of choice was a Provia Legacy Steel Door. He was exceptionally detailed in his discussion down to the last bit of how the doors are constructed, and to where. I had other companies come in, and they were basically “this is the door, how do you want it to look, and here’s the cost.” Nothing else. This alone is not how to run a business, and the way Don treated us and demonstrated the product knowledge was outstanding. I will be returning to Renewal for my next project when that comes up.
