From the sales visit to the installation, it was a pleasure doing business with Paramount Builders. The sales team was knowledgeable, professional, and quite frankly - fun! The project manager communicated frequently about the status of my window order and answered my calls promptly. The installation of 10 windows was impressive. The team arrived at 7:00am and were finished by noon including a thorough clean up and allowing me to inspect their work before they left. I highly recommend Paramount Builders to anyone needing replacement windows.

Very good. Extremely quick process to get new guttering for the whole house with the leaf guards. Great quality for the 188 feet of new gutters, and the two crews worked long and into the dark to complete the job in just one day. I sat down with Carter and Hugh today due to discovering a leak in my roof. My roof is old, and I knew that it was time to look into a complete replacement instead of patching like I had done in the past. Hugh and Carter went through the whole process of the roof replacement explaining every detail and answering all of my questions. I was so impressed with them I decided to have new vinyl siding and window framing done as well. I'm very happy I called Paramount Builders.

From the initial consultation to the full install, every single employee took the time to explain things clearly and their products are FAR superior to anything you can purchase at a box store. All American Made materials and quality can't be matched. Crew showed up 15 minutes ahead of schedule and immediately got to work. Very efficient. I know they may be priced a bit higher than some other companies but i've always believed you get what you pay for and this roof will be with us until we have long parted this earth. Warranty is assignable so whichever of my children take over this house they will have the assurance that this roof will not have any issues.

We had our old, cracked French doors replaced with a custom-built sliding glass door! Everyone that we worked with was friendly, professional, and eager to please. The door-to-door rep was friendly, funny, and not pushy at all. He gave us a great coupon, and informed us that an estimate would be free so we could price and brand-shop if we preferred. The two gentleman that came to inspect the project and give us an estimate were so nice! They showed us exactly what materials would be used to build our door, answered all of our questions, and gave us a great price! Installation was quick and our installer cleaned up afterwards so there was no mess. He even added some extra caulk to make sure everything was sealed and looked cohesive. The door itself is simply beautiful! It's heavy, but slides smoothly and locks securely. We love all of the natural light, but feel so secure because its three panes of glass! It has definitely helped lower our energy costs to heat and cool our home! Keep in mind, since everything is custom-made to fit and excellent quality, the prices are a bit higher than store-bought. We recommend Paramount if you want great quality and excellent service! Meanwhile, we're going to plan for windows!

Sometimes you do not need to purchase services to get insight about a person. On a shift at my job cooking, and the owner of this business walked in. Extremely busy late afternoon. Long wait times. He was so kind to our staff. So cordial. Did not request special treatment. He isn't exactly a ghost in va beach, many people recognize him. Yet, in full public, he did not promote himself for favors. I find it unusual. A lot of owners locally like to ask for special treatment. He waited, with everyone else, for his table. Decent man. Aaron came out to give us a quote on a new roof. He was really nice, went through his spiel, measured outside, and gave us their price. It was a lot higher than we expected, so we declined. He asked what the issue was. My partner said it was high and his dad had it done for about $7200. (We didn't think their quote would be that low, but maybe around 10-15K. Theirs was 29K/22K if we commit same day) Aaron said he'd have to call his boss (the owner, I think) to let him know. He called while still at the house, a sales tactic, I'm sure, which is fine. He's a sales person, after all. He told his boss his we declined and that we were expecting $7200 (we weren't.) His boss said that it wouldn't be able to get done due to the cardboard shortage, cause that's what it'd be made from. He and Aaron had a good chuckle and he got off the phone and left. I just feel it was rude to try to shame us into taking a high price. With this experience, even if I wanted to go back and use them, I wouldn't.

We recently had Paramount replace all of the siding, window and door frames and gutters on our house. The house was sided with T1-11, and over the years it had rotted, become stained and generally looked horrible. Yes, the products we used are expensive. But our home is our biggest investment, and the products used by Paramount are the highest quality. It was definitely worth it. Miguel and his work crew showed the absolute highest professionalism and craftsmanship. They were on the job early every day, and even on a Saturday, and were amazingly efficient and skilled at their jobs. We are so happy with how everything turned out, and for the first time in a long time we are proud of how our house looks! I know there seem to be complaints about sales tactics, but we did not have that issue as we called Paramount directly. Yes, the initial meeting took almost 2 hours, but that was because they were very thorough in explaining the process and the products, and we had a lot of questions. i think spending 2 hours on a meeting about something that is very important to the value of a very important asset is not a great deal of time at all. Overall, we are so very happy with our "new" house, and only wish that we would have called Paramount sooner. I will not hesitate to call them again, and I will recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

We had them replace the windows on the front of our house. Every person we talked to and that worked with us, from the sales people to the contractors who came out to install the windows, was friendly and very knowledgeable about the product. They are not cheap, but they are worth it, very good quality. We could feel a difference right away with how much warmer our rooms were even though we had not changed the thermostat. They also followed up with us afterwards to make sure we were happy with the product, they don't just install them and never hear from them again.

We had a mystery leak 3 years after our roof was installed. Despite confusion about the warranty coverage, the office was helpful and sent out a great, thorough inspector to try to find what was wrong. He evaluated the work on the roof and used a hose for over 30 minutes trying to pinpoint the issue before suggesting some non-roof-related causes.

I have had my triple pane windows since July 2014. My wife and I love them; our electric bill has decreased by 30-40%. The road noise has decreased significantly, such that it was amazing when we walked out the door and couldn't believe the noise. We recently received a visit from the quality control inquiring about our experience. My wife and I were amazed that they took the time to inquire about how we like our windows. The installers were very knowledgeable and we had no problems with them.

The quality and superior look of the windows were as the sales rep. informed us during the initial presentation of their products. We had more extensive wood damage than expected so, the installers took extra time to repair the damage and corrected the previous builders side steps. I have cancel the contract since I found another company to offer the same type of warranty on my roof. I advise others to shop around and be up front about the dog.

Nice employee's and our door handle that broke AGAIN was ordered and arrived in a timely manner. Very disappointed that they wanted to charge$150 to install it when we were promised a lifetime warranty and the last time the handle broke the repair man assured us if it happened again they'd be glad to fix it again! We had some side and trim put up and we are absolutely thrilled with the product. The sales rep was very informative and presented the product as well as himself well. When the installers (Chucks crew) came out to install our siding and trim, they called before they came out and was on time. They worked all day and cleaned up well after they were done. They called when they couldn't make it due to the weather. We have a dog in the back yard and they made sure that everything was clean for her after they left. A little reluctant to give them 5 stars, but I will say that they came through at the end. This is a large company, and they are not cheap. If you want something less expensive, then look somewhere else. That being said, their sales personnel was Brian, he is very knowledgeable, make sure to have plenty of time to sit down with them, because they will go over every aspect of their product and guarantees. My roof looks wonderful, and I can say only time will tell how it holds up, but with all their warranties, and the GAF warranty, plus their inspection, I am pretty hopeful it will stand the test of time. There was some issues with some damage that had occurred during the install. I will say, be sure to do a thorough inspection after their are done, they did damage my siding, however, they took their time and made sure they fixed the damage, found the matching siding, and replaced it to make it look like it never happened. I am pretty sure that if they couldn't have made it perfect, they would have replaced my entire siding, they were set on making me happy. Brian was a great salesperson, he really knows his product and inspection processes, now =)

I had to take off early for two separate days to be available. the gutter guys and the door guy were great. the sales reps did well in the beginning but were hard to get into contact with after our first meeting.

Paramount Builders installed a roof and windows to our house and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out! Our house now looks brand new. The windows block out the sound of the jets flying over the house and the roof has done excellent in the high wind zone we live in. John Conner was our sales rep and he was very professional and informative every step of the way (he really knows the product). He came by everyday while the work was being done to check on the progress and to make sure we were happy with how everything was going. I recently had the pleasure of getting new windows purchased and installed by Paramount Builders. For starters, the sales associate, Tonji Cooke, was knowledgeable and professional. She did not pressure me into buying; she simply presented the facts. I was able to see comparisons with regards to products on the market and prices, as well as energy efficiency analysis. After having these facts, I was sold. Secondly, the Contractors were professional and courteous. They did an amazing job, finished before scheduled and clean up behind themselves. They even cleaned my brand new windows. After the process was complete, Tonji visited to provide my lifetime warranty that's transferable, and to ensure that I was happy with my windows. In June 2021 we contact Paramount Builders to give us an estimate on new gutters for our home. Triston Lentz came to our home and did a estimate and we settled on a price. When they did the work, there was problems that arose with the installation of the gutters. We called Triston Lentz and informed him of the problems. Triston returned on his own time to assess the problem,and to ensure the the problem was resolved. With in a week Paramount Builders returned to fix the problems. We was very pleased with our products.

GREAT WORK AND PRICE VERY REASONABLY My husband and I decided to hire Paramount builders to build a three car garage for us after getting a few other estimates from other contractors. Their salesman, Bert Dail gave us a reasonable estimate for the high quality materials that was going to be used and warranty that came with it. Bert was not pushy and most important professional and made the process of deciding to hire them made it easy. While building our detached three car garage project over the past several months, we have had the pleasure of working with Paramount Builders. During this time they have proven to be professional, reliable, dedicated and capable in completing each phase of our construction project with good quality workmanship, while being able to adapt to unforeseen situations and minor changes during the course of the project. We would not hesitate to work with Paramount Builders again!

The sales and installation processes went well. The installation was slightly delayed due to weather, but we were informed throughout the process what would be happening. The installation crews were very neat and did an excellent job cleaning up and not damaging the house or yard during the process.The installation took a little longer than scheduled, but this was not unexpected due to the age of the house (100 years). The new roof looks really good, as does the PVC wrapping. We have experienced several heavy rain storms since the installation and there have been no issues. I have requested a visit from an inspector to review an issue with the eaves. I will update the review after he has come by.

I have had a sliding glass door w/ screen and a Front entry and storm door replaced and the installer "Joe Dawson" ... was such a courteous and knowledgable installer. He showed me the product before he installed it to ensure that he was installing the correct material that I had ordered.Then after completion he went through with me and my wife, how each of the doors operate. Overall, the experience was very good. Stephany, the Sales lady, was thorough in explaining the process for replacing my roof, including the quality of GAF materials used. Once the date was set, the installers showed up right on time, tore off my two layers of very old shingles, replaced the four broken boards, and installed the new drip edges, underlayment, and architectural shingles quite quickly, one step right after the other. Both the house and stand alone garage were done in a day and a half, and they were meticulous in cleaning up after themselves...quite well done, actually. While some are saying Paramount is high priced, you have to take into consideration you are getting top quality materials installed by fully qualified workers, who are actually certified by the manufacturer to install their product. That's actually an added bonus...

Even though the material is top notch, I wish you could come down in price some. BUT!! Hands down best crew my wife and I have had the pleasure of working with. Just got my two new doors. Absolutely love them. I love my back door more because I spent extra on getting glass with a design. I also got beautiful oil rubbed bronze knobs and locks which matches the framing of the glass work design in the window. My only regret, is that I didn't just spend the extra money to have the front door have a glass design. I have always been worried about privacy or security having glass in a front door, but I now realize, with my back door I can see out, but to see in its distorted a good amount. AND it was the lower level of distortion. So if I would have gotten the highest level of distortion for the front door I would have been good with still being able to have the privacy I want but also more natural light coming in. ALSO, the glass is something special, even with the 90° weather, I can put my hand to the glass and its cold. Long story short, I absolutely love my doors. The seal on them is so tight, that I can't even believe I was living with my previous doors and all the cracks around the frames haha! Once I save some more money I will be going for the windows next. The windows in my house were new when I bought the house, but they are definitely not top grade and based of this good experience I have had with paramount I trust them to do my windows too. They are more expensive than other companies, but YOU WON'T BE SORRY! You're only going to be sorry for not spending the few extra on a nice upgrade, like glass in your front door like me. I should have just listened to the sales guy, Kenny Lisse, and gone for the glass for the extra money, I just didn't realize exactly HOW NICE the door was going to be. I'm really kicking my self for it now. Kenny was great and spent a lot of time with me and listened to my questions and conconcerns. If your thinking about going with this company, ask for him personally. He seemed very knowledgeable about all their materials. I am also getting my trim done around my bay window to match my front door color. The installation crew was graet too! I dont remember the guys name who seemed to be head of the crew but he was really nice! I am a shy person and I like to stay out of peoples way when they are working so they can stay focused. But after me sitting in my room with my baby and dog for about an hour, he could hear my baby was getting fussy and hollared up for me and told me I could come down and didnt have to be cooped up there and anti-social haha! I appreciated him telling me it was okay to come down, and they would put up with my little family being a nuisance. It was comforting to know I wasn't a prisoner in my own home during their construction. I would post a photo of my beautiful doors but I don't know how at the momoment when I figure it out I will share.

You're not going to find windows anywhere like they offer. They use old school sales practices. It works! Some people find them irritating. Those same people would complain about a radio or television commercial. Face to face is a great way to get people interested. This is how PB does business. They have done it this way for over 20 years. They have thousands and thousands of happy customers. Unfortunatly you have to read all of this nonsense.
