We moved into a new home in a historic district of Philly and the windows were in desperate need of replacement. Over the home's more than 100 years, previous owners had removed the original wood windows, altered window opening sizes and replaced them with single pane aluminum windows. We could feel the wind inside! Ardmor had replaced all the windows at my previous home and so I knew just who to call. This was a tricky job because it required working with the Philadelphia Historical Commission (PHC) to find windows that met their requirements to look as close to the original windows as possible. The team at Ardmor recommended Marvin Elevate windows and we love them! They worked on drawings and got them approved by the PHC, no easy task! The installers were on time, courteous, and extremely tidy and thorough. Even my neighbors commented on how diligent they were with caulking and properly flashing the windows. They look great and help the home look the way it used to. We could not be more pleased with the whole process and recommend them wholeheartedly!

They replaced 4 windows on the front of my house as well as the old rotten frames around them. They arrived in the morning and were done everything including disposal of old materials and a thorough cleanup by early afternoon. Will definitely be using them in the near future to replace more windows. Highly recommended! We had scheduled an appointment with Ardmor to have a few of our windows assessed. They were not locking properly and we were anticipating that old, worn hardware needed to be replaced. Alex was very professional and knowledgeable. He called ahead to let us know he was running a bit behind schedule which I very much appreciated. It only took him about 5 minutes to identify the issue and get to fixing it for us right away! Very efficient and very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Outstanding experience with this window company. A team of two professional young men came out to replace 4 storm windows. One was broken and the other three, part of a bay window were extremely problematic with leaks and rattling. I have never witnessed two harder working, more efficient individuals than the day they came into my house. The work of removing the old windows is quite arduous and they did it effortlessly, without damaging any part of my house. The craftsmanship was flawless and the windows are so much better functioning with these storm windows in place. I wanted to wait several months to write this so that I could see how well these windows would perform. They are absolutely perfect-no leaks and silent-no rattling. This makes such a difference. My quality of life in these rooms has gone way up thanks to Ardmor! Looking forward to working with them again.

Andrii and Vitalii installed 18 storm windows in under 7 hours. They were right on time. They were friendly yet professional. They cleaned up after themselves. Benjamin the estimator broke down different quotes for us to figure out the best option. Company offers a handsome discount for cash payments, or you can do financing. For me in NJ it was extremely hard to find a company willing to do storm windows only. We already had windows from the previous owner, but only about 7 years old, and the old storm window tracks still installed on the outside without window panes or screens. I wanted brand new storms with frames, with panes and screen. Ardmor was the only company that would do that. Everyone else wanted to remove the current windows and install brand new ones which would have cost us MINIMUM $15K. Instead, we spent $6k after the 30% cash discount. Half up front for a deposit to get the windows built. Estimator said 6-8 weeks for windows to be built. We waited about 7 weeks and I touched base with the estimator. He nicely told us that the windows had arrived and we should be expecting a call to schedule a date for installation. Got a call about 2 days later. Scheduled a date. About a week and a half before our scheduled date, they called and asked if they can install the windows EARLIER! Hell yeah you can! 18 Windows were installed in under 7 hours. Very pleasant experience. Been passing their name out to everyone I know. Thanks guys. We have a piece of mind knowing that we won't have rain coming into the house anymore.

The workers arrived within the time scheduled. They worked consistently in the heat for 4 hours + did an excellent job. Metal capping over the wooden frame of sliding door + side panels. The Andersen product is of a heavy duty design. The caulk was very professionally done matching the door frame. After the job was done you could not tell work had been done since every thing was as it was before they started. I am impressed with the product and the way in which the job was done. It's hard to find great contractors like these. Multiple window replacement companies declined to repair our windows. The technician in ARDMOR Inc was the only expert who was able to suggest how they can reach our windows and replace them. They used a scaffolding and were able to build it, replace windows and clean up after themselves by 3pm. And the work they did was high quality too. I had a great experience using this company for my window repairs. They came out to check out all of my windows and screens; and they found two of my windows were broken. They had to order new parts, and communicated with me promptly throughout the whole process. The man who came out, Daniil, was very professional, polite and hardworking. The company is very busy so it did take a little while to get them out to my place so the appointments might be further into the future than you'd want, but they're worth waiting for.

This morning Ardmore Inc, came to my home to fix my picture window cranks. They were quite old and not really letting me open my windows. Instead if replacing the whole window which would have cost me thousands of dollars they sent a technician, Daniel, who replaced the cranks and I now have a perfectly working almost like new picture window that works beautifully. Very Professional. Good work so far. Only problem is the unvaccinated workers. Didn't realize until they were in my home. Wouldn't directly answer if they were vaccinated. Having workers , who could be required to be vaccinated against Civid-19, enter indoor homes, even with masks endangers everyone in the home or who comes in contact with them needlessly. Should have been disclosed ahead of time as we assume vendors having employees entering to people homes would all be vaccinated and boosted.

My bay window seal was broken. The glass was extremely cloudy and looked dirty. On top of that, heat and air was passing straight thru it causing my bill to be higher than it should. I called a few different companies (I wish I remember their names so you’d know who NOT to call) and they all said the same thing. “The glass can’t be replaced. You have to replace the entire window. We can sale you a one at a great price if you act today for $6k-$10k”. That’s when I saw an Ardmor truck and on the side it said it specialized in glass replacement. I called the number and the sales reps was extremely nice. They came out the next day, did the measurements and gave me an extremely nice quote!! Because the glass had to be ordered, it took 2 weeks to come in. They called, set up an appointment for 11am-1pm. The tech actually called at 10:15am and said he can be at my house at 10:30am!!! The job took 40 minutes (I timed it.) fast, efficient, clean and very professional. My window looks great! I’m actually hiring them to do another job on my house because I’m so pleased with the way my window looks. I wish the companies who said it can’t be done could come take a look at my window now!

Recently purchased a home and had to deal with 3 windows that were not closing properly. The seller was SUPPOSED to take care of this but that's a story I'm not going into here... After being constructed and foundation settled, it caused almost all of the windows on one side of the house to not properly shut. These windows are fairly large casement windows (windows that use a crank to swing open) so misalignment completely screws these up. I called Andersen to get the bowed sashes replaced which was covered under warranty, and they recommended places I could call to have these fixed. Ardmor, Inc. had a tech in the area and came out that day for a free quote. I decided to go with them based on my experience with the tech and the online reviews. They didn't disappoint and saved me a bunch of money in the long run. The first time they came out, they were able to successfully replace 2 out of 3 sashes. Luckily, the techs that were installing noticed a defect in the third window before they installed it, so I went back to Andersen to replace the defective one. The new one they sent was even more beat up... Andersen sent the next sash to a nearby business for the third time. Ardmor, Inc. was kind enough to coordinate with the local business and go pick it up. Finally, they were able to install the last sash. During this visit, the tech also re-checked the previous work they did to make sure nothing shifted since they installed it. One window needed minor adjustments so he did the work at no extra cost. He also said to keep monitoring the windows and if anything changes give them a call. On top of all of that, the defective windows were just sitting in my house for months. After they installed the final sash, they kindly took the defective windows away. It would have been an ordeal to rent the truck, haul the sashes to sanitation, and then return the truck so they saved me at least half a day. Lastly, the employees that work the phones and are on the frontlines of the business interacting with customers are super professional and friendly. I'm shocked at how rare this is these days. Definitely recommend!

I had a 2 story picture window where the seal failed and moisture built up in between the glass pane. The window was under warranty and Silverline sent me a replacement glass pane and told me that they could not help me further. I had to on my own find help in performing the pane replacement.
