My daughter was running a little bit behind to get home from school and he was very understanding and friendly. And the person who booked my appointment and worked with my insurance company, Kristin, was excellent too!! Perfect experience. Thank you to them and Lloyd's of Shelton Auto Glass for making it easy and pleasant. I would highly recommend them to anyone deciding which auto glass company to go with.

Had a random rock hit my windshield on the highway. Went online to find a service. Saw this company. Scheduled an appointment for the next day. Got a call back immediately and Shelton came all the way to my job to replace my windshield. Was quick and efficient. Highly recommend this auto glass company to everyone. Thanks again for the help.

Ron came to my house on two separate days. On day 1 (Friday), he came and looked at my windshield, discussed my options, heard my complaints, and left (on a very good note). He didn’t seem annoyed or bothered by my questions and took his time explaining things to me very thoroughly. This was supposed to have been a one day job and I wouldn’t have been completely satisfied. He fixed that. He then turned back around and called me on Monday morning (today) to set up a time for him to return as he just picked up the parts he needed to complete the whole process. He came within a couple of hours to do the full replacement. He was very efficient and obviously knew what he was doing. I was amazed at the process and he did not mind me watching, I just stayed out of his way and let him work! He even pointed out an additional issue with the car (that was not the windshield) which he did not have to do. I do hope that all of the employees are as amazing, easy going, and helpful as Ron.

Caught a rock chip in my windshield on I-75 by the time I got home the chip had turned into a crack. A friend of mine recommended Lloyds of Shelton's to me Because he had work done by them in the past. The girls in the office were very knowledgeable. And they sent technician Shelton. To my house the next day He let me watch him do the entire job and explained the whole process to me, which I found very interesting. Also, I had a camera in my glass and they were able to recalibrate It right on site. What an operation! Thanks, Shelton. I will highly recommend!

Great Company! I had my 2014 Mazda 6 Grand Touring windshield replaced at Christmas time. I didn't want to replace my windshield in my new car but bad luck happens and that darn foot long crack that spread over my windshield forced the issue. Rich at Lloyd's of Shelton Auto Glass LLC did and awesome job. I wanted exactly what was in my car to start with and that is exactly what I got. All the bells and whistles in complete working order.
