Everyone with Window Depot were very professional. I had Mike and Brandon come and install the windows last week. The windows came in earlier than expected and these guys did a great job and clean up everything when done. It took a bit over 5 hours for the install of 7 windows. The bid I got was significantly lower than the other one from a competitor for similar windows. So far, I am loving the new windows.

The front of our home was originally finished in cedar. Over the years it was deteriorated and needed replacement to match the other 3 sides that were updated with James Hardy siding several years ago. I contacted XteriorPRO and they went over all of our design requirements and all of the materials needing to be ordered. A date was scheduled and all of the materials, including the James Hardy board were on hand when the workers arrived. The workers were very knowledgeable and skilled and performed like a "well oiled machine" They completed the job in 3 days without any disruptions. I would highly recommend XteriorPRO for jobs of this type as well as any other of the services that they offer. Jerry B.

This company is beyond AMAZING!!!! They recently installed our windows which are beautiful. We were on vacation when they called to say they had a cancellation and could do the install early. They stayed in contact with us during the process with updates. We came home to a completed install. There were no signs that there had been any construction done. Everything was clean and in place. Then they followed up with us to make sure we didn't have any questions or concerns. Someone came out to go over how they worked for cleaning, etc.. This is a company I would HIGHLY recommend. They are very professional, timely and helpful. We will definitely use them for any future needs. Thank you Window Depot Team

XteriorPRO was great start to finish on our roofing job on our 140-year old two story home in St. Charles! Jason Q. came to our home a couple times to show us their complete line of GAF roofing products. He took his time, answered all our questions and sold us on the quality of materials and workmanship XteriorPRO would provide. Soon afterward, we had that bad storm that come through after we had talked to Jason and our existing roof was failing fast! Jason Q. was able to move us up on their schedule due to our roofing emergency. We certainly appreciated that! His team of roofing craftsmen showed up on a Thursday, tore off several layers of old roofing and replaced it with a great looking GAF shingle roof and completed the job on Saturday - 3 days! Of course it was a messy job, but his team took extra care in protecting our house, gardens and patio areas while the work was going on. When they were done, our home, roof, and gardens were all in great shape. Lisa and Jason over delivered on service and installation. They have a customer oriented attention to detail. The Provia products are high quality, IMO, and have great reviews. If you want the best, look no further. XteriorPRO did my insulated siding, designer roof, windows and gorgeous Provia stained glass patio door and side windows. The customer service and workmanship was incredible. Jason goes out of his way to provide the ultimate customer satisfaction. We love everything he did and could not be more pleased, and I extremely particular. It is a breath of fresh air to find such an amazing and ethical contractor like XteriorPRO and Jason. I have referred him to family that were just as pleased and would highly recommend him to anyone.

From the beginning our sales person Phil, was very professional, informative and attentive to our needs. Our installers Mike and Brandon were so efficient they were very thorough they cleaned up behind themselves were in-and-out and did a fantastic job. XteriorPRO replaced the old wood siding on my 1904 home in Webster Groves with James Hardie siding and did a fantastic job. Other companies: Slow to return calls, gave higher quotes (might as well have been on the back of a napkin), scratched their heads and griped about the difficulty of the job. XteriorPRO: Great communication, reasonable (and beautifully detailed) quote, offered solutions not problems. Their professionalism and responsiveness was matched only by the quality of the work. My wife and I were concerned about maintaining the historic character of our home. We had no reason to be. The workers were great and paid tremendous attention to detail. Great company.

I had ExteriorPRO install LeafSolutions gutter guards on my house. They came out to the house and provided an estimate which I believe was reasonable there was no pressure to buy. We then contracted to have the work done. The communications with the company was first class with a detailed list of items and the work to be done. They were scheduled to arrive to day between 1-3:00. They arrived at 1:00 and did a very professional installation. I would definitely recommend this company.

Met with Jason to get bid on replacement windows and a new door going out to our deck. Jason was very knowledgeable and professional in his approach, had great detail on his product that he was selling. Ordered new windows and door from Jason and the communication was top-notch. Jason had his crew which was headed up by Mike remove the old windows and door and install the new windows and door in a very efficient and professional manner. During the installation of the windows Mike the installer noticed a small defect in two of the windows and one of the windows missing a screen which Jason immediately contacted the factory and had replacements on the way immediately and Jason himself made the repairs.So far very satisfied with the quality of the windows and installation would highly recommend Xterior Pro if you were looking for replacement windows or door

I'm really impressed with this company. They were recommended by the James Hardie manufacturer. Phil Snyder came out, gave me a competitive bid, and answered all of my questions. We then decided to go in a different direction with our siding (restoring the original), but I will definitely give Phil and XteriorPRO a call back in the future if we decide to replace the original.

Very pleased with our windows we received; purchased the ProVia Endure series with several upgrades. We like that they had a sample of the window they were selling. Others directed us to store location which made it hard to know if you were really getting that product. We started this project right at the time of Covid 19, causing this country to stop working. XteriorPro stayed in touch letting us know what was going on all the time. Everyone there was great to work with and the installers were very polite, conscience of their surroundings and cleaned up at the end of the day. We will be using them for our roofing when time comes.

We had our new roof installed by Xteriorpro. Jason came to the house and evaluated the roof and the current ventilation system. He found we were lacking on air coming into the vent system, and explained a product that would Balance the in and out air of the roof venting. He explained the whole roofing project in detail. He uses GAF roofing products including the latest materials including roof deck protection. special starter strips, special ridge cap shingles and lifetime GAF shingles. Since XteriorPro is a GAF Factory-Certified Master Elite roofing Contractor we have a 50 year transferable Warranty on the roof. (less than 2% of contractors are Master-Elite certified). The crew started on the scheduled day, and they were done late that day, including meticulous cleanup. They are the best, and by the way they did it for over $2000 les than our other estimate.
