The products they provide are of the highest quality one can hope for and they standby the products they provide. All aspects of the installation are done with the most professional care which includes the measure and final install. Their install team is courteous and will not leave your home until you are completely satisfied. Their showrooms are beautiful and assistance they provide in helping the customer select window treatments are next to none. I love Two Blind Guys, they are the best in their business!!!

We enjoyed every step of our experience. In the show room, the lady was very receptive of our desires and showed us all the pertinent options. Scheduling was a breeze. The guy who came to measure was timely, efficient, and professional. Our order actually came in sooner than anticipated so that was a wonderful surprise. The man who came to install was efficient and professional. There was a small technical issue with the automated blinds but he handled it and with customer service’s help was able to leave me with fully functioning blinds. He also was great at explaining and showing me how everything worked. Now that we have had the blinds for a little over a month and are in the crazy heat of summer, I can attest to the fact that my new blinds are doing exactly what I wanted!! They are keeping the heat out while still letting the light in. Our a/c has been running less and our furniture and flooring is protected from the damaging sun rays. Besides being functional and energy efficient, our new blinds look classy. Worth every penny!! Thank you!!

We had a great experience with Two Blind Guys. Our neighbors recommended them when we were getting estimates for full house blinds for our new home. The selection process was easy and, although my preference was for them to come to us, I understand why they have you come into the showroom. Being able to see all the different styles in action was very helpful. The blinds were ready 9 days sooner than we expected, which was great because we had no window coverings, except for temporary shades in the bedroom. Jim, our installer, was fast and did a great job. He got the shades up quickly, then gave us all the time we needed to learn how to operate the motorized blinds. I would not hesitate to recommend Two Blind Guys. They were more expensive than our other bid, but in my opinion, worth the investment for this important purchase for our home. The adage “You get what you pay for” proved itself here.

My wife and I needed to replace some of the blinds in our house since they were installed when we first had the house built 18+ years ago. We decided on plantation style shutters on select windows. They look outstanding and changed (improved) the look in those rooms. The installer Tim did a great job with installation. We still have to decide what type of coverings we want for the remaining windows. When we're ready we will definitely call Two Blind Guys.

Two Blind Guys have outfitted our entire home with blinds and shades. There were so many wonderful choices of fabric and color. The kitchen has shades made of a special fabric that give us privacy but reflect light so the kitchen is never dark. The bedrooms have blinds that let light through during the day but at night there is a room darkening shade that can be pulled down at night. The measurement of the windows was very exacting. The installers took their time and made sure every blind worked perfectly. From choosing the blinds, measuring the windows, to installation Two Blind Guys we’re excellent.

The experience with Two Blind Guys was excellent. There were so many possibilities to choose from. Their advice helped me find the best solutions for each room in my home. We needed total room darkening in some rooms, shades that let a lot of light in but still private in others and a new type of shade that was private but helped reflect light to keep the room bright. Some of our windows are unusual shapes. They made great custom blinds for those places. The installation went very well. Everything was clean and neat when they left. My call was answered and wasn't routed to an answering machine. I received a callback from Wilson, the installer the same day with great information and advice. Ended up taking the shade to the storefront for repair and was on my way back home when I received a call that my shade was ready. The problem was a corroded battery in the shade's powerpack. Two Blind Guys replaced all of the batteries, didn't charge me, and gave me additional battery packs - all at no charge. Who does this? I was told they strive for providing the greatest customer experience. Well they did! And they earned a new lifetime customer. Two Blind Guys rocks!

We had an issue with one of our Hunter Douglas Blinds. The staff at Two Blind Guys contacted HD for us and had the issue resolved within 1 day. They have discontinued our blinds and replaced with a new close material. Once the new blinds were installed the colors were pretty noticeably different. The staff contacted HD and they replaced the rest of the binds in the room. We cannot express enough how much they helped out and how quickly this was resolved. You can tell they truly care about their customers.

I did not know exactly what I was wanting, but Kris met with me and helped me pick out the best shades for my needs. Installation was quick and professional once the shades were made. After 4-5 months, one of our shades suddenly stopped working. We contacted Two Blind Guys, who helped us get it replaced through Hunter Douglas. Since it was replacing the roller and not installing the entire shade, they suggested we could replace it ourselves if we did t want to wait for someone to come out. We received the replacement shade several days before we were told it would even ship, and after he watched a brief video, my husband replaced the roller in less than 5 minutes. TBG was extremely responsive and progressional every step of the way.

I have an unbelievable number of windows and I knew it would be a lot of work since the verticals from the 1980s were still up and looking incredibly outdated. I had Two Blind Guys come out and measure and provide an estimate for all of the work. The price was right! The new blinds look great and give my place a whole new feel. I elected not to do some windows and quickly changed my mind after I saw the transformation. I soon had those replaced as well. These guys nailed it for me. I have a 8' wide window in my home and was having a lot of trouble finding a suitable replacement for the window covering. My old window covering consisted of long drapes with pullstrings that were difficult to access and completely tangled up in the track. After meeting with Kris, he opened my eyes to a world of possibilities. I now have a motor operated blind that spans the full length of the window with a remote that makes operation really easy.
