When I seen Glas-Tek and seen the reviews I gave them a call. I talked to Dennis the owner and he was very nice and informative. With in 2 days her windshield was replaced and Dennis tool care of every thing. I do not remember the techs name that came out but he did a great job and also was very professional. Will be using again if needed!

I had a rock hit the windshield on my car on 44. I called GlashTek within 5 minutes while still on the road. He had another customer ahead of me in South County and said he'd head my way after completing the SC job. In the meantime, I called my insurance company. The ins co recognized GT as a quality provider (he is on their "approved" list) and they entered the claim. I parked the car and went in to eat lunch. About the time I finished GT called me to tell me he was FINISHING up the repair!!!! GT is the KING OF LOGISTICS in the glass repair industry!!! And a very high quality repair to boot. Use Glas-Tek!!!

Best auto glass repair service I've ever worked with! Dennis was great. He came out on a Saturday to my place of work to fix my windshield after his normal business hours with no complaints. I don't write a ton of reviews. However, for this company, I ABSOLUTELY HAD TO write a review. I called around 11:30 AM the Monday before Christmas because I walked out to my car (2018 Honda Accord) that morning and saw a crack on my windshield. Within 1 and a half hours the Owner was at my apartment looking at my windshield and laying out all of my repair options. He went above and beyond to educate me on what happened and why I all of a sudden had an 8 inch crack on my car. The Service, Knowledge, Friendliness, Pricing, and Timeliness of this company is second to none. I couldn't recommend them enough. If you have a window/windshield problem and are a neat freak like me, please give them a call. You won't regret it! They will put you at ease better than any competitors.

Called Dennis at 10:15 to take a look at a small chip on my windshield that became a crack overnight. He was in the parking lot of my work within an hour and my windshield was fixed in 20 minutes. I don't take the time to write a review unless I am REALLY blown away by the product or service I received. In this case it is both. I called to see how how much it would be, how long it would take and where I would have to drop my new car off to get the crack fixed. Within an hour Dennis had already come to my office and had my windshield looking like new again. I can't believe how well the crack repair really works, I thought I was going to need a new windshield. If I ever have a chip or crack again, I'm calling them to see if they can repair it before I call anyone. Great results, exceptional service and fair price. Very satisfied customer!!

I called Dennis at 9:45 and the two chips in my windshield were repaired by 10:55--he arrived about 20 minutes ahead of schedule, even. He travels to you and works fast; we had just enough time to figure out we went to the same high school before the repair was complete. Very fair price and explained what he was doing just as a part of his routine. Seriously, what more do you ask for in a local business? Will definitely recommend him to family and friends with the bad luck to crack or chip a windshield.

I've never written a review on Google, but my experience with Dennis at Glas-Tek was incredible. My main concern was preventing two large rock impacts from spreading and causing a need for a new windshield. Trying to find local providers for almost any service is a pain nowadays since national companies SEO and buy ads to trick you. Dennis' company site shows up in the front of the search results in Yelp, which is how I found him. His reviews are all positive and effusive in praise, which is usually a warning sign. I researched more and decided to contact Dennis. Within minutes Dennis responded via email and we arranged a time the next day to do the repairs. Dennis showed up on time, the work is great and he explained what he did and the factors influencing how the chips got there. All the positive reviews are well deserved. Dennis is awesome! Another great windshield replacement; quickly, professionally and at a great price. My tech was Steve who is a veteran in his line of work and definitely knows his trade. He was even able to help me identify where my leak was coming from. NOT from the windshield seal as I thought but from my sunroof. Dennis was helpful and friendly while getting me set up for a windshield replacement. I called on a Monday and had an appointment for Wednesday afternoon. A technician names Brett showed up right on time, was friendly and professional. He had my car done within 45 minutes. Bonus - they charged me less than the initial quote which ended up being considerably lower than Safe Lite which is always advertising. Tax and everything was $240 for my windshield replacement from Glas Tek. Safe Lite was quoting me $260 + tax and fees. Definitely recommend Glas Tek. They will get my business for all auto glass moving forward.

First rate customer service with a superior product. I had a double crack back in 7/15 which no other company would touch. Glas-tek did and did a great job. Everything is guaranteed for a year. I got 3 years out of it before one of the cracks began to expand. Of course I called Glas-tek again for a quote. I was more than happy to pay for his exceptional service, but he wouldn't take my money! He insisted on touching it up and stopping the crack for free. It looks great again and has saved me a great deal of money. The car is a BMW with a head's up display which is extremely expensive to replace. Everyone should know about this company. It's very rare to find one that has both a superior product and service.

I had a minor chip on my windshield on driver side of my brand new BMW X5 and was very upset about it as the vehicle was only few weeks old. So I took it to the BMW dealership to have it repaired but after the repair I still saw the chip area not fixed to my expectation and the area was looking as a white spot on the glass which was very disturbing while driving. So after doing some online research I called Dennis from Glas-Tek the next day, and he made a quick appointment to look at my car. He found that the guy who fixed it earlier didn't do a good job repairing it and to my surprise he also mentioned that the chip area was not filled with any chemical adhesive which is the main way to fix it, hence the white spot still existed. But in few minutes he was done with his repair and I was totally shocked and happy to see the white spot totally gone away and I had to look closer to really find the chip area. I was very impressed with his work and took my car back to BMW dealership and even they were surprised as they couldn't locate the chip area and asked me to give Dennis contact for their service needs. I strongly recommend Dennis because of his professionalism, excellent knowledge of windshields and of course his magic hands :)
