Floyd glass was awesome to work with. They got someone out very fast to give an estimate and we’re personable people. Waited a couple weeks for the shower door glass to come in and then they installed it no problem. Looks great and had very fair pricing. Would recommend to anybody!

Came out same day I called. Out of four businesses they were the only ones to provide the large size picture window. No hard sale, and provided a folder of information to help make my decision. The installer is beyond nice and courteous . Dogs love looking out the window. Before and after photos attached. *****Update - This window has changed everything. We sit and stare out into the woods all day. watching birds and wildlife. When family come over that is all they do too. During the cold winter days the window stays warm, no drafts. Should of had this done years ago.

Floyd's recently finishing replacing 15 windows in our home. Matt was the sale's consultant. I found him to be very patient, no pushy sales tactics, and glad to provide answers to all our questions. Brad and Rusty did the window measurements for order and were the installers. They communicated well and gave accurate updates to when they would be on site. After their arrival they told me their plan of action. They would remove all the windows, get all the inside finish work down and aim to get the 2nd story windows finished from the outside. Then return the next day to finish. They used drop clothes in front of all the windows and vacuumed up all the work areas nicely. They did an equally nice job of cleaning up the outdoor space. We are happy with the results of the work and the new windows have lead to a nice temperature change in the house.

We recently had gotten a new dining room table, and I wanted to be able to protect it from things, including the cat. We could have just hidden the nice wood patterns, but a thought popped into my head to try a piece of custom size glass. I saw in a different Google review that someone else has this exact thing done. I emailed for a quote, which was promptly replied to. The cost was as expected, and a little less than some online custom glass makers would have charged (disregarding shipping). I went in to the store to make sure the bronze glass was the right choice for our table. It was. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I sold one house and bought another and, in the process, I worked with 2 different glass companies and a home improvement contractor, one of which was Floyd, and they were the best by a long shot. My job consisted of replacing 26 windows and Matt, the salesperson, worked with me in great detail to arrive at exactly the right balance of features for my needs, and at a cost that was very competitive for the quality of product they offer. Brad, the installer, was great at working around the weather to make sure my job got done, and he and his team were efficient, professional, friendly, and did an excellent job. Now that my job is completely finished, my family and I are thrilled with our new windows and will absolutely be working with Floyd on any future glass projects we might have.

Had new shower doors and frame installed. Unfortunately the handles for the doors to open and close shower doors were not with everything. I did let the office know and they ordered them. It took a while to get them but I will say that Meg was great about keeping me informed. I hope customers understand sometimes things happen. I’m thankful we were able to get the work done with COVID-19. We all need to be patient and thankful. I know we pay for the work but we need to be kind and appreciate everyone. Thank you everyone at the company. Everyone working together makes a huge difference.

We had four glass inserts replaced in February of 2021. Overall, Floyd's was professional and responsive. Would highly recommend. Longer version: Floyd's came out for the initial quote and were professional and let us know of expected timeline as well as any potential pitfalls. In our case, the weather needed to be warm enough to install the glass inserts without damaging the plastic/vinyl frames. Glass inserts were ordered shortly afterwards with a deposit (about half the total amount). Once they came in, Floyd's communicated with us about potential timing based on the upcoming weather forecast. Once we had a period of warm weather a date was scheduled. A reminder was sent the day before and the workers showed up on time. The workers wore a mask inside our home, which was appreciated. Work was completed quickly. I think it took them 1-2 hours to replace all 4 window inserts, which involved disassembly of the windows and replacement of the glass inside the plastic frame. A mild silicone smell was present for a few hours, but was gone by the next day. Windows look great and we have no complaints.

They are very professional i needed a hole cut in a mirror but the location of the hole made it so it wasn't possible to do. I looked around there showroom they sell many high quality products a vast selection of cabinet knobs. They do glass shower inclosement. All the employees were real friendly i remodel houses and will definitely refer customers to them to perform jobs that im not set up to do

Had a rock chip repaired in my windshield. Called one day and was in for service the next morning. I was greeted and offered coffee while I waited in the lobby. The receptionist was very friendly and personable. The technician (Chris) was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He brought me out to show me what could happen when he repairs the chip but we agreed it was the best course of action to proceed. Upon completion which was very speedy, he brought me back out to inspect the job which looked great! I would highly recommend Floyd Glass to anyone who needs such repairs done on their vehicles.

Floyd Glass did an excellent job on replacing my windshield on my 2011 Honda Accord. Not only was it done is less than an hour they took care of everything with my insurance company. Very professional and fast. My wife was even more pleased when they detailed the car at the same time!!!! They will be replacing some windows in my home as well in the very near future. GREAT JOB!!!!

I have used Floyd glass a few times in the past. They will call to remind you of your appointment time and upon arrival offer you a beverage. This time my work was completed in about 75 minutes for a windshield on my Accord. Floyd Glass gives me no reason to even consider going anywhere else. Tiffany(?) the receptionist is sweet and very productive and polite. Oh! did I mention their pricing is exceptionally reasonable? Don't waste your time anywhere else, Floyd is the best!

I ordered tempered glass and a circle mirror for a project I was working on. Morgan ensured the mirror fit perfectly and they even installed it for me. the glass was too thick for the door frame so they reordered the correct thickness and installed that also. Service was excellent!

The price was awesome much cheaper than everywhere else we have looked. I work in a big collision shop and they were cheaper even than the glass guys we use! My only concern and I will be in touch with somebody about this is that now there is new dents up on the roof now after getting glass installed. So this will be fixed or these 4 stars can quickly go to 1star and a unsatisfied customer

The person checking me out asked if they might have them in the back, checked the size, they had the wipers and he installed them right then. Saved me a stop. Great experience!

Well I don't really know how well job/price ... I own nails today in st peter. My window was broke when I get home. I call 2 places, floyd was 2nd place I call. Both explain the process need to replace my window. Anyway, before I was about make 3rd place on google list , within 10min later, Steve (from Floyd) call me back and meet me at my business for measurements in 10min. The work not even done and I give them 5 stars just for quick respond. Honesty , if you try shop around you might save couple hundred but its take longer to get things fix ... damage your business and electric keep place cool with open window... you get my business just quick respond ^-^
