I'm on my 2nd vehicle getting work done with Dalo. Always great work and service. I went today to have a decal put on the hood of my truck. I left it with them all day and let's just say something happened and it wasn't done. I was given a personal apology from the owner and he took care of me way more than he needed too. I had power running boards installed, rear shocks (the factory installed Rancho shocks suck so bad) and powder coated exhaust tips installed on my 2020 Chevy. All looks great. I brought my car in to have the windows tinted and gave instructions on what shades to do for the windows and for the front windshield . When I returned to pick up my car and asked if all was done with the shades I requested, the man said he changed my request for the windshield,and did it in a lighter shade . When I asked why , he said it looked better this way. I was shocked that he would make a change without calling me to advise his opinion and get my approval. I am the customer .The individual needs a lesson in customer service. If you get work done at this location. I would recommend you get whatever work you want performed , in writing.

I have a 993 which needed some tender work that required dismantling of the car. Since the car was a gift to my father from his three children, I only wanted an experienced and knowledgable group to handle this challenge. Dalo was the name repeated to me by many friends and automotive shops in the area. The owner of Dalo explained to me what projects he has completed, showed me pictures of the before and after. He took the time to show and explain to me any questions that were asked and I was convinced right away. They could of had the car completed within a week or two if needed. BUT Dalo took the time to find all the issues with the car through physical inspection and research. Dalo could have easily put in auto parts from down the street to fix the problems. Instead they researched, called, emailed and relentlessly found the people necessary to get to right parts. When I asked for their reasoning behind this, simply put " we do not want to devalue the car". I didn't question any decision they made from then on. They treated my family as if they were part of the group. I will always go back to Dalo for future projects.

DALO is a staple name in St. Louis when it comes to tint. The tint installation looks great. Unfortunately in our experience the owner thought he was being funny, but in fact he offended my wife with his humor. When I called to ask him about it, he apologized, but if didn't feel sincere. If this had been an employee, I would have pushed harder for more of an understanding, but there is no appeal if the owner is the one that did it. I hope that I never need to use the warranty that comes with the tint job. Note to the owner: Joking with customers is great, but making a joke that suggests that your customer isn't intelligent, is in poor taste.

Outstanding service and very happy with the installation.....I had a complete Eibach suspension kit installed with Dirt King upper control arms and it turned out great....The install took a bit longer than they expected but didn't charge me a dime over what I was quoted....upfront and honest people...can't go wrong with getting your vehicle worked on here.
