I bought shades for my entire house about 8 months ago. I love the appearance of the shades. The salespeople & the installers were fast and professional. PS: I bought the smart shades for the main floor, and really really wish I would have upgraded the 2nd floor shades to the smart shades. They're seriously worth the money. The only downside to the manual shades: the cord loops. Not sure why the manufacturer made them so short. I have to pull them 7 or 8 times in order to open or close a window (in the picture I did 4 full pulls to get the shade half open).

Wanted new window coverings for upstairs windows. Live near store when they were on 41st and Marion and it always looked busy. Found them on Google after they moved to east side. Sooo happy I found them as I love my new shades. Everyone is so efficient and nice to work with—a refreshing thing to find these days. My bedroom is my favorite as my plants love the sun without getting fried. Rooms seem larger now with them hanging —happy customer!

From the sales consult to installation, the crew at Budget Blinds made the entire process stress free and seamless. Choosing window coverings for a new home can be daunting. I went into the process with a few ideas in mind, and our salesperson Amanda helped narrow down our choices and answered every single question. Amanda is exceptionally knowledgeable and knows their product. There was no sales pressure or forced up-sells like many companies attempt. In fact, Amanda saved us quite a bit of money! Due to the pandemic, we were told install may take anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks. I was pleasantly surprised when I received the call to install at week 5. Our installation tech, Bryan, was on time, professional and courteous. He was knowledgeable and explained everything. Install was quick. Less than a hour! I recommend Budget Blinds to anyone I know inquiring about or considering window treatments. We couldn’t be happier with our decision, or our gorgeous window coverings. Omar, from Budget Blinds, installed blinds today for 2 windows. He arrived within about 15 minutes of the scheduled time and had both windows covered in about 10 minutes. He was friendly and professional, making sure everything fit and hung in the best possible way. I noticed a minor flaw in one of the blinds, and right away he took a picture of it and said he would get a replacement blind ordered. This is the second time we've used Budget Blinds for window coverings, and we are happy and satisfied with both of the jobs they did.

Was shocked how quickly he was done. No dust was left from screw holes and I believe even wiped the blinds down because there was fresh scent in the room (doesnt happy often in teenage boys room).

The process of purchasing blinds could have been very long and dreadful and expensive. Rather, it was quick, easy, and they were able to keep it within our budget—no pun intended. Omar was early by a few minutes...something I appreciate, very courteous and professional, even removing his shoes without being asked. He collected his trash and took it with him...unusual in my opinion. The blinds for the entire house were successfully installed in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Considering he had to climb over boxes to gain access to some windows, I’d say that was a bit above and beyond. The blinds are handsome, fit properly, and give us the privacy we needed. What more could you ask for?

First, the staff at Budget Blinds is second to none. Great people to work with. I can't say enough nice things about them. My issues is the Budget brand blinds. We have them throughout the house and they look ok. The finish on them is not great and therefore, a bit difficult to clean. When they are partially closed there is some with what appears to be warped slats. Some of the slats have weird imperfections and marks that are noticeable only if you get close, but I know they are there. They just look like a cheap product. We would go back to Hunter Douglas in a heartbeat. It was my fault for wanting to save money, but not a good choice in my opinion. Again, the people are awesome!!!
