What a process, but worth the wait! We decided to go with Andersen back in December knowing that our two (3-pane) sliding doors were not going to be installed until May or June at the earliest. Two days ago the crew showed up to start the project, and WOW, are we happy! The windows/sliding doors are beautiful! The quality is everything they sold us on. Honest truth, I doubted Andersen for the price right off the bat, they are NOT cheap compared to competitors. However, after being sold by our salesman Bill (who was very informative, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful), we were pleasantly surprised at the service after the sale. Their attention to detail, and each person along the way you deal with is second to none. We never felt like a commission, and we never felt left out to wonder what’s going on. Some other people I’d like to mention in here are Justin the technical measure. His availability and answers even after hours were invaluable. Fernando Guzman the foreman on the job was for lack of a better word, a true professional, his attention to detail and quality of work made us feel like he looked at his job as if it were his own house. With his crew there was no excuses, if something looked off, or needed adjustment he and his men tackled it. Speaking of those men, Darius A., and Evergone T. were fantastic as well. When the time comes to take on the rest of the house windows, we know who we’re calling. Thanks you Renewal by Andersen and the amazing team you train and keep motivated to do their best!

Great service ! Expert installers! Kevin G. And Alex K. Are a great team. The company is lucky to have them. It was a smooth project. They kept everything clean and tidy at the end of each day. Their attention to detail and skill set was top notch quality. This was a two phase project having the front windows and back windows and door installed. We were lucky enough to be able to request Kevin G. For the second half of the project. Thank you Anderson windows. We also hope that Kevin G. And Alex K. Receive recognition for a job well done.

We moved on October 19, 2021 to a 1972 log cabin and the windows were vinyl. We heat our home with wood and we could feel the cool air coming through the windows. We went through a lot of wood during the winter months and could hardly wait for our new windows to arrive. Our installers, Nate S. and Johnny G. arrived on May 9th (Monday morning) and they were simply very efficient, knowledgeable, and their quality of work was amazing. Nate said that he had never installed windows in a log cabin and he was very excited to accomplish this task. We were expecting 3 days to install the windows but due to their work ethic, they got done in 2 days. I told Nate that I haven't seen many adults work that hard and they were always friendly and so polite. Very refreshing! When they completed the job, our house was as if nothing had been done. We sure are happy with the windows, we can already tell the difference in the temperature in our house.

Chris J. and Rylan M. Did an amazing install job, best service experience with any sort of home repair ever. They care so much about their work and making it the best. They did a custom sill pan on the spot, all the trim and finish work is beautiful, they’re hand-buffing the wonderful leaded glass right now :). Also, the leaded glass - Matt V. - thank you for the amazing leaded glass, it’s a work of art!

We just replaced several of the windows in our house with new ones. The two crews that came out to complete the task were here on time and completed the project in the allocated time frame. Their workmanship is excellent and the worksite was left neat and clean. This has been the least stressful project we have completed in years. Review of my window replacement by Renewal by Andersen Greg W From the initial sales contact, to the window install crew, I was very happy with all aspects. Eddie, from sales, explained the differences between Andersen windows and other vinyl windows. That made up my mind to go with RBA. The quality of the windows is by far better than any others I’ve seen or owned. The install crew, Nate Newman, Taylor R., and Kize B. did an outstanding job installing six windows in two days. They were proficient at their job, easy to work with, and were very professional in conducting themselves on the job. I was very happy with the finished product! Thanks guys! They worked in my elderly father's room - he was thrilled! They handled the big dog who wanted to help and the cat who wanted to hide. I can't say enough good things about Renewal by Andersen of Seattle. From beginning to end it was superior service. From Sales, to Betty my PM to the crew that came to my house - Lincoln L, Laie F, Eric M. They were so professional, the windows look amazing and I will end up getting my other sliding doors done by them. They aren't the cheapest, though I get why now. My windows were completely retrofitted and the insulation is superior to my previous vinyl windows. I love my 8 new windows! You won't go wrong with Renewal by Andersen.

Our windows are beautiful and have made my 1985 home seem years younger! I was somewhat worried that the price would not match the quality but that is far from the truth. We had excellent service from start to finish. I appreciated the reminder calls the weeks leading up to the installation. On installation day Ryan P. and Jeff T.C. were courteous, great communicators and got the work done in 3 days instead of the scheduled 4. They shared what would be worked on when, which helped with a busy toddler, working from home and having cats in the house. A few weeks after installation and I still impressed, I love that the screen is practically invisible.

We have had Andersen out to finish phase 2 of our window replacement project so, this is an addendum to our previous 5 star rating. Brandon C., Eric T., And Daryl came out to our place in Packwood to do the 6 windows in our kitchen. I can't get over how beautiful they are. The team was just as professional and courteous as the first. They were tidy and, most important, cheerful. It's a sign that they enjoy coming to work. It speaks volumes of the company that they work for and translates to the excellent quality of craftsmanship displayed. This entire experience, over a year of planning, quotes, and installation has been the single most positive experience we've had with a vendor/contractor. If you're on the fence, get off it now. I believe you get what you pay for and in this case, Andersen and their crews have exceeded expectations in every way.

Lincoln L. Dylan K., Brian S., Brandon C., Eric T., Kevin R, and Laie F installed a massive picture windows (almost from the ceiling to the floor) in our bedroom overlooking at the lake. They were professional, very friendly, always on time, worked very hard, knowledgeable, always cleaned the area before they left for the day, and did a SUPERB job. (Note the fit of the trim where it meets the existing backsplash tile in picture. Precision and highly skilled carpentry) Extremely happy with our new Renewal by Anderson windows. The workmanship and quality are excellent. Pricing was a hard pill to swallow as they are priced at the top of the market but you get what you pay for.

We had a fantastic experience from the whole Renewal team: Carol Evans sales rep helped us pick out windows for our 80+ year old house, project manager Katie Bell got us scheduled and kept us informed of our installation date. Our installers Fenando Guzman and Darius Akana got the job done in record time leaving us with beautiful windows and a spotless work site. They removed the windows at the apex (installing drywall as requested) and one in the corner. They matched all trim beautifully. They installed new siding on the outside, pointing out some rot in the corner but gave me a referral for a contractor to repair that. They were prompt, clean, professional and pleasant (all involved...including Lincoln L and Jason J as well as Lavonn in the office). We have noticed that this area is now much warmer than it was before. Now all I have to do is hire someone to mud the drywall, stain the trim and paint the siding. Thank you. Sheila V

I would have to say at the start I was skeptical if Renewal by Andersen would live up to their promises of great customer experience and a great product and have to say that they have been stellar on all fronts right from when I made my down-payment a few weeks ago to yesterday when I finally had my beautiful patio door installed. It was a great experience throughout. In these days, when there are delays in manufacturing and delivery and installation for almost any kind of major renovation related to construction, these folks kept me informed pro-actively what the status was of my install, and made repeated follow-up calls to ensure I was updated throughout the process. Yesterday, the installation crew (Fernando G and Juan A) did a great job from start to finish, with attention to the little details as well as cleaning up after themselves and left my patio looking in better shape than before they arrived. I would definitely say that Renewal has lived up to their reputation of doing things the right way from start to finish! Thank you Renewal by Andersen for offering me great options (Ryan S), managing the process from start to finish (Reda S) and now installing (Fernando G and Juan A) my great looking patio door!

For anyone who got an estimate and was a bit shocked initially at the price, by the time we were finished with the installation, we were totally sold and felt we had gotten a good value for everything we had received. You really don’t find workers willing and able to complete a job with such thoroughness and thoughtfulness these days. Let’s not forget the superior and beautiful product we received. We really couldn’t be happier with our windows and French Door. It has made all the difference on that side of our home. We will definitely be doing more windows next year under the Anderson price guarantee. Johnathan C and Darius A were our installers and they were fantastic. Not only did I need new windows, I needed the trim replaced (inside and out) due to water damage. The process was explained thoroughly by Ted G. the sales associate. Once they were ordered, Ryan called numerous times to check in and update me on my job. They were able to do the installation much sooner than they originally predicted! Oliver and Dion showed up promptly at 9am and worked until after 5pm. They finished everything and took away the debris. You would never even know they were there. Except for the BEAUTIFUL new windows that I will enjoy for years to come! The carpentry work was amazing and the windows are fantastic! Definitely a value add to my home. They are a bit pricey, but it's worth it! You get what you pay for... and more!

Having done several home improvement projects over the last year I have experienced varying levels of quality and customer service across the industry. This experience was hands down the BEST experience ever! Cesar Guzman and Sotame Tone just completed the installation of 10 "Smart Sun" windows and a new sliding door. These guys are courteous, professional, and very efficient. The quality of my install was absolutely top notch. On a side note, my wife and I LOVE our new windows. I knew that we were getting some of the most efficient windows available which my AC unit loves....but I had no idea how well it would block out the noise from my neighborhood. Workers were professional and made sure the house was kept clean from the sawdust when removing the two old windows. They gave me a complete review of the completed windows and demonstrated how to use them. Work was done in a timely manner. Chris and Thomas installed these two windows in my primary home. Aug. 24, 2021 I had an extra large picture window replaced with a middle window with case opening windows on the sides. There was a bit of a bow on the upper frame and Lloyd Gaines was able to contact experienced members of the company to verify how to remedy the problem. Two more windows were installed with openings to help create airflow in the home my Dad built 60 years ago. Jake and Tallon G. worked with Lloyd as a great team. The install was two days Aug. 9 & 10, 2021 These work crews were out of the Spokane Office.

I scheduled a meeting with an Andersen representative a few months regarding replacing my outdated and failing windows. Gentleman was polite, courteous and informative. I felt so comfortable with the conversation, I purchased my windows from that first encounter. I did "NOT" feel I needed to bother comparing the product line with another company's. From start to finish, this has been one of the most PAINLESS and LARGE expenditures for my home. While awaiting my install date, I was contacted several times by an Andersen associate to keep me 'updated' on the progress of my purchase/install. I very much appreciated the non-solicited follow-up/updates. When my install day finally arrived I had already been notified of the expected arrival time of the install crew. I even received a telephone call from one of the guys (Hans D). My only disappointment? The weather decided NOT to cooperate. After months and months of amazing warm and dry weather...the rain began. Have no fear! My 3-man crew did an AMAZING job of completing the install of 4 windows!! Bad weather, and all. A little water, a little dirt - but my windows LOOK AMAZING! My installers? Hans D, Jacob M and Darryl B. You guys are the BEST. Thank you for taking your time, doing such an amazing job on the install - and most of all, THANK YOU for respecting my home. When the interior trim didn’t fit with the look and lines of our home, they came up with an alternative solution that required a significant amount of work (time and additional manpower) on their part, but they completed it beautifully within the timeframe they had planned originally. Oliver Velazquez and Dioniso Herrera arrived about 8:00 am and removed our old French Doors and replaced them with a sliding glass door. They did an excellent job from what I could tell, and explained how the new door operated. Oliver located the alarm wire and made it accessible for the alarm company to come and reconnect the system. They were efficient and careful to ensure our interior was covered and protected from the dust. They did an excellent cleanup of the house, yard, and I only found two staples in the driveway and two black rubber pieces. They did a far better job cleaning up than the company that replaced my gutters and caused me to have two tires repaired. They were a pleasure to talk with and explained what they were doing to my satisfaction. Barry

David S. and Adam B. installed our windows and did a great job! Originally scheduled for 2 days, but they were able to get everything knocked out in one day! They showed us how each window worked (sounds silly but you can take them out, tilt them and the screens are amazing!) The whole team was great, Ryan the sales guy spend almost 3 hours at our house, he was not pushy and made sure to go over all the details and got creative to accommodate our needs. The windows are pricy, but worth the money!

First, the woman who came out to speak with me about what I needed was extremely knowledgeable and absolutely zero sales pressure. Which, frankly is one of the reasons why I decided to go with Renewal by Anderson. Their estimated time was shortened by about half of what they originally promised me. Then, the team who came out to do my installation, Sam W. and Colby E were fantastic. They arrived on time, they were professional, polite and friendly. From start to finish (especially finish) I have only had a great experience with Renewal by Anderson. I had all the windows in my home (11 total) replaced. During the 4 days that the installation took place, Kohl I. was my site manager and was nothing short of excellent. He and his installation crew, Thomas B. and Patrick S. were on time daily, efficient, and cleanly. When any problems arose, they were transparent with me on what it was and how they were going to address it. Kohl went though all the window types I had installed once they were done and answered any of my questions. Any little thing I pointed out, they were quick to fix. Renewal by Anderson isn't cheap, but you get what you pay for and I'm extremely happy. My house is now much cooler in the ridiculous heat Seattle has had this year and it's so much quieter!

David, Theo. and Mark did a fantastic job. First they spent close to an hour just prepping my house for the work. They explained about the lead paint that was probably around my windows and how they would put up barriers to block the dust as well as use a vacuum with a heppa filter. Rick Torres came to assess the problem. He fixed the locks plus caulked where some cold air was coming through. Huge shout out to the Certified Master Installers at Renewal By Anderson! Theo Linkem and Marc Mandell replaced our upstairs bedroom window for us. Our window is East facing and gets hammered by the sun, not only that but it is facing a rather busy street. My husband and I decided to have it replaced in hopes of cutting down on the heat as well as the noise of the street. I am happy to say this window has exceeded our expectations! A few days have past and our bedroom is no longer the hot box that it has been since we moved in, the noise of the street, although still audible has been cut down significantly. Justin Linkem & Justin Shook installed four new windows for me. Which involved removing the old windows and installing the new ones in their place. They didn't just rip the old window out, but meticulously dismantled the old trim and caulk. They put in spray foam and window seal tape before installing the new windows. Which my house that was built in the 50's never had. They worked very well as a team. They didn't even seem to mind when I would interrupt them with my questions. If you are lucky enough to get them assigned to be your installers of your new windows, you will not be disappointed.

Theo Linkem and Marc Madell worked well as an installation team. They called ahead to let me know they were on the way and when they would arrive. We purchased a fixer upper and knew we needed to replace the windows. Renewal by Anderson had a great deal on windows so we had them replace all of them. Chad and Steve spent several days replacing our windows. They were polite, professional, and respectful to our family and our home. Our windows look so nice. They open from the bottom and the top and I can flip them open to wash the outside of the window from the inside of the house. SO COOL! These windows are so efficient that I stood in the south exposure windows and did not feel the extreme heat of the hot weather we have been having. Overall, we are very happy with the quality and the service.

Unfortunately, 3 windows had the backorder bug. They were here on time with calls each day of installs as to time of arrival. They protected my floors and sealed off the windows being worked on with plastic to protect the house interior from any debris. Winter install can be difficult! A windstorm blew some of the plastic down and the installers reacted immediately to mitigate any damage and cleaned up any debris professionally. I would highly recommended purchase of this product.

From the initial contact at a home show at the Convention Center, to the bid from Ryan (who spent close to 6 hours with us explaining and demonstrating and helping us with our choices), to emails and phone calls with our project manager Sarah, to the install this past week, everything went smoothly and efficiently. We had 17 windows and 1 sliding patio door (changed to French door) replaced in our 30+ year old home. The windows themselves are beautiful - and we already notice the difference in our home - we have not needed to use our ductless unit at all to control the temperature in our living area! But the main reason I would like to leave more than 5 stars is due to the installation crew - Matt Q, Jon M, Brian S and Pete (joined the team on the last day to replace Brian). They arrived on time every morning (5 day job), were very professional at all times, did a fabulous job with the install - some windows are very large and others in hard to reach locations. They always cleaned up at the end of each day and I swear they left my home cleaner than when they first arrived! And I especially want to call out Matt, the team leader - he did all the frame work on the inside of the new French door in our living room that leads out to our deck - it is beautiful beyond belief! Thanks Matt! Obviously I would recommend Renewal by Andersen to anyone looking to replace 1 window or an entire household. Zach and Esabon were professional and amazing! We had a great working, easy communicative experience with them. We have an older home so there were some challenges along the way. My Partner Jennifer and I were very interested in all our options and decisions and they helped walk us through the work they were doing, with exceptional knowledge and some good humor along the way. They did lovely work, while caring for our garden which was important to us. They cleaned up every night. We had to move some electrical and our friend Jeremy was able to work easily with them in order to do that. They even found our 1940s trim to finish the job. Our decision to hire Renewal by Andersen is one of the best we have made for our home. From Ryan Sims (the salesman and our first real contact with RbA), help throughout from our project manager Betty, all the way through installation by Vantha and Curtis, it was a top notch professional experience. We then knew we would purchase RbA as we would not settle for any lesser product. He also has answered any question we had along the way and checked on us during installation. The installation was excellent and very high quality (meaning flashing in all the right places). They reframed a window and door for a new sliding glass door. They repaired dry rot when they found it. They came prepared for everything (which is good, since we live on an island!). Our furnace is running far less, there are no drafts, hell we are heating most of the house now with a fireplace insert! Hire these guys - they're really good.

This included two custom windows we didn’t realize they could do given the amount of work that would be required to open up the space. This solved a major problem for us with an old slider that was no longer functioning. When Andy came to measure he inspired a tremendous amount of confidence in any team that they would send out to hour home. Josh Z and Johnny R were excellent installers. They were friendly and fast. Definitely recommend having Josh do your trim which turned out beautifully. They have access to excellent material and it turned out better than if my husband did it (but don’t tell him!). Needless to say it exceeded both our expectations. Although they can coordinate an electrician for you, per our experience I recommend taking the time to source your own and do a quick in person consultation prior to the installation if that is feasible. There is no time to have any in depth conversation about minor tweaks the day of. We are giving them a four-star review though because there were some issues with the custom window order. However, their entire team reacted quickly and resolved them 150% to our satisfaction. We are now ready to sit back and enjoy our new high quality and beautiful windows.

We recently had a large slider and window replaced. Both were very old and dated back 50 years. When I say large, the new window alone weighed over 400 lbs. I had most of my windows replaced last week. The installers, Lincoln and Osvaldo were great and did an excellent job! I have had a lot of work done throughout the years and some very good workers but it was an unexpected treat to have ones who had smiles on their faces and laughter in their voices as they were doing this wonderful job. The windows are so much more than I expected...gorgeous as well as energy efficient. I couldn't be happier with them. There was one problem that is still unresolved. The bay window I ordered was somehow overlooked and did not get ordered. I am now waiting for that window unit (and the window next to it) to be manufactured and then installed. I understand that mistakes can be made, but I am concerned that my Project Manager has yet to contact me with an estimate of when I can expect them to be installed and completed. I have called and left messages asking for a return call regarding the status but to-date have not received a return call.

They arrive on time, prepare the installation site in the rooms where the windows are to be installed, protect the floors and erect dust barriers. All the protective coverings are removed at the conclusion of each day and re-applied on the following day. Their is no inconvenience. Their work is executed with dedication and detail resulting in a professional job. One window had ceramic tile on the sill which had to be cut to receive the new Andersen window. There was concern the tile might crack but the replacement was done with skill and care resulting in a perfect outcome. We highly recommend Renewal by Andersen.

Our house is a custom-built house from 1997 with over 20+ windows and a french door that needed to be replaced. The windows that were in the home were the original from the build. Fernando, Dionta, and Darius made up one team, and Josh, Gerald, and Crisanto made up the other team. We were very impressed with how they worked together. The project took multiple days. They took care in their setup in the morning and they cleaned up the work area every evening. We love our windows.

He explained everything about Renewal’s product & company, and really made us feel comfortable with this huge purchase. Our Technical Measure was scheduled very quickly and Rick Metzger came & took measurements & answered more questions. He gave us all the details of what installation would be like & helped me decide on trim size, caulk & the little details- very helpful! Then it came time for our installation. Our Installers, Cody H. & Eric T. were awesome! Great experience over all. We had new windows and a new slidding door installed. Both times it was very professional and they did very clean work. Everyone was friendly, nice to my pets, communicated throughout the process. One window came with a slight crack and immediately they pointed it out to me and got on it about reporting it so they could order a new one to replace it. Currently waiting for replacement but I have been in communications with them and the order has been placed. This past week I had Mark Svenson and Coltin Gilles install my new slidding door and they were wonderful. tl;dr—if you can afford it, it's worth it. Carter F. and John M. were terrific people to work with. They came to replace a large 3rd story window and did it perfectly. The finish job is immaculate inside and out.They were even careful enough when removing the outer decorative trim boards that they could reuse them once the new window was in! You'd never know they were here, which is exactly what our HOA wanted. Renewal by Andersen isn't cheap but they're highly reputable. Not having to find and manage our own contractor was easily worth the cost. The windows themselves are great. They're excellent at reducing solar heat gain (the main reason we replaced this window). The screens are effectively invisible, and maybe best of all, both window panels come out for easy cleaning, inside and out. They're only dual-pane windows though, so they're not the best at mitigating big differences in exterior/interior temps. and we've had one experience of interior condensation. We think it was related to line-drying some laundry in the room that day when it was also pretty cold out.

They fixed the uneven window frames and made them look as if there was never a problem. When I am ready to do the next phase of our window replacement I want Fernando and Cesar to do the installation. August 3rd, 2021 - Just finished phase 2. They laid floor protectors and wore shoe covers as needed. They removed the old windows on the second floor, put in the new ones and added the trim. Everything was cleaned up as they found it. They explained how to open, close and release for cleaning the outside glass, and secure back in place. We couldn't be happier with the new windows. The screens are almost invisible until your nose is 6 inches from the glass. The view out is much better than the previous windows. We would highly recommend Renewal By Andersen. And will be using them in the future on other windows.

My Wife and I are grateful to Renewal by Anderson for the completely professional job that their crew - Jonathan C., Darius A. and John R. did on our window replacement project. We had two complicating factors on our house that they handled perfectly and without problem. Our house is in Seattle and we have 30 year old vinyl siding. Not many houses in in our area have vinyl siding which has special requirements for exterior trim that are different from wood or other types of more common siding. All of the contractors we talked with except Renewal by Anderson had no interest in our project because they had no experience with vinyl siding. Our crew had experience with vinyl siding and handled its special installation requirements without any problems. We also have custom made, unpainted interior wood trim that Anderson said, without hesitation, that they could match. I was skeptical but shouldn’t have been. Our installation team knew what to do and how to do it, and we are very pleased with the final result. Importantly, my wife appreciated that the crew treated her with the same respect and courtesy that they showed to the “guy” in the house (me). In the past that has not always been the case for some contractor crew members. In short, we recommend Renewal by Anderson without hesitation and would use them again should we need to purchase windows in the future.

The installers (Fernando Guzman, Racin B and Darius A) were great. They were quick, very detail oriented and did not complain about me being around. Fernando actually save me a lot of pain when he remeasured the windows before taking them out. One of the windows was 10 inches smaller then it should have been. Had he cut out the old window without measuring I would have a hole in my house with nothing to put in. I am very grateful to him for that. Now for the quality control they need some work. Besides the window that is too small I have one with a damaged venire, one that is not square (the corner does not match up) and two sliding doors with inside trim that has large gaps. In addition the sliding doors do not have screens. I was told by the installers, when it was being installed, that they are on backorder. I ordered a total of 17 windows and 2 doors, 5 of them had something wrong, that gives you a 26% error rate. Seem high for the price and advertising. I also had my siding replaced with Hardie plank. So I asked Andersen window team to talk with the siding team so both could go smoothly, since Hardie plank is a concrete product and would be difficult for the window installers to cut. The Andersen Tech measure person did talk with the siding people, however no one communicated with the Andersen installers, so they were not prepared and brought out the wrong trim. In addition, the Andersen Tech measure person told the siding team that the new windows would be the same dimensions on the outside, so the siding team put up the siding with trim with that in mind. When the windows went in they were not the same size, they were a little bit smaller. So the installers had to bring out new trim and re-cut several pieces which caused more work for the Andersen installers Again the installers were great and made it work. I would have expected with the advertising hype, how long I had to wait for the windows to arrive (4 months), and the price, for the overall quality of the product and service to be far better than what I received. I currently do not know how long it will take to get the last window and the repairs in. Once they are in I am going to have to have the paint touched up. On a positive note the windows that are in do look nice. Jeff

The project was scheduled for three days but was completed in two. We were particularly happy that they treated our home with the respect that we'd wanted. The windows are beautiful and well made, The problem was with the manufacturing plant, they are great with standard windows but not custom designed ones. High quality installation, precise caulk lines, cleaned everything up and were extremely courteous throughout the 2-day project! The view comes right into the living room now and while expensive, in terms of service and quality it's well worth it. Recommended!

Renewal by Anderson installed 4 large picture windows and 4 top angular windows last week. Our old windows were failing and the installers had to deal with eliminating dry rot on the old sill. We chose to have wood trim on the inside around all the windows. Bryant S., Dion T., Carter F. and Sotame F. did a fantastic job installing the windows windows on the first day. Bryant and Dion returned the next day and meticulously cut and pieced together the trim outside and especially the wood trim inside. Jon C, Cody G, and Theron did an excellent job installing new windows at my house. The job was 14 windows and one sliding door. There technique was spot on, they were quick and efficient, and very diligent about keeping debris out of my house. Jon C took the time to ensure I understood how each of the windows worked, how to clean them, how to request a rebate from my energy company, and details about the warranty. Lastly, the team did a thorough job cleaning up the site. They did three passes around the house to ensure everything was picked up and there was no construction debris left at my house. I also had a good experience with the project manager, Lavonne, who worked very hard to make sure the project went as smooth as possible and I was take care of. She contacted me regularly during installation to see how things were going. Also, during the project there were a few challenges where Lavonne proactively contacted me and diligently worked to ensure the best solution possible. Overall, a great experience.

This was a bigger project. Replaced old windows in the first stage and replaced two windows with a large sliding door and larger window in the second stage. The windows replacements were done within two days as scheduled. The first crew was on time, tidy and pleasant to have had around. The second job took some time with engineering and permitting, but once resolved it moved quickly. We needed a large steel beam due to limited header space and the ground floor wall needed to be reinforced. It was a major job and I am glad to have gone with a reputable company. At no point was I worried about the quality of the work. The second team (Josh Z and Thomas B) and another team on the first day came prepared to ripp the outside wall open and the prepared beam fit right in. All teams took pride in their workmanship (I was watching maybe too much but they didn't mind and explained what they were doing and why). Couple days later I was left with only painting do be done. The crew worked around and coordinated with some other construction I had going on. Overall the experience of selecting, measuring and adjusting original requests (thanks Paul B) and installation was great. I definitely feel like the job was done well and will last a long time. The inspector also commented on the nice work (he was pointing out the blocking in the subfloor). The windows and sliding doors look very nice and most importantly function very smooth. Could not be happier and will call them again to get the final set of windows replaced.

In spite of having their truck broken into and tools stolen the very morning they were scheduled for the installation, they came and did great work. In the process of doing the job, they found that the existing window sill had too much water damage to use. So they replaced it on the spot. It might have added a little more time, but did not diminish the quality of the workmanship or the product. We're very happy with our new Andersen windows.

The Renewal by Anderson (RBA) team knocked it out of the park for us. Our project involved replacing all (13) windows and two sets of french doors in our home. We did look at other providers to compare, and although we could have saved some money by going with a competitor, I am very glad we ended choosing RBA. From the moment Liz M (design consultant) arrived, we could tell this is a very professionally run operation. Both Liz and our project manager Kevin C were at the ready to answer any questions we had regarding our project from the moment we placed the order to the day the install began, including helping us secure prepare the submission to our HOA for the project. We were pleasantly surprised when we learned that our install would take place weeks ahead of what we had been quoted, even during these very difficult times when everything is backed up. And finally, a few days ago our install crew led by Jonathan C, Kevin G and Racin B showed up. Anything I say to describe the work they did for us would be an understatement. On day 1 they gave us an overview of the installation timeline. That evening and every evening after that they summarized what had been accomplished, informed us about the unexpected things that had come up during the day, and updated the plan for the following day accordingly. A couple of days I was at home during the day, and they communicated with me actively and frequently. Every evening when they left for the day, the house was at least as clean as it had been before they arrived, and any furniture that had been moved was back in its place. Jon and his crew proactively communicated to me a couple of small damage incidents that happened during their work, and RBA proactively reached out to resolve them. For the duration of the project Jon and his crew were punctual, communicative, polite, accountable, and detail oriented. I really cannot overstate how great a job RBA did for us. This is our second time around with Renewal by Andersen. So happy with the windows we replaced the first time that decided to do the rest of the house, including daylight basement. Fernando G and Kohl I were fantastic. Prompt, efficient, very professional but also friendly, including with our dogs. The window installation went smoothly and the new windows are perfect. So Renewal by Andersen was not my first choice in window supplier, but due to the nature of our project (100 year old home, original windows), it became clear that the usual window contractor wouldn't cut it for our home. Most of our spaces were atypically sized (you can't go to Home Depot and just buy a window which would fit our home). Additionally, the window frames had experienced settling, so for some they weren't even at right angles. After meeting with their sales rep (Carol, excellent) we came to understand the necessity of getting custom windows built for our home. This coupled to their full service installation and warranty allowed for us to accept their high price tag (financing is often available). After ordering the windows, their project manager reached out to us to schedule tech measurements and installation. They worked around our schedule and old house (lead based paint) to arrange for the install. Their installation crew were professional, courteous and thoughtful. Coming across a few issues you might imagine coming up in a 100 year old home they identified issues, figured out fixes and got our windows in place! We haven't had a massive heat wave in Seattle this summer, but I did notice that the home does seem much cooler than before (we upgraded from single panes). I'm definitely glad we did the work even with the high price tag associated.

Their expertise was evident during the install and in review of the final product. They took time to answer my questions fully and their attention to detail was immaculate. We hired Renewal by Anderson to replace all the original windows in our 1960s split level home. While on the more expensive side of windows, it was well worth the investment. Compared to what I see as window replacements in my older neighborhood these are far away the best looking windows around. I was also very impressed with the team of installers. All very professional, wore masks and were very tidy each day of the project. We were fortunate to have two crews on the job so they completed our entire house in 3 days when it was scheduled for 5. Tyler Hooper and Bama did an outstanding job installing our new sliding door. Professional from start to finish, very personable and had a good taste in music. This was the 4th iteration of window installs and it was the smoothest. The extra bits like ensuring we could get the deck board back in easily and the adjustments to match up with the other windows worked well. One more window to go (on back order) and I hope it is them that are assigned the install. With a complete change from double aluminum to Andersen noise has dropped as well as heating needs. The first morning the temperature was 2 degrees warmer than usual.

The temperature in our house doesn’t fluctuate as much as it used to. I do give the installers a 5 star but would have liked to have not had my plants trampled as much as they were. We had a patio door replaced, and the installers (Carter F and Fernando G) were fantastic. They were quick, thorough, and professional, and did a really top quality job. We're super pleased with the door itself (it's relatively light, it's extremely clear, and it slides very smoothly), but I mainly want to call out the great work done by Carter and Fernando. I was dreading the experience, and fearful of an extensive construction process, but the guys made it seem easy. They showed up right on time, set up plastic to contain any mess, got to work, and finished right when they'd estimated they would. The craftsmanship is superb, and they didn't even disturb the paint on the inside walls! Truly great job -- we're very impressed with and grateful for their work.
