Glass Doctor repaired a fogged up window in my home, from start to finish they were professional and easy to work with. The technician that came out to install was excellent, friendly and courteous, and made sure my glass was perfect. I think his name was Mike. I've already recommended Glass Doctor to several people, the whole process was so easy and the glass even came in quicker than I expected, they promptly called me and had it installed the very next day.

A bird decided to play chicken with our car going 75mph on the freeway neither of us won called and got a great quote with inhome instalation and next day service. Was told my time frame would be between noon and 5pm got called around 1145 that the tech was on the way. The glass in my Loewen Window needed replacing. I called the Loewen distributor for a recommendation and they suggested Glass Doctor. The installer, Jevon was extremely conscientious and meticulous and did a great job and left no trace of any debris! I would definitely call Glass Doctor for any future glass repair.

Great work and responsiveness overall. Only reason not a 5 star is that the installer wasn't wearing a mask when in my home. That said, I didn't ask him to put one on so not sure how he may have responded to that. I strongly feel in these times it should standard operating procedure for contractors to always err on the side of being overly protective and respectful.

They were able to fit me in same day! Quick work. My window works fine. Courteous and friendly tech who maintained social distancing precautions. He also vacuumed all the glass and even some dirt off of my carpets!I was bummed that the window didn't come tinted. I thought they were factory windows. But, that's not their fault. Would definitely use them again!!

Hello everyone! I really tried to edit my first review with one star, because I don’t like to delete my reviews! I got horrible service from pro, which replace my rear side glass really fast and didn’t clean up completely broken glass into the door and as additional damage the door panel. Also, quality of the glass was poor. After my claim the manager of the company pretty quick to contact me and offer to make sure that work was done poorly. The company had take responsibility for the issue and replace the glass and door panel. I really thankful for that, thankful for fast resolution of the problem! Maybe it was just one time issue and company work’s better than it seems to me, but I don’t return to this company in future. Thank you.

Great mobile service, they came to me! Very friendly and fairly priced. My passenger window had also come loose and the technician was able to fix that for free when he replaced my windshield. This place is really great with a good warranty on their products and life time warranty on their installation job.

I had a patio door break. They came out within four hours of my initial call. The techs worked an estimate for me on the spot and even cleaned up all the broken glass. I was told it would take about a week for the glass to come in and that I would receive a call to schedule an install. As promised, I received a call and the installers arrived as scheduled. I would recommend Glass Doctors. The ‘procedure’ took about a hour and the glass looks great. It seems like OEM quality as advertised. TL:DR - Overall, I think the reputation online they’ve earned is well-deserved. Great company (waived some fees during COVID-19 pandemic to help with customer costs), friendly staff, and quality work! There is no scratches that I see on the window from the install and I believe the installer did a good job vacuuming the glass shards inside the panel and car interior. I don’t hear glass shards when I close my door, but I haven’t played music to see if anything vibrates. When I roll the windows up and down - I don’t hear the windows being scratched, so I’m happy with the install. I used their mobile service, which was very convenient as I did not to have glass fly into my face on an open freeway. The lady on the phone who booked my estimate was professional, quick, and friendly. Not pushy at all and I got an ETA the day before. I also got an ETA the day-of from the person who came to replace my window. He was friendly, punctual, and professional. Thank you!

Initially, the installers for replacing two windows in our home came without the proper scaffolding. They returned the next day with all of the necessary equipment for reaching the two gable windows in need of replacing. They did a very good job at keeping the job-site as clean and neat as possible. When completed, they double-checked each window to make sure that no finger prints were left on the glass. They did a very good job of checking, once the installation was completed.

Chris came out when my sliding glass door was broken by a flying rock from my weed eater. Gave me an estimate and very quickly was able to replace the double glass in the door. During our July 4th celebration, we managed to launch a mortar into our living room double-pane window. The next day, we were on the hunt for a reliable and relatively inexpensive solution. We contacted 5 different companies, but landed with Glass Doctor of Western Washington (Seattle) - their quoted price and schedule best met our budget and needs. On the day of the install, DeShawn took to removing our 50yr old untouched broken double paned window with a smile and a whistle - even when he found they used way too much glue, he persisted with patience and managed to remove the old window without any damage to our custom wood frame. We called and set up an appointment which was the same day. Both employees that came were very polite and knowledgeable about their products. We needed a house window replaced and it would be ready in 7-10 days but was ready in about 4 days. They came and fitted the next working day after informing us that the window was ready. You guys saved my day! After my car window got smashed, I was feeling pretty unsafe driving and parking without a window. I called several places and none had a date soon enough to help me ease my anxiety of driving like that. And on top of that, their prices were almost double what I paid with glass doctor because they included a "mobile service" fee. Two days ago I came in for a windshield replacement on my beloved Challenger. I was able to get an original MOPAR replacement installed and all the insurance was handled for me smoothly and without any fuss. The replacement went surprisingly fast and the finished result is indiscernible from the original, other than I can now see clearly again! Not only was everybody in the office delightful (with coffee while I waited!), but the technician, Israel, was very informative and professional. The cherry on the top of the cake was Kris Sowders that took the time to also help address my sunroof issue. A large rock shattered our bedroom window and we were lucky to find Scott at Glass Doctor of Seattle to help. He came out within the hour, replaced the window with a thick piece of wood and explained our options. One week later we have a new pane of beautiful sound resistant, thick glass. The whole process was as painless as it could be and handled with expertise, professionalism and kindness throughout. We replaced our 25 year old picture window that has lost it's Gas between double pane glass. This caused a fog to form between the two windows in the evenings. I called Glass Doctor, they asked me to take a few measurements and a few pictures. A week later they were out to look it over and take there own measurements. A week after that One they came out, removed our old window and replaced it with a Brand new Window. After seeing what a difference that new window made, My wife is on board with the replacement, she is very happy with the quality and clarity that it brought our home. Glass Doctor is the best place in town, they don't try and sell you window and frames, they "Fix" the problem at a good price.

Rhonda was awesome and very helpful during a stressful situation. If punks ever throw rocks in your car window shattering it, call Glass Doctor!! The technician was amazing as well, he cleaned out all the glass inside my car. And he drove to my house (no covered area) even when it was raining cuz he couldn't get ahold of me on the phone. Was able to get my windshield replaced same day by Kris, who was awesome. There was some trouble with the brackets from my old windshield; putting them on the new windshield broke it in half! But within the hour, they picked up a brand new one from a different location and installed it with no issue. Kris even added RainX to the windshield and vacuumed out my car to make up for the extra time! And on top of that, windshield replacement was the quoted price. Thankful for a great experience!

It is rare for me to leave feedback to anyone unless they truly deserve it, whether it's a negative or a positive feedback. But to me, this one is well worth it!!! After doing some shopping around for the "best" company to repair the windshield on two of my vehicles, I have chosen Glass Doctor in Des Moines, WA, because of the way I was greeted. The first person I spoke with was Sarah, and she was extremely helpful not only to ensure smooth transaction but also the way she conversed with me. She was very professional and easy to talk to. She answered all the questions I had and gave me important information that I needed. She made my day and made me feel like I was speaking with someone I have known for a long time. Made me feel comfortable and took away all my worries concerning the importance of windshield repair, paperwork, insurance claims, deductibles, and appointment. I was scheduled to have my repairs done on Saturday due to my availability. Jeff, the technician who showed up for the repair was on time, and very efficient. Always making sure that he is not wasting my time and expertly replaced my windshield. And in the process, found out that I was definitely in need of windshield repair. The windshield on my car is no longer attached to the frame, that the only thing that is holding it in place was the clips on the side and the bottom. He showed true concern and I really appreciated that. Considering the car will be driven by my oldest daughter soon. When it was all said and done, I was extremely happy and thankful. All I had to do was sign the paperwork and pay my deductible. And just when you think it was done and over with, I received a follow up call the next day from Sarah just to ensure that everything is taken care of. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and relatives. I was treated with the utmost importance by both employees. Thank you Sarah and Jeff.
